一种切削液,其特征是所述切削液由聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、油酰三乙醇胺、丁醇无规聚醚,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、单辛酸甘油酯和余量的水组成,所述聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、油酰三乙醇胺、丁醇无规聚醚,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、单辛酸甘油酯的重量比为7~13:2~4:2~4:5~7:3~5:3~5:1~2。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削液。
背景技术
金属材料进行切、磨削加工时,为了减少刀具磨损,降低工件与刀具的温度,需要采用切削液对刀具与金属材料和进行润滑冷却。现有切削液液主要分为油基型(Straightoil)和水基型(Water fluid)。其中水基型的切削液由于具有优良的冷却作用和使用安全性,逐渐成为切削液开发的重点。在水基润滑冷却液开发中如何提供其在高度稀释下的抗磨减磨及抗极压性能以进一步降低使用成本、并减少对环境的污染成为广泛关注的问题。中国文献——(聚乙二醇双油酸酯水溶液的摩擦学性能研究,丁晓峰,北京交通大学硕士专业学位论文,2014年6月)公开了聚乙二醇双油酸酯与三乙醇胺硼酸酯复配的水溶液具有较好的抗磨减磨及抗挤压性能,根据该文献报道三乙醇胺硼酸酯的加入可以提高溶液的抗极压性能,但降低了溶液的抗磨性能。且对于实际应用的切削液,还需要满足消泡性、透明度、抗锈蚀性能等多项质量指标的要求。因此如何在现有技术基础上,改进现有的配方得到一种新型切削液成为现有技术中亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
基于现有技术中的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种切削液,其特征是所述切削液由聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、油酰三乙醇胺、丁醇无规聚醚,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、单辛酸甘油酯和余量的水组成,所述聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、油酰三乙醇胺、丁醇无规聚醚,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、单辛酸甘油酯的重量比为7~13:2~4:2~4:5~7:3~5:3~5:1~2。
所述的一种切削液,其特征是所述聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、油酰三乙醇胺、丁醇无规聚醚,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、单辛酸甘油酯的重量比优选为10:3:3:6:4:4:1。
所述的一种切削液,其特征是所述聚乙二醇双油酸酯为聚乙二醇600双油脂酸酯(PEG600DO);所述聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯为聚乙二醇400单硬脂酸酯(PEG400MS);所述聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯为吐温80;所述脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚为十二胺聚氧乙烯醚,优选为AC1210,所述丁醇无规聚醚的规格优选为BPE-1000。
所述的一种切削液,其特征是所述切削液的含水量为20%~99%(wt)。优选为95%~99%。
本发明提供的一种切削液,在文献报道的聚乙二醇双油酸酯与三乙醇胺硼酸酯复配润滑液的基础上,意外的发现增加采用特定比例和规格的聚乙二醇双油酸酯和聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯复配,再加入特定比例与规格的油酰三乙醇胺、丁醇无规聚醚,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、单辛酸甘油酯,可以显著提高组合物在用于金属加工润滑冷却时的性能,且当高度稀释后,还能够保持较高的润滑性能和抗极压性能,并且可以避免三乙醇胺硼酸酯等含硼原料的使用。从而可以减少原液的使用,降低成本,减少污染。而在采用优选的各组分配比,上述效果更为显著。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
本发明实施例中提供的水基链条润滑剂采用以下方式配制
1)将处方量的聚乙二醇双油脂酸酯(PEGDO)、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯(PEGMS)分散于处方量水得到溶液(1)
2)将油酰三乙醇胺(TO)、丁醇无规聚醚(BPE),聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(Tween)、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(AC)、单辛酸甘油酯(CMG)。
3)将溶液(1)在搅拌状态下加入步骤2)的混合液中,持续搅拌成为均一透明液体。
去离子水与其他所有组分之和的重量比统一为1:4。
聚乙二醇双油脂酸酯规格为聚乙二醇600双油脂酸酯(PEG600DO);
聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯规格为聚乙二醇400单硬脂酸酯(PEG400MS)
聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯为吐温80;
脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚为十二胺聚氧乙烯醚,规格为AC1210;
丁醇无规聚醚的规格优选为BPE-1000。
实施例配方见下表(单位:重量份)
将实施例及对比例得到的切削液各自以去离子水稀释至含水量99%、95%(wt)后备用。
检测实施例1.润滑性测试
在四球极压试验机上进行模拟润滑性的测定。测量球的磨痕直径,磨痕直径越小表明润滑性能越好。
方法:将钢球分别固定在四球机的上球座和油盒内。将实施例与对比例得到的切削液按一定体积倍数进行稀释后倒入油盒中,让其盖过钢球而到达压环与螺帽的接合处。把装好试样和球的油盒正中地安放在四球极压试验机的上球座下面,在油杯和导向柱中间放上圆盘架,放出加载杠杆并把规定的负荷加到球上。持续30min,试验温度为25℃±5℃。每次试验后,测量盒内任何一个钢球的纵横两个方向的磨痕直径,取平均值。其中试验所用钢球为II级精度的GCr15钢球,直径12.7mm,HRC(洛氏硬度)为64-66,由上海钢球厂生产提供。
按照GBT6144-2010中的要求,采用GBT3142中的方法(转速1440r/min)检测最大无卡咬负荷PB
不同实验条件下的磨痕直径结果如下表(单位:mm)
上述实验结果表明,采用本发明实施例提供的水基润滑冷却组合物,在稀释至含水量95%或99%时均表现出较好的润滑减摩性能和极压性能,且从上述数据中可以看出,采用优选的配方的实施例5的润滑性能和抗极压性能均明显高于其他实施例。对比例的润滑性能和极压性能明显低于各实施例,在实施例中,实施例6~9及实施例1~4的各项性能与实施例5相比有所下降。说明实施例通过优选配方,使得到的切削液在稀释后的润滑性能和极压性能得到了明显提高。对比例的配方在实施例5的优选基础上删除了部分组分,结果表明,减少部分其他组分,对整个润滑冷却液的性能也产生了明显的负面影响。
检测实施例2透明度、消泡性、腐蚀试验、防锈性试验
按照GBT6144-2010中规定的方法及标准(L-MAH),对各实施例及对比例得到的切削液(稀释至含水量95%)进行透明度、pH值、消泡性、腐蚀试验、防锈性试验,结果如下。
实验结果表明,实施例得到的润滑冷却液在各项测试中均能够合格,而各对比例均未能通过全部试验。

Claims (5)

1.一种切削液,其特征是所述切削液由聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、油酰三乙醇胺、丁醇无规聚醚,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、单辛酸甘油酯和余量的水组成,所述聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、油酰三乙醇胺、丁醇无规聚醚,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、单辛酸甘油酯的重量比为7~13:2~4:2~4:5~7:3~5:3~5:1~2。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种切削液,其特征是所述聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、油酰三乙醇胺、丁醇无规聚醚,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、单辛酸甘油酯的重量比优选为10:3:3:6:4:4:1。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种切削液,其特征是所述聚乙二醇双油酸酯为聚乙二醇600双油脂酸酯(PEG600DO);所述聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯为聚乙二醇400单硬脂酸酯(PEG400MS);所述聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯为吐温80;所述脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚为十二胺聚氧乙烯醚,优选为AC1210,所述丁醇无规聚醚的规格优选为BPE-1000。
4.如权利要求1~3任一所述的一种切削液,其特征是所述切削液的含水量为20%~99%(wt)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种切削液,其特征是所述切削液的含水量优选为95%~99%。
