Background
The riding of the electric bicycle brings great convenience to users; the electric bicycle is environment-friendly and energy-saving, and is also very beneficial to the protection of natural environment; the existing electric bicycle frame is complex and heavy in structure, cannot well meet the requirements of portability and low cost, and the problem of heat dissipation of a controller of the electric bicycle is solved, so that the controller is completely sealed to cause the defect of heat dissipation difficulty, and the controller is easily damaged due to the fact that the controller is completely exposed to the outside and is easily subjected to conditions such as rain; while the installation of the controller also requires additional installation space.

The invention aims to: in order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the electric bicycle which is simple in structure and can radiate heat to the electric device.
The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the above purpose, the electric bicycle comprises a front bicycle frame, wherein a head pipe is arranged at the upper part of the front bicycle frame, a head pipe shaft is rotatably arranged in the head pipe, the upper end of the head pipe shaft is connected with a faucet assembly, and the lower end of the head pipe shaft is connected with a front wheel assembly; a front goods shelf extending forwards is integrally arranged on the front side of the head pipe; the rear side of the lower part of the front frame is integrally connected with a horizontal pedal part, and the rear end of the pedal part is provided with a first combined end face;
the bicycle further comprises a rear frame, wherein a five-way main shaft is rotatably arranged at the lower part of the rear frame; the front end of the rear bottom fork is rotationally connected with the five-way main shaft of the bicycle through a bearing, the rear end of the rear bottom fork is rotationally connected with the rear wheel, the bicycle five-way main shaft is in transmission connection with the rear wheel through a chain transmission unit, and two ends of the bicycle five-way main shaft are respectively connected with pedal crank assemblies; the front end of the lower part of the rear frame is provided with a second joint surface, and the first joint end surface is in locking fit connection with the second joint surface through a plurality of locking bolts;
the bicycle further comprises a rear goods shelf support integrally arranged at the upper end of the rear bicycle frame; the rear shelf support is of a metal frame structure with triangular side parts, triangular side hollow windows are formed on two sides of the metal frame of the rear shelf support, triangular metal packaging sheets are welded and embedded in the two side hollow windows, and a cooling air cavity is formed between the two metal packaging sheets;
a front empty window is formed on the front side of the metal frame supported by the rear goods shelf; the rear air window is detachably locked and provided with a controller bearing plate, a plurality of air leakage holes are hollowed out in the outline edge of the controller bearing plate, a bicycle controller is fixedly arranged in the middle of the front side surface of the controller bearing plate, and the bicycle controller is positioned in a cooling air cavity between the two metal packaging sheets;
the upper side of the metal frame supported by the rear goods shelf forms a horizontal upper empty window, and a bicycle saddle is fixedly covered on the upper side of the upper empty window.
Further, a storage battery and a motor are further arranged in the pedal part, the storage battery is electrically connected with the motor, and the motor is in transmission connection with the bicycle five-way main shaft through a plurality of transmission gears.
Further, the tail part of the rear goods shelf support is integrally and fixedly connected with a rear goods shelf in a horizontal posture; the controller bearing plate is also provided with a plurality of wire passing holes in a hollow manner, and the contour edge of the controller bearing plate is also provided with a plurality of screw locking holes; the upper hollow window is also transversely and fixedly provided with a saddle fixing cross beam, and the tail end of the bottom of the bicycle saddle is locked and connected onto the saddle fixing cross beam.
Further, the bicycle further comprises a damping support spring which is inclined forwards, the upper end of the damping support spring is hinged to the middle part of the rear frame of the bicycle, and the lower end of the damping support spring is hinged to a hinged head on the upper side of the rear bottom fork; the lower side of the rear bottom fork is also provided with a double-support stand.
The beneficial effects are that: the invention has simple structure, the rear goods shelf support adopts a triangle metal frame structure, the structural stability of the device is ensured, the weight of the whole bicycle is lightened, meanwhile, the side hollow window is internally welded with triangle metal packaging sheets, a cooling air cavity is formed between the two metal packaging sheets, and in the running process of the bicycle, the cooling air cavity can form cooling air flow for radiating the bicycle controller.

An electric bicycle as shown in fig. 1 to 6, comprising a front bicycle frame 108, wherein a head pipe 220 is arranged at the upper part of the front bicycle frame 108, a head pipe shaft 105 is rotatably arranged in the head pipe 220, the upper end of the head pipe shaft 105 is connected with a faucet assembly 103, and the lower end of the head pipe shaft 105 is connected with a front wheel assembly 107; the front side of the head pipe 220 is integrally provided with a front goods shelf 106 extending forwards; a horizontal pedal part 109 is integrally connected to the rear side of the lower part of the front frame 108, and a first combining end surface 190 is arranged at the rear end of the pedal part 109; the bicycle comprises a rear bicycle frame 2, wherein a five-way main shaft 120 is rotatably arranged at the lower part of the rear bicycle frame 2; the bicycle comprises a bicycle rear wheel 125 and a horizontal rear bottom fork 124, wherein the front end of the rear bottom fork 124 is rotationally connected with a bicycle five-way main shaft 120 through a bearing, the rear end of the rear bottom fork 124 is rotationally connected with the rear wheel 125, the bicycle five-way main shaft 120 is in transmission connection with the rear wheel 125 through a chain transmission unit 180, and two ends of the bicycle five-way main shaft 120 are respectively connected with a pedal crank assembly 192; the front end of the lower part of the rear frame 2 is provided with a second joint surface 16, and the first joint end surface 190 and the second joint surface 16 are in locking fit connection through a plurality of locking bolts; the mode of locking the joint surface is adopted, so that disassembly and transportation for delivery are facilitated, and meanwhile, the defect of low assembly precision in the traditional welding mode is avoided;
the bicycle comprises a bicycle frame 2, a rear shelf support 1 and a rear shelf support frame, wherein the rear shelf support 1 is integrally arranged at the upper end of the bicycle frame; the rear shelf support 1 is of a metal frame structure with triangular side parts, triangular side hollow windows 7 are formed on two sides of the metal frame of the rear shelf support 1, triangular metal packaging sheets 12 are welded and embedded in the two side hollow windows 7, and a cooling air cavity is formed between the two metal packaging sheets 12; the triangular metal packaging sheet 12 seals the side hollow windows 7 at two sides, so that rain is effectively prevented from drifting from the side hollow windows 7 to wet the bicycle controller 11 in the bicycle controller in rainy days or windy rainy days;
the front side of the metal frame of the rear shelf support 1 is provided with a front hollow window 8; the rear air window 18 which is inclined backwards is formed at the lower end of the rear side of the metal frame of the rear goods shelf support 1, the controller bearing plate 10 is detachably and lockably arranged on the rear air window 18, a plurality of air leakage holes are hollowed out in the outline edge of the controller bearing plate 10, a bicycle controller 11 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the front side surface of the controller bearing plate 10, and the bicycle controller 11 is positioned in a cooling air cavity between the two metal packaging sheets 12; in the process of riding the bicycle at a certain speed, positive air pressure is formed at the position, close to the front hollow window 8, of the front side, and then the cooling air cavity between the metal packaging sheets 12 generates cooling positive pressure, and then positive pressure air in the cooling air cavity is continuously discharged downwards through a plurality of air leakage holes formed in the hollow mode in the outline edge of each controller bearing plate 10, so that heat emitted by a large number of controllers is taken away in the process, and meanwhile, the effect of wetting the controllers in the weather of strong wind in rainy days is avoided.
A horizontal upper empty window 6 is formed on the upper side of the metal frame of the rear shelf support 1, and a bicycle saddle 102 is fixedly covered on the upper side of the upper empty window 6; the inside of the pedal 109 is also provided with a storage battery and a motor, in this embodiment, the inside of the pedal 109 may also be in a hollow state for an independent storage box function, the storage battery is electrically connected with the motor, and the motor is in transmission connection with the bicycle five-way main shaft 120 through a plurality of transmission gears.
The tail part of the rear goods shelf support 1 is integrally and fixedly connected with a rear goods shelf 3 in a horizontal posture; the controller bearing plate 10 is also provided with a plurality of wire passing holes 15 in a hollow manner, and the contour edge of the controller bearing plate 10 is also provided with a plurality of screw locking holes 17; a saddle fixing beam 19 is also transversely and fixedly arranged on the upper hollow window 6, and the tail end of the bottom of the bicycle saddle 102 is locked and connected on the saddle fixing beam 19;
the rear shelf support 1 of the triangular frame structure of the embodiment has the advantages of stable structure, high bearing capacity and light weight, meanwhile, the triangular frame also accommodates the bicycle controller 11, thereby not only playing a role of supporting a saddle, but also playing a role of accommodating the bicycle controller, and meanwhile, the rear shelf support 1 also serves as a support part of the rear shelf 3; a plurality of functions are integrated;
the bicycle comprises a bicycle rear frame 2, a bicycle front frame, a rear bottom fork 124, a rear bottom fork 121 and a damping support spring 122, wherein the damping support spring 122 is inclined forwards, the upper end of the damping support spring 122 is hinged with the middle part of the bicycle rear frame 2, and the lower end of the damping support spring 122 is hinged with the hinge joint 121 on the upper side of the rear bottom fork 124; the lower side of the rear bottom fork 124 is also provided with a double-support stand 123; the shock-absorbing support springs 122 serve as part of the support load-bearing function and serve as shock-absorbing function.
