Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a device for efficiently separating and collecting mites comprises a barrel 1, a barrel cover 2 arranged at the top of the barrel 1, a first groove 21, a second groove 22, an elastic ring 23, air holes 24, a cold light source 3, a sample separating screen 4, a carrier placing table 41, a transparent pipe barrel 5, a through hole 51 and a black film 6.
The cylinder 1 is made of light-tight materials. The top of the barrel cover 2 is provided with an air hole 24, and the right center of the bottom of the barrel cover 2 is provided with a strip-shaped cold light source 3. The bottom of the barrel cover 2 at the periphery of the cold light source 3 is sequentially provided with a sample separating screen 4 and a transparent barrel 5. The bottom of the tub cover 2 is provided with a first recess 21 and a second recess 22. The sample separating sieve 4 and the transparent tube 5 are respectively inserted into the first groove 21 and the second groove 22, and the sample separating sieve 4 and the transparent tube 5 are connected with the barrel cover 2 through the elastic ring 23. Since mites have phototaxis, they climb out from the carrier placement stage 41 toward the sample sieve 4. Since the body size of mites is generally about 0.5 mm, some are as small as 0.1 mm, most types are smaller than 1mm, the aperture of the sample separating sieve 4 is 0.1-1 mm, and the aperture of the sample separating sieve 4 is selected according to the types of mites. Mites climb out of the sample sieve 4 from the through holes 51 to the back of the black film 6. The cylinder 1 is made of a light-tight material and forms a dark environment with the black film 6, mites can stay on the back of the black film 6, and then the mites on the back of the black film 6 are collected.
The invention can rapidly and effectively obtain a large number of mites required by experiments, and the prior art has low efficiency and poor effect. The mites collected by the invention are pure and free of carrier scraps, and a large amount of carrier scraps are adhered to the prior art. The invention has simple and convenient operation process, complicated working procedures and great consumption of manpower and material resources in the prior art. The mites collected by the invention are all surviving individuals and have complete limbs, and the mites collected by the prior art have a certain limb injury.
