技术领域
本发明涉及有机蔬菜技术领域,尤其涉及一种有机蔬菜育苗基质。
背景技术
有机蔬菜,是指在蔬菜生产过程中严格按照有机生产规程,禁止使用任何化学合成的农药、化肥、生长调节剂等化学物质,以及基因工程生物及其产物,而是遵循自然规律和生态学原理,采取一系列可持续发展的农业技术,协调种植平衡,维持农业生态系统持续稳定,且经过有机食品认证机构鉴定认证,并颁发有机食品证书的蔬菜产品。
有机蔬菜常通过育苗基质对种子和幼苗来进行培育,由于蔬菜种子萌发和幼苗生长对土壤环境要求较高,往往在育苗阶段其出苗率不高、幼苗生长状态不好,从而影响有机蔬菜的种植。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种有机蔬菜育苗基质,本发明具有稳定的基质温度,充足的养分,适宜的透气性、保水保肥性和连接性,从而促进种子萌发和幼苗生长,增加出苗率。
本发明提出的一种有机蔬菜育苗基质,其原料按重量份包括:复合土壤50-70份,有机肥100-150份,磷酸铵3-4份,磷酸钾3-4份,芽孢杆菌剂1-2份,溶磷菌剂1-2份,大蒜水提液10-15份;
其中,复合土壤的原料包括:花生壳粉、蛭石、田园土、细沙。
优选地,花生壳粉、蛭石、田园土、细沙的重量比为0.8-1.5:1-2:4-6:3-4。
优选地,花生壳粉的粒径为小于等于3cm和大于5cm,其中,粒径小于等于3cm的花生壳粉与粒径大于5cm的花生壳粉的重量比为5-6:1。
优选地,蛭石为8-12目,细沙为40-80目。
优选地,有机肥的原料包括:紫云英、草木灰、猪粪、蛋白泥、酒糟、贝壳粉、酵母菌剂。

优选地,在有机肥的制备过程中,将紫云英、草木灰、猪粪、蛋白泥、酒糟、贝壳粉混匀,调节含水量为20-25wt%,喷洒酵母菌剂水溶液,堆腐30-50天,定期翻动控制堆内温度为30-38℃,粉碎得到有机肥。
优选地,在大蒜水提液的制备过程中,将大蒜粉碎后加水浸提3-5h得到大蒜水提液,其中,浸提温度为40-60℃,大蒜和水的重量比为1:10-15。
上述芽孢杆菌剂、溶磷菌剂、酵母菌剂可从市场上购得。
按本领域常规方法制备上述有机蔬菜育苗基质。
本发明选用花生壳粉、蛭石、田园土、细沙相互配合,增加土壤通透性,进而促进养分均匀分布,促进蔬菜种子萌发和幼苗健康生长;并且花生壳粉、蛭石、田园土、细沙相互配合,细沙具有良好的吸热和导热性能可使基质的温度均匀,并且与蛭石、花生壳粉相互配合,保持基质具有稳定的温度,降低昼夜温差,促进种子萌发和幼苗生长,避免温度变化对种子和幼苗的影响;并且蛭石、花生壳粉相互配合,具有良好的保水性和保肥性,还可避免基质水分和养料的流失,促进蔬菜对养分和水分的吸收,并能改善基质土壤,增加出苗率;花生壳粉、蛭石、田园土、细沙以合适比例相互配合,使得基质具有适宜的保温、保水、保肥效果和合适的透气性,进一步促进种子萌发和幼苗生根;不同粒径的花生壳粉与蛭石相互配合,可以使得基质具有适宜的保水性,避免基质水分过多造成烂根;选用紫云英、草木灰、猪粪、蛋白泥、酒糟、贝壳粉、酵母菌剂作为有机肥的原料,为基质提供均衡的养分,并且与复合土壤混合后,使得基质的连接性提高,为蔬菜生根提供附着点,促进生根,进而促进蔬菜对养分的吸收;有机肥、磷酸铵、磷酸钾与复合土壤相互配合提供充足养分,并且能避免土壤板结,促进根系生长,从而促进幼苗健康生长,增加出苗率;酵母菌与芽孢杆菌、溶磷菌相互配合,改善基质中的菌群,抑制有害菌群,并能分解养分,进一步促进种子和幼苗对养分的吸收;并与大蒜水提液相配合降低病虫害,促进种子萌发和幼苗生长,增加出苗率;本发明通过上述各物质相互配合,使得本发明具有稳定的基质温度,充足的养分,适宜的透气性、保水保肥性和连接性,从而促进种子萌发和幼苗生长,增加出苗率。

实施例1
一种有机蔬菜育苗基质,其原料按重量份包括:复合土壤60份,有机肥125份,磷酸铵3.5份,磷酸钾3.5份,芽孢杆菌剂1.5份,溶磷菌剂1.5份,大蒜水提液13份;
其中,复合土壤的原料包括:花生壳粉、蛭石、田园土、细沙。
实施例2
一种有机蔬菜育苗基质,其原料按重量份包括:复合土壤50份,有机肥150份,磷酸铵3份,磷酸钾4份,芽孢杆菌剂1份,溶磷菌剂2份,大蒜水提液10份;
其中,复合土壤的原料包括:花生壳粉、12目蛭石、田园土、40目细沙,其中,花生壳粉、蛭石、田园土、细沙的重量比为1.5:1:6:3;
其中,花生壳粉的粒径为小于等于3cm和大于5cm,其中,粒径小于等于3cm的花生壳粉与粒径大于5cm的花生壳粉的重量比为6:1。

在大蒜水提液的制备过程中,将大蒜粉碎后加水浸提4h得到大蒜水提液,其中,浸提温度为50℃,大蒜和水的重量比为1:12。
试验例1
将小白菜分别播种于实施例5和普通育苗基质上,其中播种密度、播种后管理方法相同,30天后测量其出苗率、株高和地上鲜重,结果如下:
