Abstract
一种有机番茄栽培的施肥方法,首先按比例取深层园田土、葱蒜类蔬菜地土或大田地土壤,鸡粪或猪粪和腐熟马粪或稻草;分层堆制完后覆盖封严发酵15天,进行翻堆一次,再进行发酵;清水浸种;播种后覆土1厘米,上面盖地膜,成苗后分苗栽植;定植时浇足水,以防降低地温和增加空气湿度,施底肥为牛粪、羊粪按重量比例1:1混合均匀,每亩施农家肥15立方米,然后耕地;在做畦前施饼肥200公斤做基肥;在番茄果实直径为4厘米大小时冲施第一次有机肥鱼蛋白10公斤,每20天冲施一次,直到采收结束。本方法实现番茄生长期养分的均衡供给,能提高有机番茄的产量,提高番茄糖酸比、维生素C含量,降低果实中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量。且原料来源广,成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蔬菜栽培的施肥方法,特别是一种用于有机番茄栽培过程中的施肥方法。
背景技术
有机蔬菜是指在蔬菜生产过程中严格按照有机生产规程,不使用任何化学合成的农药、化肥,以及不使用基因工程生物及其产物,而是遵循自然规律和生态学原理,采取一系列可持续发展的农业技术,协调种植平衡,维持农业生态系统持续稳定,且经过有机食品认证机构鉴定认证,并颁发有机食品证书的蔬菜产品。
有机蔬菜生产与常规蔬菜生产的根本不同在于病虫草害的防治和肥料使用的差异,其要求比常规蔬菜生产高。目前我国有机蔬菜生产中允许施用有机肥和绿肥,且施肥方式多种多样。有研究指出每亩施充分腐熟的优质鸡粪4000~6000千克,饼肥50千克,但是鸡粪属于速效肥料,并不适合做基肥,前期施用过多鸡粪,会导致营养生长过旺,不利于植株的生长平衡。另外,在有机蔬菜生产过程中并没有指定肥料的种类,所以在有机蔬菜生产中,施肥存在很大差异。
番茄作为人民生活中常见的蔬菜种类之一,由于近年来氮肥的过量施用,使果实中亚硝酸盐含量增加,大大降低果实的品质。在提倡绿色食品、健康食品、有机食品的今天,食品安全关系到广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。因此在番茄生产中施肥方法或施肥量上存在问题,将直接导致有机番茄产量和品质的下降。为了解决这一生产问题,在长期进行有机生产的过程中,逐渐摸索出一种适合番茄有机生产的施肥方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适合日光温室有机番茄栽培过程中的施肥方法,满足有机番茄生长过程上对肥料的需求。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
1、番茄培育壮苗
制备肥土:按体积比取深层园田土、葱蒜类蔬菜地土或大田地土壤4份,未腐熟鸡粪或猪粪3份,腐熟马粪或稻草3份;从下至上按土壤、鸡粪或猪粪、马粪或稻草分层堆制,再重复一次,最后一层土壤,每层厚度为15-20厘米,放马粪或稻草时需要浇透水;堆完后用塑料薄膜覆盖封严,在自然温度下发酵15天,揭开覆盖,进行翻堆一次,即上下层搅拌。如果堆积物含水量低于50%,则加水,使其含水量达到70-80%,用塑料薄膜覆盖封严堆积,进行发酵;再过15-20天,已基本腐熟,用时过筛混匀即可;
种子处理:用55℃的清水浸种20分钟,中间要搅拌2次,取出沥干播种;
播种量为20-30g/亩,覆3厘米厚床土,播种后覆土1厘米,上面盖地膜。幼苗出土后及时去掉地膜;当幼苗2片子叶充分展开至1片真叶展开时为分苗适期,分苗方法为:在直径10cm的塑料钵或塑料袋内装上述筛好床土,每钵或袋栽植一株,栽植后浇足底水;
2、水分管理
定植时浇足定植水,4~5天后浇一次缓苗水。然后在第1穗果长至直径为4厘米时再开始浇水;温度低于15℃每15~20d浇一次水,15℃~25℃之间每10~15d浇一次水,温度高于25℃每7~10d浇一次水;12月下旬至1月下旬期间浇水1-2次,以防降低地温和增加空气湿度;进入盛果期应增加浇水次数及浇水量,达到土壤水分充足,含水量在20-25%之间,畦面湿软,以满足植株和果实生长的需要;
3、施肥
底肥为牛粪、羊粪按重量比例1:1混合均匀,每亩田地施农家肥15立方米,然后耕地;在做畦前施饼肥200公斤做基肥;在番茄果实直径为4厘米大小时冲施第一次有机肥鱼蛋白10公斤,每20天冲施一次,直到采收结束。
4、栽培
采用吊蔓及单干整枝方式,留3-4穗果摘心,每穗留4个果;采用丰产剂2号蘸花;在下部果实成熟时采用乙烯利催熟,以上栽培管理操作均要求在晴天日出后进行。
本发明的积极效果:使用这种施肥方法,基本满足了有机番茄生产过程中对肥料的需求,实现番茄生长期养分的均衡供给,能提高有机番茄的产量,提高番茄糖酸比、维生素C含量,降低果实中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量。且原料来源广,成本低(比国内外同类产品降低2-3倍以上)。
具体实施方式
⑴ 番茄培育壮苗
取深层园田土或葱蒜类蔬菜地、大田地土壤4份,未腐熟鸡粪或猪粪3份,腐熟马粪或稻草3份,分层堆制,一层土壤,一层鸡粪或猪粪,一层马粪或稻草,再一层土壤,一层鸡粪或猪粪,一层马粪或稻草,再重复一次,最后一层土壤。每层厚度为15-20厘米,放马粪或稻草时需要浇透水。堆完后用塑料薄膜覆盖封严,进行发酵15天,揭开覆盖,进行翻堆一次,即上下层搅拌。如果堆积物含水量低于50%,则加水,使其含水量达到70-80%,用塑料薄膜覆盖封严堆积,进行发酵。再过15-20天,已基本腐熟,用时过筛混匀即可。种子处理用55℃的清水浸种20分钟,中间要搅拌2次,取出沥干播种。播种量为20-30g/亩,覆3厘米厚床土,播种后覆土1厘米,上面盖地膜。幼苗出土后及时去掉地膜。当幼苗2片子叶充分展开至1片真叶展开时为分苗适期。分苗方法为:在直径10cm的塑料钵或塑料袋内装上述筛好床土,每钵或袋栽植一株,栽植后浇足底水。
⑵ 水分管理
定植时浇足定植水,4~5天后浇一次缓苗水。然后在第1穗果长至直径为4厘米时再开始浇水。以后根据土壤湿度情况,温度低于15℃每15~20d浇一次水,15℃~25℃之间每10~15d浇一次水,温度高于25℃每7~10d浇一次水。12月下旬至1月下旬期间浇水1-2次,以防降低地温和增加空气湿度。进入盛果期应增加浇水次数及浇水量,达到土壤水分充足,含水量在20-25%之间,畦面湿软,以满足植株和果实生长的需要。
⑶ 施肥
底肥:每亩田地施农家肥15立方米(牛粪、羊粪按1:1混合均匀)后耕地。在做畦前施饼肥200公斤做基肥。在番茄果实直径为4厘米大小时冲施第一次肥(有机鱼蛋白)10公斤,每20天冲一次,直到采收结束。
⑷ 栽培管理
采用吊蔓及单干整枝方式,留3-4穗果摘心,每穗留4个果。采用丰产剂2号蘸花,防止落花落果。为了防止一株上同时生长多穗果,争夺营养,在下部果实成熟时采用乙烯利催熟。以上栽培管理操作过程均要求在晴天日出后进行,防止病害发生及传播。
经实验检测(表1):采用本发明的施肥方法与常规施肥方法比较,能显著提高果实品质、提高产量,并降低亚硝酸盐含量等有害物质。

1.一种有机番茄栽培的施肥方法,其特征是步骤如下:
(1)、番茄培育壮苗
