本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,具体涉及一种草莓的绿色种植方法。
背景技术
草莓营养价值丰富,被誉为是“水果皇后”,含有丰富的维生素C、维生素A、维生素E、维生素PP、维生素B1、维生素B2、胡萝卜素、鞣酸、天冬氨酸、铜、草莓胺、果胶、纤维素、叶酸、铁、钙、鞣花酸与花青素等营养物质;尤其是所含的维生素C,其含量比苹果、葡萄都高7-10倍;而所含的苹果酸、柠檬酸、维生素B1、维生素B2,以及胡萝卜素、钙、磷、铁的含量也比苹果、梨、葡萄高3到4倍。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种草莓的绿色种植方法,本发明使用绿色健康的杀虫剂,有效的降低草莓的病虫害的产生,提高草莓的质量与产量,增强草莓的食用安全。
本发明提出了一种草莓的绿色种植方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、培育并筛选出粗壮的苗进行脱毒,形成待移栽的脱毒草莓苗;
S2、选择地面平整、排灌方便的田地,加入生石灰并深翻土地,对田地中的土壤进行消毒处理;
S3、将含有腐熟有机肥和硫酸钾型复合肥的混合肥与土壤均匀混合,起垄,且相邻两垄间开挖深沟,将脱毒草莓苗移栽至田地内;
S4、移栽脱毒草莓苗后,铺上滴灌带,并在行与行之间施富硒肥料;

将切取的草莓芽洗净后恒温下热处理,杀死部分病毒,然后在无菌条件下对草莓芽进行解剖,切取分生组织尖端生长点,然后在无菌条件下接种到MS培养基上,进行暗培养,待长出愈伤组织后转入光培养,后置于生根培养基上生根培养,炼苗移栽,繁殖出脱毒草莓苗。
优选地,所述脱毒草莓苗的制备工艺如下:
将切取的草莓芽洗净后在96-100℃恒温下热处理5-10min,杀死部分病毒,然后在无菌条件下对草莓芽进行解剖,切取分生组织尖端0.2mm生长点,然后在无菌条件下接种到含2,4-D、NAA和6-BA的MS培养基上,MS培养基母液的质量浓度为0.1-0.5mg/mL,在20-25℃暗培养,待长出愈伤组织后转入光培养,后置于生根培养基上生根培养16-20天后,待根长2-5cm时炼苗移栽,繁殖出脱毒草莓苗。

将土荆芥、槟榔、藿香、七里香、丁香、白芷、大黄粉碎混合获得药物粉末,将药物粉末置于乙醇溶液中浸泡40-60min,然后在高温高压条件下提取10-20min,温度为95-100℃,压力为80-90kpa,然后冷却减压,过滤,药渣可作为上述有机肥的原料,然后向滤液中加入0.2wt%洗衣粉和70wt%甲基托布津的1200-1500倍液,即可得到药液。
本发明首先通过优良的工艺制备出健康粗壮的脱毒草莓苗,然后选择田地加入生石灰并深耕,草莓种植前深耕土壤,可以破坏虫卵及幼虫的生存环境,生石灰对土壤具有初步的杀虫作用;草莓出苗至开花期前,采用放置杀虫灯和喷洒药液的方式对草莓进行病虫防治,药液是由土荆芥、槟榔、藿香、七里香、丁香、白芷、大黄、洗衣粉、甲基托布津等原料搭配而成,属于绿色杀虫药剂,先提取土荆芥、槟榔、藿香、七里香、丁香、白芷、大黄的有效成分,可以抑制虫卵的生长,还有驱虫的作用,对草莓叶斑病、白粉病、根结线虫、叶螨等病虫害有明显的防治效果,加入甲基托布津可有效提高药液防治草莓叶斑病的效果,减少草莓大规模的病变,加入洗衣粉可有效去除成虫体表的蜡质覆盖物,帮助土荆芥、槟榔、藿香、七里香、丁香、白芷、大黄的有效成分和甲基托布津能作用于虫体从而提高药效。本发明采用土荆芥、槟榔、藿香、七里香、丁香、白芷、大黄等原料来制备绿色健康的杀虫剂,有效的降低草莓的病虫害的产生,提高草莓的质量与产量,增强草莓的食用安全,适用于大棚草莓的种植,具有很好的经济效益。

一种草莓的绿色种植方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、培育并筛选出粗壮的苗进行脱毒,形成待移栽的脱毒草莓苗;

一种草莓的绿色种植方法,包括以下步骤:

S5、草莓出苗至开花期前,进行草莓病虫防治,在出苗后追肥一次;
S6、草莓开花时期增加蜜蜂授粉并追加速效肥;

将切取的草莓芽洗净后在96-100℃恒温下热处理5-10min,杀死部分病毒,然后在无菌条件下对草莓芽进行解剖,切取分生组织尖端0.2mm生长点,然后在无菌条件下接种到含2,4-D、NAA和6-BA的MS培养基上,MS培养基母液的质量浓度为0.1-0.5mg/mL,在20-25℃暗培养,待长出愈伤组织后转入光培养,后置于生根培养基上生根培养16-20天后,待根长2-5cm时炼苗移栽,繁殖出脱毒草莓苗。

将土荆芥、槟榔、藿香、七里香、丁香、白芷、大黄粉碎混合获得药物粉末,将药物粉末置于乙醇溶液中浸泡40-60min,然后在高温高压条件下提取10-20min,温度为95-100℃,压力为80-90kpa,然后冷却减压,过滤,药渣可作为上述有机肥的原料,然后向滤液中加入0.2wt%洗衣粉和70wt%甲基托布津的1200-1500倍液,即可得到药液。
