Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
In order to solve the problems of complexity and resource occupation of uploading required by printing each time in the prior art, the inventor realizes that in practical application, some prints may be hot files required to be printed, and can be printed by a plurality of users after being uploaded once. Then, when the user terminal needs to print, if uploading is performed only under the condition that the file is not saved, the problems of tedious uploading and resource occupation are inevitably solved.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic system structure diagram of the first embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the first embodiment includes a user terminal 101, a cloud terminal 102, and an intelligent printing terminal 103. The user terminal 101 is configured to initiate an upload request carrying a file name and a file summary to the cloud 102; the cloud end 102 is configured to determine whether uploading is needed according to the file summary, and if so, notify the user terminal 101 to upload a file corresponding to the file name; the intelligent printing terminal 103 is used for acquiring the file corresponding to the file name from the cloud 102 and printing the file.
Here, the user terminal 101 may be a Portable device having a mobile communication function, such as a smart phone, a tablet device, a Portable Media Player (PMP), a Personal Computer (PC), a laptop computer, a notebook computer, a Portable game machine, a wearable device, or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), but is not limited thereto. The cloud 102 generally refers to a network service, and may be one server, multiple servers, or software modules belonging to multiple servers. The intelligent printing terminal 103 is any device having a communication function and capable of printing, and may be a special intelligent printing device with a communication function embedded in a printer, or a device with a communication module externally attached to a common printer. An intelligent printing terminal may generally include a printer, a computer host, a display, a touch screen, a network communication module, and a peripheral armor.
To better illustrate the solution of the first embodiment of the present invention, the following method is described in detail with reference to the flowchart of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, a cloud printing method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 201: a user terminal 101 initiates an uploading request carrying a file name and a file abstract to a cloud terminal 102;
step 202: the cloud end 102 judges whether uploading is needed or not according to the file abstract, if so, step 203 is executed, otherwise, step 204 is executed;
step 203: the cloud 102 informs the user terminal 101 of uploading a file corresponding to the file name;
step 204: the intelligent printing terminal 103 obtains the file corresponding to the file name from the cloud 102 for printing.
That is to say, unlike the existing cloud printing technology, in this embodiment, the file to be printed is not uploaded when the user terminal initiates printing, but the determination is performed according to the file summary, and if the file needs to be uploaded, no uploading process is performed if the file does not need to be uploaded. Because the file is not required to be uploaded for each printing task, resources such as storage space, transmission resources and transmission time are greatly saved, and the performance of the whole cloud printing system is improved.
The file digest is a series of character strings obtained by performing digest generation, such as hash operation (hash), on the file content. In practical applications, there are many algorithms for generating the abstract, such as: md5, sha1sum, sha224sum, sha256sum, sha384sum, sha512sum, and the like.
Generally, a file has a large information amount, so that it is not possible to directly compare files, and although the information of file names is small, different files may have the same file name, which is not convenient for being used as a basis for judgment. The file summary is a string of character strings generated by the hash operation on the file, the information amount is small, the file summary has a corresponding relationship with the file, and different files correspond to different file summaries. Therefore, in the first embodiment of the present invention, if a file is already stored in the cloud, a corresponding file digest may be generated for the file, and then whether the file already exists in the cloud and needs to be uploaded may be conveniently determined by using the file digest. Certainly, in practical application, the cloud may also adopt other manners to determine whether the file to be printed is already stored, which is not described herein again.
Example two
In practical applications, the cloud 102 may be one server or multiple servers in a network. For convenience of description, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the functions of the cloud end 102 are implemented by being classified into a print cloud platform and a file cloud platform. The printing cloud platform and the file cloud platform can be built on the basis of a platform such as the Ali cloud, and can also be built by themselves. Certainly, in practical applications, the cloud end 102 may also be completely integrated on one cloud platform, or may be implemented by two, three, or other different cloud platforms, which is determined by a user applying the scheme of the present invention, and this is not taken as a basis for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a system according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which includes a plurality of user terminals 301, a print cloud platform 302, a file cloud platform 303, and a plurality of intelligent print terminals 304. The print cloud platform 302 is mainly responsible for user-oriented tasks, such as receiving and sending request messages from the user terminal 301, screening whether the user terminal 301 needs to upload files, establishing an association relationship between a user and a file name, obtaining a token for the user, and the like. The file cloud platform 303 is mainly responsible for tasks such as storing uploaded files in a background and generating tokens.
In the second embodiment, in order to better ensure the security of the file cloud platform 303, before the external device (such as the user terminal 301 or the intelligent printing terminal 304) interacts with the file cloud platform 303, a token needs to be applied first, and then interacts with the file cloud platform 303 through the token, such as uploading or downloading a file. Of course, in practical applications, there may be other methods for ensuring security or security issues are not considered, and the token may not be applied at this time. Whether the application token is determined by the user applying the scheme of the invention is not a necessary technical means for realizing the cloud printing scheme and can be omitted.
The interaction between the user terminal 301 and the cloud may be implemented in various ways, such as a browser, an applet, or an Application (APP). The applet described herein may be an embedded application embedded in an application, such as an applet embedded on a platform basis such as WeChat or Payment.
Fig. 4 is a message flow diagram of the second embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, and in conjunction with the system architecture diagram of fig. 3, the method includes:
step 401: the user terminal 301 sends an upload request carrying a file name and a file digest to the print cloud platform 302.
In this step, the user terminal 301 may generate the digest of the file itself, and when requesting to upload, the user terminal does not carry the file itself, but carries a digest that is much smaller than the file.
Step 402: the printing cloud platform 302 matches the file abstract sent by the user terminal 301 with the file abstract in the document abstract database, and if the same file abstract does not exist, step 403 is executed; otherwise, step 408 is performed.
The document summary database mentioned in this step is created and stored in advance by the print cloud platform 302, and is intended to record the file uploaded to the file cloud platform 303. A document occupies a large amount of storage resources, and usually has several M or G, or even more. Through the Hash operation, the file abstract usually only occupies the capacity of a few or a series of characters, and is convenient to store on a printing cloud platform. Moreover, a file summary usually corresponds to a file, and a unique corresponding file can be found through the file summary.
Step 403: the print cloud platform 302 sends a token request carrying a user ID to the file cloud platform 303.
The user ID may be obtained by the print cloud platform in advance, for example, when the user terminal enters the print application, a corresponding user ID is generated for a newly entered user and recorded.
Step 404: file cloud platform 303 generates token X.
The file cloud platform 303 generates a different token each time, which is identified herein specifically as X in order to distinguish between subsequent token generations.
Step 405: the file cloud platform 303 returns the generated token X to the print cloud platform 302.
Step 406: the print cloud platform 302 returns the token X to the user terminal 301.
The steps 403 to 406 are processes of the print cloud platform 302 obtaining the token for the user terminal 301, and are intended to protect the security of the file cloud platform 303 in the subsequent process of uploading the file to the file cloud platform 303 by the user terminal 301.
Step 407: the user terminal 301 carries the token X to upload the file to the file cloud platform 303.
When the file cloud platform 303 receives the message, the token generated by itself exists in the message, which indicates that the file can be safely received.
Step 408: the file cloud platform 303 sends a notification message to the print cloud platform 302 with the file ID, the user ID, and the file digest. After receiving the file uploaded by the user terminal, the file cloud platform can generate a file ID for the file to indicate the file, and can also calculate a corresponding file abstract according to the received file. Since the files are the same, the calculated digest should be the same as the digest described in steps 401 and 402. The notification message here means that the file cloud platform has successfully received the file uploaded by the user terminal, so that the printing cloud platform can record the file later.
Step 409: the print cloud platform 302 establishes an association relationship for the user ID, the file ID, and the file digest.
After the file cloud platform 303 securely receives the file uploaded by the user terminal, the print cloud platform 302 records the file. Assuming that the ID number of a certain user terminal is 001, the file name to be uploaded is hello.txt, and the file digest corresponding to the file is 5d41402abc4b2a76b9719d911017c592, then the association relationship established by the print cloud platform can be as shown in table one:
watch 1
The file abstract can also be stored in the file abstract database, and when the print cloud platform 302 subsequently receives an upload request of the user terminal again, the file abstract carried by the print cloud platform can be compared with the file abstract in the database, so that whether the file is stored in the file cloud platform 303 or not and whether the user terminal needs to upload or not is judged.
Step 410: the intelligent printing terminal 304 initiates a printing request to the printing cloud platform 302 with the file ID.
When the file cloud platform 303 stores the file uploaded by the user terminal 301, the file can be displayed in the intelligent printing terminal 304. For example, before the intelligent printing terminal 304 initiates the printing request in step 410, the user may log in the intelligent printing terminal 304, input a user name and a password, or log in the cloud platform by scanning a two-dimensional code, and the like, and at this time, the intelligent printing terminal may display a file printable by the user. In this way, when the user selects a file to be printed from the intelligent printing terminal 304, a printing request may be initiated to the printing cloud platform 302, so as to download the file for printing. Of course, the user may also perform the operation of print setting and the operation of paying the print fee to satisfy the charging demand.
In practical applications, in order to increase the printing speed, the cloud device, such as the printing cloud platform 302, may also monitor the location information of the user terminal 301 in real time to predict which intelligent printing terminal 304 the user needs to take a print. When the intelligent printing terminal is predicted to be located, the steps 410 to 417 can be started in advance without waiting for the user to select the file name to start.
Step 411: the print cloud platform 302 sends a token request carrying a file ID and a user ID to the file cloud platform 303.
Step 412: file cloud platform 303 generates token Y.
Step 413: the file cloud platform 303 returns the generated token Y to the print cloud platform 302.
Step 414: the print cloud platform 302 returns the token Y to the intelligent print terminal 304.
Like the above steps 403 to 406, the steps 411 to 414 also generate a token for the external device intelligent print terminal 304, so as to protect the security of the file cloud platform 303 when the intelligent print terminal 304 downloads the file.
Step 415: the intelligent printing terminal 304 carries the token Y and the file ID to initiate a download request to the file cloud platform 303.
Step 416: the file cloud platform 303 sends the file corresponding to the file ID to the intelligent printing terminal 304.
Step 417: the intelligent printing terminal 304 prints the received file.
With the scheme of this embodiment, since the print cloud platform identifies or determines whether the print cloud platform needs to upload in step 402, the print cloud platform notifies the user terminal to upload only when the print cloud platform needs to upload. Therefore, under the condition that the file cloud platform already stores the file, especially when a large number of user terminals 301 need to print the same file, the storage resource can be saved, and meanwhile, the transmission resource, the transmission time and the like are saved, and the performance of the whole system is greatly improved.
The above-mentioned objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention are further described in detail, it should be understood that the above-mentioned is not intended to limit the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included within the scope of the present invention.
