Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型壁挂新风机,包括机壳及安装在机壳内的新风风机、回风风机、热交换芯体、新风过滤器、回风过滤器,回风从机壳底部的回风进风口进入机壳,依次经过回风初效过滤器、门板下封板的回风进风孔、三角形的回风排风孔、热交换芯体、回风风机、回风排风降噪网从回风排风口排出到室外。新风从新风进风口进入新风进风管、依次经过热交换芯体、新风风机、新风排风降噪网、新风高效过滤器及活性炭过滤器从新风排风口排出到室内。本新风机多利用了门板的空间,热交换芯体、风机、过滤器就可以选择更大的体积,与相同壳体的新风机比,处理量更大,风量更大。

一种壁挂新风机
技术领域
本发明属于空气净化领域,涉及新风机,尤其是一种新型壁挂新风机。
背景技术
新风机是一种有效的空气净化设备,能够使室内空气产生循环,一方面把室内污浊的空气排出室外,另一方面把室外新鲜的空气经过杀菌,消毒、过滤等措施后,再输入到室内,让房间里每时每刻都是新鲜干净的空气。
新风机的必要部件是热交换芯体、新风风机、回风风机以及过滤器,在有限的机壳内如何布置这些部件对出风量、噪音等因素有重要的影响。现有的新风机风都是在机壳内流动,没有合理利用门板的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构设计科学合理的壁挂新风机。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型壁挂新风机,包括机壳及安装在机壳内的新风风机、回风风机、热交换芯体、新风过滤器、回风过滤器,在机壳的底板制有回风进风口,在机壳的后背板下部制有回风排风口,在机壳的后背板回风排风口的上方制有新风进风口,在机壳的顶板制有新风排风口,在机壳的底部回风进风口的上方卡装回风初效过滤器,在回风初效过滤器的上方间隔一定距离安装第一横隔板,在第一横隔板的顶面中部竖向安装一竖隔板,在竖隔板的左侧第一横隔板上安装回风旁通阀,在回风旁通阀的上方安装回风风机,在竖隔板的右侧腔体内通过第二横隔板分割出上、下两个腔体,在上部腔体安装新风进风管,在新风进风管的环壁均匀制有多个出风孔,新风进风管连接新风进风口,在竖隔板的顶部安装热交换芯体,热交换芯体的左侧面与机壳左侧板固装,热交换芯体的右侧面与机壳右侧板间隔一定距离,在该间隔的位置安装控制器盒,连接控制器盒的顶部与热交换芯体的顶部在机壳的右侧安装第三横隔板,在第三横隔板及热交换芯体的上方安装新风风机,新风风机的出风口固装在位于其上方的第四隔板上,在新风风机的上方安装新风高效过滤器及活性炭过滤器,在门板的内侧面固装上封板及下封板,上、下封板与门板间隔一定距离,上、下封板通过隔板隔开,在下封板的下部对应回风初效过滤器的上方制有一长条的回风进风孔,在下封板的上部对应热交换芯体的回风进风侧制有一三角形的回风排风孔。
而且,所述的回风旁通阀包括阀体、阀门板、电机、齿轮、齿条,所述阀体为扁方管裁切制成,在扁方管的顶面左半部制有一方形缺口,对应该方形缺口在扁方管的底面制有一方形气孔,在扁方管内滑动安装一阀门板,该阀门板滑动到该方形气孔处能遮挡方形气孔。
而且,所述的滑动安装是在阀门板的顶面一侧固装一齿条,该齿条啮合连接一齿轮,该齿轮连接电机的输出轴,所述电机通过支架固装在扁方管的顶面中部。
而且,在机壳内正对回风排风口安装回风排风降噪网。
而且,在第四隔板的顶面对应新风风机的出风口安装新风排风降噪网。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本新风机多利用了门板的空间,热交换芯体、风机、过滤器就可以选择更大的体积,与相同壳体的新风机比,处理量更大,风量更大。
2、本新风机设置有旁通阀,使回风还有第二条通路,可以不经过热交换芯体直接排到室外。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种新型壁挂新风机,包括机壳27及安装在机壳内的新风风机2、回风风机7、热交换芯体4、新风过滤器、回风过滤器,在机壳的底板制有回风进风口11,在机壳的后背板28下部制有回风排风口30,在机壳的后背板回风排风口的上方制有新风进风口29,在机壳的顶板制有新风排风口12。在机壳的底部回风进风口的上方卡装回风初效过滤器10,在回风初效过滤器的上方间隔一定距离安装第一横隔板12,在第一横隔板的顶面中部竖向安装一竖隔板8,在竖隔板的左侧第一横隔板上安装回风旁通阀9,在回风旁通阀的上方安装回风风机,在竖隔板的右侧腔体内通过第二横隔板18分割出上、下两个腔体,在上部腔体安装新风进风管6,在新风进风管的环壁均匀制有多个出风孔,新风进风管连接新风进风口,在下部腔体安装回风排风降噪网8,该回风排风降噪网连通回风排风口。在竖隔板的顶部安装热交换芯体,热交换芯体的左侧面与机壳左侧板固装,热交换芯体的右侧面与机壳右侧板间隔一定距离,在该间隔的位置安装控制器盒5,连接控制器盒的顶部与热交换芯体的顶部在机壳的右侧安装第三横隔板3,在第三横隔板及热交换芯体的上方安装新风风机,新风风机的出风口固装在位于其上方的第四隔板20上,在第四隔板上对应出风口制有通孔,在第四隔板的顶面对应新风风机的出风口安装新风排风降噪网1,在新风排风降噪网的上方安装新风高效过滤器及活性炭过滤器13。
所述的回风旁通阀包括阀体23、阀门板26、电机21、齿轮25、齿条22,所述阀体为扁方管裁切制成,在扁方管的顶面左半部制有一方形缺口,对应该方形缺口在扁方管的底面制有一方形气孔24,在扁方管内滑动安装一阀门板,该阀门板滑动到该方形气孔处能遮挡方形气孔,所述的滑动安装是在阀门板的顶面一侧固装一齿条,该齿条啮合连接一齿轮,该齿轮连接电机的输出轴,所述电机通过支架固装在扁方管的顶面中部。
在门板14的内侧面固装上封板15及下封板17,上、下封板与门板间隔一定距离,上、下封板通过隔板隔开,在下封板的下部对应回风初效过滤器的上方制有一长条的回风进风孔19,在下封板的上部对应热交换芯体的回风进风侧制有一三角形的回风排风孔16。
回风从机壳底部的回风进风口进入机壳,依次经过回风初效过滤器、门板下封板的回风进风孔、三角形的回风排风孔、热交换芯体、回风风机、回风排风降噪网从回风排风口排出到室外。
回风还有另一条路径,当回风旁通阀打开后,回风不走门板的回风进风孔,而是直接从回风旁通阀进入回风风机,再通过回风排风降噪网从回风排风口排出到室外。
新风从新风进风口进入新风进风管、依次经过热交换芯体、新风风机、新风排风降噪网、新风高效过滤器及活性炭过滤器从新风排风口排出到室内。

1.一种壁挂新风机,包括机壳及安装在机壳内的新风风机、回风风机、热交换芯体、新风过滤器、回风过滤器,其特征在于:在机壳的底板制有回风进风口,在机壳的后背板下部制有回风排风口,在机壳的后背板回风排风口的上方制有新风进风口,在机壳的顶板制有新风排风口,在机壳的底部回风进风口的上方卡装回风初效过滤器,在回风初效过滤器的上方间隔一定距离安装第一横隔板,在第一横隔板的顶面中部竖向安装一竖隔板,在竖隔板的左侧第一横隔板上安装回风旁通阀,在回风旁通阀的上方安装回风风机,在竖隔板的右侧腔体内通过第二横隔板分割出上、下两个腔体,在上部腔体安装新风进风管,在新风进风管的环壁均匀制有多个出风孔,新风进风管连接新风进风口,在竖隔板的顶部安装热交换芯体,热交换芯体的左侧面与机壳左侧板固装,热交换芯体的右侧面与机壳右侧板间隔一定距离,在该间隔的位置安装控制器盒,连接控制器盒的顶部与热交换芯体的顶部在机壳的右侧安装第三横隔板,在第三横隔板及热交换芯体的上方安装新风风机,新风风机的出风口固装在位于其上方的第四隔板上,在新风风机的上方安装新风高效过滤器及活性炭过滤器,在门板的内侧面固装上封板及下封板,上、下封板与门板间隔一定距离,上、下封板通过隔板隔开,在下封板的下部对应回风初效过滤器的上方制有一长条的回风进风孔,在下封板的上部对应热交换芯体的回风进风侧制有一三角形的回风排风孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壁挂新风机,其特征在于:所述的回风旁通阀包括阀体、阀门板、电机、齿轮、齿条,所述阀体为扁方管裁切制成,在扁方管的顶面左半部制有一方形缺口,对应该方形缺口在扁方管的底面制有一方形气孔,在扁方管内滑动安装一阀门板,该阀门板滑动到该方形气孔处能遮挡方形气孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的壁挂新风机,其特征在于:所述的滑动安装是在阀门板的顶面一侧固装一齿条,该齿条啮合连接一齿轮,该齿轮连接电机的输出轴,所述电机通过支架固装在扁方管的顶面中部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的壁挂新风机,其特征在于:在机壳内正对回风排风口安装回风排风降噪网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的壁挂新风机,其特征在于:在第四隔板的顶面对应新风风机的出风口安装新风排风降噪网。
