技术领域:
本发明涉及空气处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种超级PM2.5处理新风机及使用方法。
背景技术:
近年来,随着经济的发展,城市化的不断推进,国内部分地区空气质量出现不同程度的下降,某些时候个别地方雾霾达到严重污染的水平。为了改善室内空气质量,可以使用空调新风机组。
然而现有技术的空调新风机组都是简单的布置一些尼龙过滤网,来过滤较大杂质,纤维等杂物,在空气质量恶化严重的情况下对空气质量的改善作用非常有限,甚至还可能将尘埃颗粒通过机组送入室内工作区域,加重空气质量的恶化,污染室内环境。因此现有的新风机组在空气质量较差的情况下运行对室内人员健康非常不利。
发明内容:
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单、节能环保,能够实现客厅与卧室之间的送风切换,同时能较好的改善室内空气质量的技术方案:
一种超级PM2.5处理新风机,包括机箱,机箱的顶部开有进风口,机箱的底部分别设有左送风口、右送风口和正面送风口,在机箱内部,进风口下方分别设有第一初效过滤器和第二初效过滤器,第一初效过滤器下方设置第一蒸发盘管,第二初效过滤器下方设置第二蒸发盘管,且第一蒸发盘管和第二蒸发盘管对称设置在第一隔板上,在第一隔板下方设有直流变频风机,直流变频风机安装在第二隔板上,第二隔板下方分别设有第一高效过滤器和第二高效过滤器,在机箱内部下方还设置PM2.5传感器。
作为优选,PM2.5传感器包括空气取样模块和粉尘颗粒检测模块、单片机,空气取样模块包括A/D转换模块、温湿度传感器、大气压力传感器,A/D转换模块、温湿度传感器、大气压力传感器、粉尘颗粒检测模块分别连接单片机。

本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明结构简单、节能环保,将直流变频风机安装在蒸发盘管和高效过滤器之间,可保证过滤送风段全部为正压,杜绝室内空气进入设备造成二次污染。
(2)本发明采用高效过滤器配合PM2.5传感器,能够保证室内新风的洁净度,改善室内环境,降低二氧化碳浓度,是雾霾天的开窗替代。
(3)本发明在第一高效过滤器和第二高效过滤器之间安装旁通组件,可根据需求通过阀件改变送风方向,满足客厅与卧室之间的切换。

如图1-图3所示,本发明设计了一种超级PM2.5处理新风机,包括机箱1,机箱1的顶部开有进风口2,所述机箱1的底部分别设有左送风口3、右送风口4和正面送风口5,在所述机箱1内部,进风口2下方分别设有第一初效过滤器6和第二初效过滤器7,所述第一初效过滤器6下方设置第一蒸发盘管8,所述第二初效过滤器7下方设置第二蒸发盘管9,第一初效过滤器6与第一蒸发盘管8之间设置第一紫外线灯管22,所述第二初效过滤器7与第二蒸发盘管9之间设置第二紫外线灯管23。紫外线灯管能够对初步过滤后的空气进行杀菌消毒,且所述第一蒸发盘管8和所述第二蒸发盘管9对称设置在第一隔板10上,第一蒸发盘管8和第二蒸发盘管9与第一隔板10之间的夹角为45°-60°,在第一隔板10下方设有直流变频风机11,所述直流变频风机11安装在第二隔板12上,第二隔板12下方分别设有第一高效过滤器13和第二高效过滤器14,在所述机箱1内部下方还设置PM2.5传感器15。其结构简单、节能环保,将直流变频风机安装在蒸发盘管和高效过滤器之间,可保证过滤送风段全部为正压,杜绝室内空气进入设备造成二次污染。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超级PM2.5处理新风机,其特征在于:在第一高效过滤器和第二高效过滤器之间安装旁通组件,所述旁通组件包括检测器、控制器和阀门,所述控制器分别与所述检测器和所述阀门相连。
7.一种实现权利要求1所述的一种超级PM2.5处理新风机的使用方法,其特征在于:其使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、室内空气从机箱顶部进风端进入,分别通过第一初效过滤器和第二初效过滤器到达第一蒸发盘管和第二蒸发盘管;
B、第一蒸发盘管和第二蒸发盘管将空气中的水汽蒸发,送出干燥的空气;
C、干燥的空气进入直流变频风机,且从直流变频风机出口流出口进入第一高效过滤器和第二高效过滤器;
D、PM2.5传感器检测过滤后的空气,使过滤后的空气达到室内标准;
E、过滤后的空气根据需求控制旁通组件,实现客厅与卧室之间的风向切换。
