本发明公开了一种汽车LED前照灯,包括壳体、卡盘、发光槽、光源板、发光体、热管、紫铜管、散热器、风扇、驱动器,所述壳体为上端镂空底端开口的空腔结构,所述壳体内部设置有热管、光源板、紫铜管,所述光源板位于热管两侧且与其紧密连接,所述光源板上设置有发光体,所述热管下端固定连接有紫铜管,所述壳体下端固定连接有散热器,所述散热器下方设置有风扇,所述风扇外侧连接有风扇盖,所述卡盘套接在壳体中间位置。本发明的有益效果是:该车灯采用外置驱动,热管导热方式,具有体积小巧且散热性良好的优点,延长了车灯使用寿命。

Description

一种汽车LED前照灯
技术领域
本发明涉及灯具和汽车制造领域,尤其涉及一种汽车LED前照灯。
背景技术
现在市场上汽车关于主要有卤素灯、HID氙气灯和LED灯等,而其中,卤素灯的寿命较短,发光效率不高,亮度相对较低,发热量也大;氙气灯的寿命比卤素灯有提高6倍左右,但功率大和发热量大,电池耗电量增加,灯光穿透力差,另启动时间也长;而LED作为一种新一代的光源,具有高效率、环保、节能、寿命长、即时点亮等特点,LED使用寿命比卤素灯、氙气灯都大大提升,显然LED照明具各方面的优势;但是,汽车的LED车灯由于空间限制,使得对LED车灯的结构和散热有着苛刻的要求,而目前市场上的产品存在的不足是:体积过大,使得LED车灯的安装不方便,且兼容性差,导致很多车无法安装。另外,散热能力差,导致LED车灯工作时长时间处于高温状态,造成光衰大,并且大大的降低了LED车灯的使用寿命。并且,考虑到LED车灯的散热问题,在保证LED车灯的能够正常工作的情况下,往往导致LED车灯无法具备大功率,造成LED车灯的功率不足、亮度不够,无法达到良好的照明效果。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种汽车LED前照灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车LED前照灯,包括壳体、卡盘、发光槽、光源板、发光体、热管、紫铜管、散热器、风扇、驱动器,所述壳体为底端开口的空腔结构且其上端开有镂空的发光槽,所述壳体内部设置有热管、光源板、紫铜管,所述光源板位于热管两侧且与其紧密连接,所述光源板上设置有发光体,所述热管下端固定连接有紫铜管,所述壳体下端固定连接有散热器,所述散热器下方设置有风扇,所述风扇外侧连接有风扇盖,所述卡盘套接在壳体中间位置,所述壳体外部设置有驱动器。
优选的,所述发光体与发光槽相配合且所述发光体能够从发光槽内露出。
优选的,所述驱动器、风扇、发光体之间通过导线电性连接。
优选的,所述发光体通过导热胶粘接在光源板上。
优选的,所述紫铜管底端插入到散热器内部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该车灯采用外置驱动,热管导热方式,具有体积小巧且散热性良好的优点,延长了车灯使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种汽车LED前照灯,包括壳体1、卡盘2、发光槽3、光源板4、发光体5、热管6、紫铜管7、散热器8、风扇9、驱动器12,所述壳体1为底端开口的空腔结构且其上端开有镂空的发光槽3,所述壳体1内部设置有热管6、光源板4、紫铜管7,所述光源板4位于热管6两侧且与其紧密连接,所述光源板4上设置有发光体5,所述热管6下端固定连接有紫铜管7,所述壳体1下端固定连接有散热器8,所述散热器8下方设置有风扇9,所述风扇9外侧连接有风扇盖10,所述卡盘2套接在壳体1中间位置,所述壳体1外部设置有驱动器12。
其中,所述发光体5与发光槽3相配合且所述发光体5能够从发光槽3内露出,所述发光体5通过导热胶粘接在光源板4上,所述紫铜管7底端插入到散热器8内部,所述驱动器12、风扇9、发光体5之间通过导线11电性连接。
使用时,首先将车灯与外部电源接通,启动驱动器12使得发光体5工作,提供照明,发光体5产生的热量会通过光源板4传送到热管6上,再由紫铜管7传送到散热器8上,最后散发到外部环境中,散热器8底部的风扇9加强换热。

1.一种汽车LED前照灯,包括壳体(1)、卡盘(2)、发光槽(3)、光源板(4)、发光体(5)、热管(6)、紫铜管(7)、散热器(8)、风扇(9)、驱动器(12),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)为底端开口的空腔结构且其上端开有镂空的发光槽(3),所述壳体(1)内部设置有热管(6)、光源板(4)、紫铜管(7),所述光源板(4)位于热管(6)两侧且与其紧密连接,所述光源板(4)上设置有发光体(5),所述热管(6)下端固定连接有紫铜管(7),所述壳体(1)下端固定连接有散热器(8),所述散热器(8)下方设置有风扇(9),所述风扇(9)外侧连接有风扇盖(10),所述卡盘(2)套接在壳体(1)中间位置,所述壳体(1)外部设置有驱动器(12);所述发光体(5)与发光槽(3)相配合且所述发光体(5)能够从发光槽(3)内露出;所述驱动器(12)、风扇(9)、发光体(5)之间通过导线(11)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车LED前照灯,其特征在于:所述发光体(5)通过导热胶粘接在光源板(4)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车LED前照灯,其特征在于:所述紫铜管(7)底端插入到散热器(8)内部。
