Abstract

一种紧急切断阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀芯以及阀座,阀体内设有进口腔和出口腔,阀芯固定连接在阀杆的端部,阀体上设有两道阀座,阀芯上套装有导向套,导向套外套装有导向环,导向环固定在阀体上,在的阀体底部固定安装有阀盖,导向环与阀盖之间形成助力腔,弹簧座套装在阀芯上,且与导向套抵接,弹簧座与阀盖之间设置弹簧,阀芯上开设有导流孔,导流孔将进口腔与助力腔连通。本发明的有益效果是:当紧急切断阀失去气源时,阀门紧急关闭,助力腔内的介质力和弹簧力同时推动阀芯以及阀芯固定连接的阀杆迅速向上运动,使得阀杆密封面以及阀芯密封面分别与上阀座以及下阀座密封配合,达到截断介质的效果,密封效果更好,密封更可靠。

本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种紧急切断阀。
背景技术
目前,紧急切断阀密封结构如图1所示,阀瓣处密封结构由阀瓣盖、阀瓣、密封圈、压板、螺母组成,密封圈安装于阀瓣内部,通过盖板固定于阀瓣上,盖板通过螺母进行收紧。此种结构,在长期使用过程中,螺母会出现松弛现象,介质将穿过密封圈泄漏至阀体内部,密封可靠性差,一旦产生泄漏,对整个燃气系统产生严重危害。
且,此种结构为平面密封结构,在长期使用过程中,介质中的固体颗粒容易依附在密封面表面,使得密封面出现划伤现象,影响了密封效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有紧急切断阀的缺点,本发明提供响应速度快、密封可靠的紧急切断阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种紧急切断阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀芯以及阀座,阀体内设有进口腔和出口腔,阀芯固定连接在阀杆的端部,阀体上设有两道阀座,上阀座与阀杆密封面配合,下阀座与阀芯密封面配合,上阀座与阀杆密封面的配合以及下阀座与阀芯密封面的配合实现了进口腔与出口腔的连通和截断,阀芯上套装有导向套,导向套外套装有导向环,导向环固定在阀体上,在的阀体底部固定安装有阀盖,导向环与阀盖之间形成助力腔,弹簧座套装在阀芯上,且与导向套抵接,弹簧座与阀盖之间设置弹簧,阀芯上开设有导流孔,导流孔将进口腔与助力腔连通。
进一步的,阀杆密封面以及阀芯密封面为斜面,且在阀杆密封面以及阀芯密封面上设有Ω槽,Ω槽内设有O形圈。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、当紧急切断阀在常开状态时,助力腔内弹簧处于蓄势状态,且进口腔的介质进入助力腔;当紧急切断阀失去气源时,阀门紧急关闭,助力腔内的介质力和弹簧力同时作用于导向套上,推动阀芯以及阀芯固定连接的阀杆迅速向上运动,使得阀杆密封面以及阀芯密封面分别与上阀座以及下阀座密封配合,达到截断介质的效果,密封效果更好,密封更可靠。
2、阀杆密封面以及阀芯密封面为斜面,使得固体颗粒不容易依附在密封面表面,密封圈使用寿命长,且O形圈安装在密封面的Ω槽内,使得阀芯以及阀杆在快速上升的过程中,O形圈不易脱落,稳定性更好,密封可靠。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,一种紧急切断阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2、阀芯3以及阀座,阀体1内设有进口腔4和出口腔5,阀芯3固定连接在阀杆2的端部,阀体1上设有两道阀座,上阀座6与阀杆密封面7配合,下阀座8与阀芯密封面9配合,上阀座6与阀杆密封面7的配合以及下阀座8与阀芯密封面9的配合实现了进口腔4与出口腔5的连通和截断,阀芯3上套装有导向套10,导向套10外套装有导向环11,导向环11固定在阀体1上,在的阀体1底部固定安装有阀盖12,导向环11与阀盖12之间形成助力腔13,弹簧座14套装在阀芯3上,且与导向套10抵接,弹簧座14与阀盖12之间设置弹簧15,阀芯3上开设有导流孔16,导流孔16将进口腔4与助力腔13连通。
当紧急切断阀在常开状态时,助力腔13内弹簧15处于蓄势状态,且进口腔4的介质进入助力腔13;当紧急切断阀失去气源时,阀门紧急关闭,助力腔13内的介质力和弹簧力同时作用与导向套10上,推动阀芯3以及阀芯固定连接的阀杆2迅速向上运动,使得阀杆密封面7以及阀芯密封面9分别与上阀座6以及下阀座8密封配合,达到截断介质的效果,密封效果更好,密封更可靠。
阀杆密封面7以及阀芯密封面9为斜面,使得固体颗粒不容易依附在密封面表面,密封圈使用寿命长,且O形圈安装在密封面的Ω槽17内,使得阀芯3以及阀杆2在快速上升的过程中,O形圈不易脱落,稳定性更好,密封可靠。

1.一种紧急切断阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀芯以及阀座,阀体内设有进口腔和出口腔,所述阀芯固定连接在所述阀杆的端部,其特征在于:所述阀体上设有两道阀座,上阀座与阀杆密封面配合,下阀座与阀芯密封面配合,所述上阀座与阀杆密封面的配合以及下阀座与阀芯密封面的配合实现了进口腔与出口腔的连通和截断,所述阀芯上套装有导向套,所述导向套外套装有导向环,所述导向环固定在阀体上,在所述的阀体底部固定安装有阀盖,所述导向环与阀盖之间形成助力腔,所述弹簧座套装在阀芯上,且与导向套抵接,所述弹簧座与阀盖之间设置弹簧,所述阀芯上开设有导流孔,所述导流孔将进口腔与助力腔连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆密封面以及阀芯密封面为斜面,且在所述阀杆密封面以及阀芯密封面上设有Ω槽,所述Ω槽内设有O形圈。
