Background
After the roadway is excavated, the stress state of the surrounding rock is changed, the original stable balance is broken, the surrounding rock moves violently, the deformation of the top, the bottom plate and the two sides is large, and a surrounding rock unstable area appears at the periphery of the roadway; the top and bottom plates are commonly provided with a tensile stress area and a stress reduction area, the compressive stress gradually transits to the original rock stress state in the deep part of the roadway, the stress concentration degree of two sides of the roadway is the highest, and the stress concentration degree can be effectively reduced by corner passivation. The large-section roadway generally focuses on the control of a top plate and two sides, the control of a bottom plate is ignored, actually, bottom obscurity is an important characteristic of the large-section roadway, if the large-section roadway is not supported, a weak zone of a supporting structure appears, the roadway is damaged firstly from the uncovered bottom obscurity, and the two sides move close and are unstable due to the bottom obscurity until the two sides are broken up to a rib, so that the roadway is completely damaged.
At present, for roadway support, bolt support is generally adopted, and bolt support is a new support form. The anchor bolt support is different from a common support, and the support does not bear the surrounding rock pressure of a roadway negatively but anchors the surrounding rock to form a stressed whole under the combined action of the support and the surrounding rock, so that the deformation of the surrounding rock is reduced, and the surrounding rock is prevented from falling. In the laminated rock stratum, the anchor rod can anchor thin rock layers to form a combined beam, and can also firmly suspend soft surrounding rock on the firm and stable rock stratum, and in the non-laminated rock stratum, the anchor rod can strain rock blocks around a roadway to form an arch. At present, bolt support is widely applied to roadway support.
However, the existing roadway support still has a series of defects, for example, the support is troublesome, the support effect is limited, the bottom is lack of support, the support is unstable, the connection of the arched steel plates is unstable, when stress concentration occurs at a certain position of the roadway, a weak area of the roadway is easy to occur, the support is unstable, the safety and stability of the support are threatened, and roof caving and rib caving are easy to occur.
In order to solve the defects and problems in the prior art, the invention provides a concrete steel pipe support frame device for roadway support and a support method.

The invention discloses a concrete steel pipe support frame device for roadway support, which comprises a protective net, a left arch frame, a top arch frame, a right arch frame and a primary lining rack; the protective net is fixedly attached to the outer wall of the roadway through anchoring nails; the bottoms of the left arch centering and the right arch centering are fixed at the bottom of the outer wall of the roadway through fastening bolts; the frame bodies of the left arch centering and the right arch centering are respectively provided with a left clamping hole and a right clamping hole; the left arch frame and the right arch frame are respectively clamped with clamping heads which are arranged at two ends of the top arch frame and protrude outwards through a left clamping hole and a right clamping hole in a matched manner; the cross connection positions of the left clamping hole and the right clamping hole and the top arch are fixedly connected through expansion bolts; and the outer walls of the left arch frame, the top arch frame and the right arch frame are connected with the primary lining rack through hydraulic jacks.
Preferably, a supporting disc is arranged at the joint of the hydraulic jack and the arch center; the supporting disc is disc-shaped, and an anti-skid rubber pad is arranged at the bottom of the supporting disc.
Preferably, the preliminary lining rack is arched, clamping grooves are formed in the bottoms of the two ends of the preliminary lining rack, and the preliminary lining rack is clamped with the support rails symmetrically arranged on the upper portion of the base through the clamping grooves.
