Abstract
本发明涉及一种消音通风门，包括门板主体，所述门板主体为两侧面板及中间夹层构成；所述面板上设有通风孔；所述夹层中设有消音管；所述消音管与所述通风孔配合安装，在两面门板之间的中部还设有消音板。本发明的有益效果在于：利用抗性消音和小孔消音的原理制作的消音管，有规则的安装在门板中，且两侧门板中的消音管错开安装，从而实现了消音、通风、遮光的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种消音通风门，属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
传统的门是全封闭的，当把门关上时，房间里的空气不流通，长时间在这种环境下生活会对身体有很大的危害；当把门打开时，空气是流通了，但是会有噪音的影响，还有自己的隐私也受到影响。在消音方面，现有的消音结构都是针对汽车排气设计的，要求都是应用不锈钢金属材料，且结构比较简单，都是应用小孔消音原理制成。因此，提供一种消音通风门有着现实意义，此消音通风门应用了抗性、小孔、微孔消音的技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种消音通风门，该消音通风门在保证通风的同时还具有消音、遮光的效果，本发明主要应用了抗性消音和小孔消音的原理实现消音通风的效果。
上述发明目的得以实现，是因为采用了下述技术措施：
一种消音通风门,包括门板，所述门板与门板之间设有消音管，门板中还设有通风孔。
作为本发明的优选，所述消音管的管壁上设有均匀分布的小孔，小孔直径为4mm，作用是气流经过消音管中的小孔时，噪声的频谱就会移向高频或超高频，使频谱中的可听声成分明显降低，从而实现消音的效果，还能通风透气。
作为本发明的优选，为了增加空气的流动量，所述消音管的管壁上设有均匀分布的微孔，微孔直径为1mm，因为孔径小于1mm孔，声音的穿孔率为1％一3％，使其在空气流通的过程中获得良好的消声效果。
作为本发明的优选，所述消音管的中部设有反射层，作用是利用抗性消音的原理借助于管道截面的突然收缩，使沿管道传播的某些频率的声波在突变处向声源方向反射回去，从而达到消声目的。
作为本发明的优选，所述消音管的材料为塑料，能降消音通风门的质量和成本，并且可用模具一体成型，此成型方式简单。
作为本发明的优选，所述消音管在门板之间错开安装，所以消音管在安装时，有一端与门板紧贴不通风，另一端与另一面门板中的通风孔配合安装通风，这样才能保证在遮光的同时还具有通风消音的效果。
作为本发明的优选，所述门板中的每个通风孔处都设有通风孔盖，通风孔盖可上下转动，无需通风时可将通风孔盖住；可以根据自己的需求选择相应的通风孔盖开启。
作为本发明的优选，所述消音板中设有消音孔，作用是为了消音和通风；为了加固门的结构，消音板的厚度为3mm以上。
本发明的有益效果在于：利用抗性消音和小孔消音的原理制作的消音管，有规则的安装在门板中，且两侧门板中的消音管错开安装，从而实现了消音、通风、遮光的效果。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图，对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述：应当理解，优选实施例仅为了说明本发明，而不是为了限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1、2所示，本发明一种消音通风门，包括门板3，所述左侧门板3与右侧门板3之间设有消音管2，所述消音管2中还设有小孔5，门板3中还设有通风孔和门把手4，在两面门板3之间的中部还设有消音板6，其作用是消音、通风还有加固门结构，所述消音管2在门板3之间错开安装，所以消音管2在安装时，有一端紧贴在门板3上，另一端与另一面门板3中的通风孔配合安装通风，这样才能保证在遮光的同时还具有通风消音的效果；所述门板3中的每个通风孔处都设有通风孔盖1，通风孔盖1可上下转动，无需通风时可将通风孔盖住。
如图2所示，图中的箭头为空气的流动方向，空气从右边门板3中的消音管2流入左右两门板3的空腔中，然后从左边门板3中的消音管流出，从而保证了房间里的空气的新鲜。当气流经过消音管2中的小孔5时，噪声的频谱就会移向高频或超高频，使频谱中的可听声成分明显降低，从而实现消音的效果。
如图3所示，当声音传入消音管2时，会撞击反射层7，实现反射作用；有的声音通过圆孔8传入消音管2的尾端，撞击封口9，也实现反射作用；由于抗性消音的原理借助于管道截面的突然收缩，使沿管道传播的某些频率的声波在突变处向声源方向反射回去，从而达到消声目的；还有的声音会经过消音管2中的小孔5时，噪声的频谱就会移向高频或超高频，使频谱中的可听声成分明显降低，从而实现消音的效果，还能通风透气；为了增加空气的流动量，在消音管2的管壁上设有均匀分布的微孔10，微孔10直径为1mm，因为孔径小于1mm孔，声音的穿孔率为1％一3％，使其在空气流通的过程中获得良好的消声效果。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种消音通风门，包括门板主体，所述门板主体为两侧面板及中间夹层构成；所述面板上设有通风孔；所述夹层中设有消音管；所述消音管与所述通风孔配合安装，在两面门板之间的中部还设有消音板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消音通风门，其特征在于,所述消音管的管壁上设有均匀分布的小孔、微孔，消音管的一端为封闭式，中部设有反射层，所述小孔直径为4mm，所述微孔直径为1mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的消音通风门，其特征在于,所述反射层的两侧面为圆弧面，中部设有圆孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的消音通风门，其特征在于,所述消音管用塑料材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的消音通风门，其特征在于,所述消音管在门板之间错开安装且在门板中分布均匀，消音管在安装时，有一端与门板紧贴不通风，另一端与另一面门板中的通风孔配合安装通风。
6.根据权利要求1所述的消音通风门，其特征在于,所述门板中的每个通风孔处都设有通风孔盖，通风孔盖可上下转动，无需通风时可将通风孔盖住。
7.根据权利要求1所述的消音通风门，其特征在于,所述消音板中设有规则分布的消音孔，消音板的厚度在3mm以上。
