本发明公开了一种超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的表面处理及EVA树脂涂层方法,将超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,纤维线密度为30dtex‑1500dtex,4‑16根进行编织;采用电晕或等离子处理方法进行表面处理;然后将经表面处理的超高分子量聚乙烯编织线进一步进行EVA树脂涂层处理;涂层处理的工艺条件为:螺杆挤出机温度为90℃/100℃/110℃/120℃/120℃,涂层功率为10‑20m/min。本发明制备简便,性能优异;可作为钓鱼线、渔网线等;主要性能参数:线体悬垂长度为10‑15cm,摩擦色牢度为5级,水洗色牢度为5级。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的表面处理及EVA树脂涂层方法。
背景技术
现有的超高分子量聚乙烯编织线,线体较软容易缠结,且在海水或摩擦的条件下色牢度差,使用不顺畅或影响的循环使用,需要进一步加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制备简便,性能优异的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的表面处理及EVA树脂涂层方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的表面处理及EVA树脂涂层方法,其特征是:将超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,纤维线密度为30dtex-1500dtex,4-16根进行编织;采用电晕或等离子处理方法进行表面处理,电晕、等离子处理表面处理的工艺参数分别为:电晕的处理电压为15-20KV,处理功率为10-30m/min;等离子处理频率为10-40kHz,处理电压为10-16KV,处理功率为3-8m/min;然后将经表面处理的超高分子量聚乙烯编织线进一步进行EVA树脂涂层处理,EVA树脂涂层组成为:EVA 树脂95%、聚乙烯蜡片 2%、微晶石蜡2%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1%;涂层处理的工艺条件为:螺杆挤出机温度为90℃/100℃/110℃/120℃/120℃,涂层功率为10-20m/min。
所述超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的分子量为200万-300万。
本发明制备简便,性能优异;可作为钓鱼线、渔网线等;主要性能参数:线体悬垂长度为10-15cm,摩擦色牢度为5级,水洗色牢度为5级。

一种超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的表面处理及EVA树脂涂层方法,将分子量为200万-300万的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,纤维线密度为30dtex-1500dtex,4-16根进行编织;采用电晕或等离子处理方法进行表面处理,电晕、等离子处理表面处理的工艺参数分别为:电晕的处理电压为15-20KV,处理功率为10-30m/min;等离子处理频率为10-40kHz,处理电压为10-16KV,处理功率为3-8m/min;然后将经表面处理的超高分子量聚乙烯编织线进一步进行EVA树脂涂层处理,EVA树脂涂层组成为:EVA 树脂95%、聚乙烯蜡片 2%、微晶石蜡2%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1%;涂层处理的工艺条件为:螺杆挤出机温度为90℃/100℃/110℃/120℃/120℃,涂层功率为10-20m/min。
