本发明公开了一种化肥清洗粉及其制备工艺,它是由十二烷基磺酸钠、增白剂、硫酸钠、二甲基聚氧乙烯、硅酸钠、过氧化钠和水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:十二烷基磺酸钠:25‑30 份;增白剂:5‑8份;硫酸钠:12‑17 份;二甲基聚氧乙烯:15‑20份;硅酸钠:5‑7份;过氧化钠:4‑6 份;水:8‑10份。本发明所述的一种化肥清洗粉,使用方便,去污力强,可以有效的去除掉化肥生产设备上的残留化肥毒素。

化肥生产企业中,其生产设备上往往由于长时间生产化肥而导致设备上有一层厚厚的化肥残留层,其中含有大量有毒物质,对员工身体影响较大,并且不易清洗。

发明目的:本发明为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种化肥清洗粉。
技术方案:一种化肥清洗粉,它是由十二烷基磺酸钠、增白剂、硫酸钠、二甲基聚氧乙烯、硅酸钠、过氧化钠和水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:十二烷基磺酸钠:25-30份;增白剂:5-8份;硫酸钠:12-17 份;二甲基聚氧乙烯:15-20份;硅酸钠:5-7份;过氧化钠:4-6 份;水:8-10份。
有益效果:本发明所述的一种化肥清洗粉,使用方便,去污力强,可以有效的去除掉化肥生产设备上的残留化肥毒素。

一种化肥清洗粉,它是由十二烷基磺酸钠、增白剂、硫酸钠、二甲基聚氧乙烯、硅酸钠、过氧化钠和水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:十二烷基磺酸钠:20 份;增白剂:8 份;硫酸钠:15 份;二甲基聚氧乙烯:20 份;硅酸钠:4 份;过氧化钠:4 份;水:8 份。
上述护肤重垢洗衣粉的配制方法:在70℃以上,将8 份增白剂、15 份硫酸钠和4份硅酸钠混合物加入卧式流化床上,依次喷入20 份十二烷基磺酸钠、20 份二甲基聚氧乙烯、4份过氧化钠和8 份水混合均匀即可。
实施例2
一种化肥清洗粉,它是由十二烷基磺酸钠、增白剂、硫酸钠、二甲基聚氧乙烯、硅酸钠、过氧化钠和水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:十二烷基磺酸钠:25 份;增白剂:10 份;硫酸钠:20 份;二甲基聚氧乙烯:25 份;硅酸钠:6 份;过氧化钠:6 份;水:10 份。
上述护肤重垢洗衣粉的配制方法:在70℃以上,将10 份增白剂、20 份硫酸钠和6份硅酸钠混合物加入卧式流化床上,依次喷入25 份十二烷基磺酸钠、25 份二甲基聚氧乙烯6 份过氧化钠和10 份水混合均匀即可。
实施例3
一种化肥清洗粉,它是由十二烷基磺酸钠、增白剂、硫酸钠、二甲基聚氧乙烯、硅酸钠、过氧化钠和水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:十二烷基磺酸钠:22.5 份;增白剂:9 份;硫酸钠:17.5 份;二甲基聚氧乙烯:22.5 份;硅酸钠:5 份;过氧化钠:5 份;水:9 份。
上述护肤重垢洗衣粉的配制方法:在70℃以上,将9 份增白剂、17.5 份硫酸钠和5份硅酸钠混合物加入卧式流化床上,依次喷入22.5 份十二烷基磺酸钠、22.5 份二甲基聚氧乙烯、5 份过氧化钠和9 份水混合均匀即可。

硫酸钠:12-17 份;
二甲基聚氧乙烯:15-20份;
硅酸钠:5-7份;
过氧化钠:4-6 份;
水:8-10 份。
