本发明提出了一种室内墙面水性漆,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:醋酸乙烯‑乙烯乳液16~32份、丙烯酸酯乳液10~20份、纳米碳酸钙15~25份、改性二氧化钛15~25份、成膜助剂0.2~0.6份、增稠剂0.3~0.6份、润湿剂0.1~0.3份、分散剂0.4~0.8份、pH调节剂0.1~0.3份及水25~35份;所述改性二氧化钛主要由二氧化钛、碳化硅与硅溶胶热压烧结制备得到。该室内墙面水性漆不仅附着力与成膜性能好,还具有优异的去除甲醛性能。

技术领域
本发明属于油漆技术领域,具体涉及一种室内墙面水性漆。
背景技术
随着人类生活质量的提高,环保法规也越来越严格,各种环保条例对挥发 性有机化合物(VOC)的排放量、有害溶剂及各种重金属的含量都有严格限制。20 世纪90年代,在全世界范围内掀起了减少涂料中溶剂含量和VOC的行动,该 行动对工业涂料及特种涂料行业产生了较大影响。因此,发展绿色环保型涂料 已成为涂料行业发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明提出一种室内墙面水性漆,该室内墙面水性漆不仅附着力与成膜性 能好,还具有优异的去除甲醛性能。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种室内墙面水性漆,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
醋酸乙烯-乙烯乳液16~32份、丙烯酸酯乳液10~20份、纳米碳酸钙15~ 25份、改性二氧化钛15~25份、成膜助剂0.2~0.6份、增稠剂0.3~0.6份、润 湿剂0.1~0.3份、分散剂0.4~0.8份、pH调节剂0.1~0.3份及水25~35份; 所述改性二氧化钛主要由二氧化钛、碳化硅与硅溶胶热压烧结制备得到。
优选地,所述改性二氧化钛的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛放入含有十六烷基三甲基溴化铵水溶液中进行,搅拌并超 声分散,得到分散液A;
(2)碳化硅加入硅溶胶中超声分散,得到分散液B;
(3)将分散液A与分散液B混合后,充分混合研磨,然后在300℃~450℃ 条件热压法烧结,即可获得改性二氧化钛。
优选地,所述二氧化钛与所述碳化硅的质量之比为5~8:1,所述碳化硅与 所述硅溶胶的质量之比为4~8:100。
优选地,所述十六烷基三甲基溴化铵水溶液中的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的 质量浓度为6~12%。
优选地,所述成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇单异丁酸酯。
优选地,所述增稠剂选自羟乙基纤维素或者羟丙基甲基纤维素。
优选地,所述润湿剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物。
优选地,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵。
本发明的室内墙面水性漆的制备方法:按照配比称取上述组分混合搅拌均 匀即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的采用改性二氧化钛,该改性二氧化钛主要由二氧化钛、碳化硅与 硅溶胶热压烧结制备得到,其不仅拓宽了光谱响应范围,从紫外光区拓展了可 见光区域,而且提高了光催化效率。有效把空气中的甲醛和其它有毒气体分解 成无污染的二氧化碳(CO2)和水(H2O),让室内空气更加绿色健康。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种室内墙面水性漆,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
醋酸乙烯-乙烯乳液24份、丙烯酸酯乳液16份、纳米碳酸钙20份、改性二 氧化钛20份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇单异丁酸酯0.5份、羟乙基纤维素0.4份、 聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物0.2份、聚丙烯酸铵0.6份、pH调节剂0.2份及水 30份。
改性二氧化钛的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛放入含有质量浓度为12%十六烷基三甲基溴化铵水溶液中 进行,搅拌并超声分散,得到分散液A;
(2)碳化硅加入硅溶胶中超声分散,得到分散液B;
(3)将分散液A与分散液B混合后,充分混合研磨,然后在300℃条件热 压法烧结,即可获得改性二氧化钛。二氧化钛与碳化硅的质量之比为8:1,碳化 硅与硅溶胶的质量之比为4:100。
实施例2
一种室内墙面水性漆,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
醋酸乙烯-乙烯乳液16份、丙烯酸酯乳液20份、纳米碳酸钙15份、改性二 氧化钛15份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇单异丁酸酯0.2份、羟乙基纤维素0.6份、 聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物0.1份、聚丙烯酸铵0.4份、pH调节剂0.1份及水 25份。
改性二氧化钛的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛放入含有质量浓度为8%十六烷基三甲基溴化铵水溶液中 进行,搅拌并超声分散,得到分散液A;
(2)碳化硅加入硅溶胶中超声分散,得到分散液B;
(3)将分散液A与分散液B混合后,充分混合研磨,然后在400℃条件热 压法烧结,即可获得改性二氧化钛。二氧化钛与碳化硅的质量之比为7:1,碳化 硅与硅溶胶的质量之比为6:100。
实施例3
一种室内墙面水性漆,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
醋酸乙烯-乙烯乳液32份、丙烯酸酯乳液10份、纳米碳酸钙25份、改性二 氧化钛25份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇单异丁酸酯0.6份、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.3 份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物0.3份、聚丙烯酸铵0.8份、pH调节剂0.3份 及水35份。
改性二氧化钛的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛放入含有质量浓度为6%十六烷基三甲基溴化铵水溶液中 进行,搅拌并超声分散,得到分散液A;
(2)碳化硅加入硅溶胶中超声分散,得到分散液B;
(3)将分散液A与分散液B混合后,充分混合研磨,然后在450℃条件热 压法烧结,即可获得改性二氧化钛。二氧化钛与碳化硅的质量之比为5:1,碳化 硅与硅溶胶的质量之比为8:100。
试验例
将实施例1-3得到的室内墙面水性漆进行性能测试,采用静态测试法,即将 含有已知质量浓度的甲醛从进样口注入干净的密闭透光的玻璃舱中,其中舱内 放有辊涂两遍水泥基底样板(430mm×150mm×(4-6)mm),测试24小时甲醛达到 平衡时的含量,得吸附甲醛的分离系数K。并通过气相色谱测试其密闭玻璃舱 内甲醛含量,计算出甲醛降价率N。结果见表1:

1.一种室内墙面水性漆,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
醋酸乙烯-乙烯乳液16~32份、丙烯酸酯乳液10~20份、纳米碳酸钙15~25份、改性二氧化钛15~25份、成膜助剂0.2~0.6份、增稠剂0.3~0.6份、润湿剂0.1~0.3份、分散剂0.4~0.8份、pH调节剂0.1~0.3份及水25~35份;所述改性二氧化钛主要由二氧化钛、碳化硅与硅溶胶热压烧结制备得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内墙面水性漆,其特征在于,所述改性二氧化钛的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛放入含有十六烷基三甲基溴化铵水溶液中进行,搅拌并超声分散,得到分散液A;
(2)碳化硅加入硅溶胶中超声分散,得到分散液B;
(3)将分散液A与分散液B混合后,充分混合研磨,然后在300℃~450℃条件热压法烧结,即可获得改性二氧化钛。
3.根据权利要求2所述的室内墙面水性漆,其特征在于,所述二氧化钛与所述碳化硅的质量之比为5~8:1,所述碳化硅与所述硅溶胶的质量之比为4~8:100。
4.根据权利要求2所述的室内墙面水性漆,其特征在于,所述十六烷基三甲基溴化铵水溶液中的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的质量浓度为6~12%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的室内墙面水性漆,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇单异丁酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的室内墙面水性漆,其特征在于,所述增稠剂选自羟乙基纤维素或者羟丙基甲基纤维素。
7.根据权利要求1所述的室内墙面水性漆,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的室内墙面水性漆,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵。
