Referring to fig. 1, the invention discloses a single film folding packaging machine, which comprises a rotary conveying mechanism 1, a folding mechanism 2, a bag supplying mechanism 3 and a detecting mechanism 4, wherein the folding mechanism 2, the bag supplying mechanism 3 and the detecting mechanism 4 are arranged around the rotary conveying mechanism 1, the folding mechanism 2 is used for folding a facial mask, the bag supplying mechanism 3 is used for supplying packaging bags, the detecting mechanism 4 is used for detecting whether the packaging bags are provided with facial masks or not, the rotary conveying mechanism 1 is provided with a rotatable clamping device, and the clamping device can be sequentially connected with the bag supplying mechanism 3, the folding mechanism 2 and the detecting mechanism 4 in a butt joint mode in a rotating process, and three procedures of bag taking, film loading and detecting are correspondingly completed.

Corresponding to the clamping device, the bag supplying mechanism 3 is provided with a conveying groove 301 and a bag taking device, as shown in fig. 5, the conveying groove 301 is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal direction, one end with a lower horizontal height is provided with an opening, the conveying groove 301 is provided with limiting structures protruding from two sides of the opening, and a push plate 307 capable of moving along the channel direction is arranged in the conveying groove 301. The push plate 307 can move along the direction of the channel through the screw rod driven by a motor, one end of the push plate 307 facing the opening end is provided with a plurality of supporting points for pressing the packaging bag when a plurality of packaging bags are placed in the conveying groove 301, and the packaging bag is propped against one side of the packaging bag facing away from the opening end, so that the packaging bag is orderly and compactly arranged at the opening end of the conveying groove 301 and is limited through a limiting structure. The limit structure is a vertical rib plate, and the two sides of the packaging bag are propped against the rib plate to prevent the packaging bag from falling off. In order to ensure that the pushing plate 307 supports the packaging bag so that the packaging bag is orderly and compactly arranged at the opening end of the conveying groove 301, a pressure sensor is arranged on the inner side of the rib plate (namely, the side away from the opening end), the pressure sensor and a driving motor of the pushing plate 307 are controlled by the same control center, and the pressure on the inner side of the rib plate is measured in real time by the pressure sensor to control the pushing plate 307 to support the packaging bag, so that the pressure value is always in a set range. In addition, a screw rod adjusting assembly 306 for adjusting the height is further arranged at the lower end of the conveying groove 301, so that the application range of the conveying groove 301 is enlarged.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the bag taking device is used for taking out the packaging bag from the opening end of the conveying groove 301, so that the clamping device clamps the packaging bag, and specifically comprises a mounting plate capable of horizontally pushing, an adsorption head 304 and a guide plate 302, wherein the adsorption head 304 is arranged on the mounting plate and can vertically slide, the mounting plate is arranged in front of the opening end of the conveying groove 301, the moving direction of the mounting plate is parallel to the vertical plane where the conveying groove 301 is located, the guide plate 302 is vertically arranged on the side surface of the adsorption head 304 and is mutually perpendicular to the mounting plate, the guide plate 302 is provided with an arc-shaped guide groove 303 corresponding to the adsorption head 304, one end of the guide groove 303, which is close to the opening end of the conveying groove 301, is lower than the other end, and the circle center corresponding to the radian of the guide groove 303 is located above the guide groove 303. The suction head 304 is arranged at one end of the mounting plate close to the conveying groove 301 and is provided with a head 305 extending into the guide groove 303, at least one sucking disc is arranged at one end of the suction head 304 close to the conveying groove 301, the sucking disc is also communicated with the vacuum suction device through a hose, the suction head 304 can move downwards under the guide action of the guide groove 303 and extend into the opening end of the conveying groove 301 when the mounting plate is pushed towards the conveying groove 301, and can move upwards under the guide action of the guide groove 303 when the mounting plate is pushed away from the conveying groove 301 so as to butt-joint the clamping device.
The bag supplying mechanism 3 thus arranged can arrange the packaging bags neatly and compactly at the opening end thereof through the conveying groove 301, so that the adsorption head 304 can absorb the packaging bags conveniently. Meanwhile, the actual motion track of the suction head 304 is consistent with that of the guide groove 303, when the suction head slides to one end of the guide groove 303, which is close to the opening end of the conveying groove 301, the suction disc on the suction head 304 just stretches into the opening end of the conveying groove 301, then the vacuum suction device connected with the suction disc is started to suck a packaging bag, the suction disc is sucked at the middle position of the packaging bag to expose the upper end of the packaging bag, then the suction head 304 moves upwards to the other end of the guide groove 303 along the guide groove 303, the upper end of the packaging bag just is positioned between the first clamping jaw 102 and the second clamping jaw 103, the second clamping jaw 103 is attached to the first clamping jaw 102 through the driving cylinder 106, meanwhile, the vacuum suction device connected with the suction disc on the first clamping jaw 102 and the second clamping jaw 103 is started to suck the upper end of the packaging bag, and finally the second clamping jaw 103 is separated from the first clamping jaw 102 under the action of the spring, so that the upper end of the packaging bag is opened, and meanwhile, the suction disc on the suction head 304 is closed, and the suction of the suction is relieved. The arc guide slot 303 is arranged, so that the adsorption head 304 can be conveniently abutted to the opening end of the conveying slot 301, meanwhile, the packaging bag can enter between the first clamping jaw 102 and the second clamping jaw 103 from the lower part of the two clamping jaws, the conveying slot 301 and the bag taking device are both positioned below the clamping device, interference can not occur, the space layout is reasonable, the structure is compact, compared with the bag supplying and taking structure in the traditional equipment, the occupied space is greatly reduced, and the practicability is strong.
Preferably, the movement direction of the second clamping jaw 103 coincides with the radial direction of the rotating shaft of the turntable 101, the first clamping jaw 102 is parallel to the second clamping jaw 103 and is mounted on the outer side of the turntable 101, the second clamping jaw 103 is provided with a cover plate 104 which covers the upper side of the first clamping jaw 102 and is in sliding connection with the turntable 101, an avoidance opening is formed between the first clamping jaw 102 and the second clamping jaw 103, the spring is arranged between the cover plate 104 and the turntable 101, the upper end surface of the cover plate 104 is provided with a circular arc-shaped avoidance groove 105 around the rotating shaft of the turntable 101, the driving cylinder 106 is fixedly mounted corresponding to the bag supplying mechanism 3, namely, the rotary conveying mechanism 1 is only provided with a driving cylinder 106 at the position of the bag supplying mechanism 3, the driving cylinder 106 is provided with a pushing head 107 which is adapted in the avoidance groove 105, the driving cylinder 106 can push the second clamping jaw 103 to be attached to the first clamping jaw 102 through the pushing head 107, and the pushing head 107 can slide in or slide out from the end part of the avoidance groove 105 when the turntable 101 rotates.
In this way, the first clamping jaw 102 and the second clamping jaw 103 are communicated up and down through the avoiding opening on the cover plate 104, so that the mask is conveniently loaded at the folding mechanism 2. The groove 105 of stepping down on the apron 104 can cooperate the pushing head 107 of drive cylinder 106, make the pushing head 107 butt of drive cylinder 106 step down the lateral wall of groove 105 and promote apron 104, and then make second clamping jaw 103 laminating first clamping jaw 102, simultaneously under the unoperated state of drive cylinder 106, clamping device can normally rotate, can not form the interference between the two, can make four clamping device share a drive cylinder 106 and realize the laminating of second clamping jaw 103 and first clamping jaw 102 and accomplish the opening of wrapping bag, be favorable to saving cost and equipment weight and promote the stability of carousel 101 work.
Because the adsorption clamping jaw is opened through the upper end of the adsorption packaging bag, the output end of the folding mechanism 2 is positioned above the adsorption clamping jaw so as to push the folded mask into the packaging bag downwards. The folding mechanism 2 is usually directly abutted to a mask forming process, as shown in fig. 6, the folding mechanism 2 in the single-film folding packaging machine is provided with a first conveying belt 201 and a second conveying belt 202 which is flush with the first conveying belt 201 and keeps a certain distance, and the mask input end of the single-film folding packaging machine is formed by the abutting and forming process of the first conveying belt 201. The upper side of the first conveying belt 201 and the upper side of the second conveying belt 202 are provided with a first inserting plate 203, the lower side of the first inserting plate is provided with a first inserting groove 204 corresponding to the first inserting plate 203, and when the mask is guided into the first conveying belt 201 and conveyed between the first conveying belt 201 and the second conveying belt 202, the first inserting plate 203 presses the mask into the first inserting groove 204 under the action of an air cylinder to complete first folding. If the facial mask is folded once, the facial mask can be packaged, the bottom opening of the first slot 204 is directly arranged, and the adsorption clamping jaws are aligned. In the industry, two folds or three folds are usually performed, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a second slot 206 is vertically disposed at a middle section of the first slot 204, a second plugboard 205 is disposed at one side of the first slot 204 corresponding to the second slot 206, similarly, a third slot 208 is vertically disposed at a middle section of the second slot 206, a third plugboard 207 is disposed at one side of the second slot 206 corresponding to the third slot 208, a bottom opening at an end of the third slot 208 is disposed, a platen 209 is erected above the third slot 208 corresponding to the opening, and the second plugboard 205, the third plugboard 207 and the platen 209 are all driven by cylinders. Thus, the mask can be folded three times by the first, second and third insert plates 203, 205 and 207 and pushed out of the third slot 208 into the package through the platen 209. Further, the first conveying belt 201 can slide horizontally parallel to the first inserting plate 203 to adjust the position of the mask relative to the second inserting slot 206, so as to realize folding at different positions, and the application range is wide.
Since the adsorption jaw opens only the upper end of the package bag, the mask may not fall into the bottom of the package bag, so the detection position of the detection mechanism 4 in this embodiment is the middle area of the package bag. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the detection mechanism 4 includes an abutment plate 401 and a movable detection end, the abutment plate 401 is vertically disposed along a radial direction of a rotation axis of the turntable 101, the movable detection end is provided with a pair of cantilevers 402 corresponding to the abutment plate 401, an abutment post 403 is pivotally connected between the two cantilevers 402, the abutment post 403 has a horizontally inclined protrusion, one end of the abutment post 403 extends outside the cantilever 402 and is fixedly connected with a swing arm 404, a receiving post is disposed in a middle section of the cantilever 402 corresponding to the swing arm 404, so as to prevent the swing arm 404 from swinging downwards to drive the abutment post 403 to rotate, and a sensor is disposed at an end of the cantilever 402 corresponding to the swing arm 404, so as to detect a swinging height of the end of the swing arm 404. In actual installation, the abutting plate 401 is close to the rotary conveying mechanism 1, and the movable detection end is located on the outer side of the abutting plate 401 and keeps a certain distance from the abutting plate 401. The abutting plate 401 is convenient for the adsorption clamping jaw to absorb the packaging bag, enters between the abutting plate 401 and the movable detection end, and can also cooperate with the abutting column 403 to work. By controlling the cantilever 402 to move towards the abutting plate 401 by a fixed distance, the abutting column 403 abuts against the abutting plate 401 through the convex part to drive the swing arm 404 to swing upwards, when a packaging bag filled with a mask exists between the abutting plate 401 and the movable detection end, the swing height of the swing arm 404 is increased, and when the packaging bag is not filled with the mask, the swing height of the swing arm 404 is small, so that detection and judgment can be performed. In addition, a storage box is arranged below the movable detection end and the abutting plate 401, and when the fact that the packaging bag is not provided with a mask is detected, vacuum suction equipment connected with suction cups on the corresponding first clamping jaw 102 and second clamping jaw 103 is closed, so that the empty packaging bag falls into the storage box to be recycled.
In summary, the invention improves the traditional production equipment which is arranged in a strip-shaped assembly line into the production equipment which is arranged circumferentially, has more reasonable space layout and more compact structure, can effectively reduce the actual occupied area, and performs the butt joint of each procedure through the rotary conveying mechanism 1, thereby shortening the conveying distance, and has higher production efficiency and strong practicability.
