热塑性聚烯烃类(TPO)防水卷材是一种以乙烯树脂为基料,采用先进聚合技术和特定配方制成的片状热塑性橡胶弹性防水材料,是近几年在美国和欧洲盛行的一种新材料,配料中不含增塑剂,不存在增塑剂迁移而变脆,具有拉伸强度大、耐穿性好,抗紫外线强,表面光滑、高反射率且耐污染等综合特点,易加工,可焊接、施工方便,完全回收,绿色环保,可称之为当今世界上顶级防水材料。TPO防水卷材适用于作屋面工程的单层外漏防水层,也适用于保护层的屋面、地下室、储水池等建筑工程的防水。
日益增长的生活水平使得人们对于热塑性聚烯烃类防水卷材的要求越来越高,因此需研发出满足市场需求的高抗撕裂、抗拉伸能力,抗光氧化性能高、阻燃性能高、防水性能高的热塑性聚烯烃类防水卷材。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种高抗撕裂、抗拉伸能力,抗光氧化性能高、阻燃性能高、防水性能高的改性热塑性聚烯烃类防水卷材及其制备方法。
本发明提供一种改性TPO防水卷材,卷材是由改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层、非织布加强层、防火阻燃层、骨架增强层和抗氧化面层复合固结而成的多层层状结构,该卷材厚度为2-5mm,改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层是由三元乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯、杜仲胶、甲基丙烯酸丙酯及助剂制备形成的聚烯烃复合材料层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,防火阻燃层为硅酮树脂组合物形成的涂层。

本发明提供一种改性TPO防水卷材的制备方法:
a、制备改性热塑性材料层:将三元乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯、杜仲胶、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、氧化锌、硬脂酸加入双螺旋挤出机中共混,在190-200℃下熔融2-3min加入促进剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌/2-硫醇基苯并噻唑锌盐,反应1min后加入硫磺,反应3min,再补入三元乙丙橡胶、杜仲胶和硫磺,反应5-10min,挤出改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层;
b、制备抗氧化面层:将聚氯乙烯、Chimassor 2020、Tinuvin XT 847及助剂加入双螺旋挤出机中共混,在130-150℃下熔融2-3min后挤出抗氧化面层;
c、制备改性TPO防水卷材:将改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层和非织布加强层经过三辊轧机热压后,随后冷却后依次与防火阻燃层、骨架增强层和抗氧化面层经过三辊轧机热压成型,随后经冷却、纠偏、切边、裁剪、收卷、包装制备成改性TPO防水卷材,所述三辊轧机的三辊轮的转速均不相同。
作为本发明的进一步改进,原料的配比为:三元乙丙橡胶30-40份、聚丙烯30-40份、杜仲胶10-20份、甲基丙烯酸丙酯10-20份、促进剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌/2-硫醇基苯并噻唑锌盐0-1.5份。

2、本发明的改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层是由三元乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯、杜仲胶、甲基丙烯酸丙酯及助剂制备形成的聚烯烃复合材料层,区别于传统的三元乙丙橡胶和聚丙烯的原料,加入了杜仲胶和甲基丙烯酸丙酯,杜仲胶在部分硫化后呈现部分交联的状态,杜仲胶耐酸碱腐蚀、耐油,甲基丙烯酸丙酯具有较高的强度,两种物质联用协同提高了聚烯烃复合材料的机械性能,扩大了TPO防水卷材的应用领域。
3、本发明采用部分硫化的方法,使三元乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯、杜仲胶、甲基丙烯酸丙酯之间建立交联结构,能克服三元乙丙橡胶韧性差、不耐油的缺点,提高防水卷材的耐磨性能,其强度、压缩永久变形、耐溶剂、抗拉伸撕裂能力和抗冲击能力都有很大提高。
4、本发明采用促进剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌/2-硫醇基苯并噻唑锌盐并用具有很好的协同作用,制得的改性热塑性聚烯烃材料硫化速率加快,交联程度提高,机械性能优异。
5、本发明制备方法中三辊轧机的三辊轮的转速均不相同,不同转速的辊轮存在一个速度差,使得被热压轧的改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层和非织布加强层除了沿辊轮直径方向的压轧力之外,还存在沿滚动方向的一个推动力,使非织布加强层摩擦入改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层中,增加了两层之间的黏着力,提高多层材料之间的附着稳定性。

实施例1
以重量份计算,先制备改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层1:将20份三元乙丙橡胶、30份聚丙烯、8份杜仲胶、10份甲基丙烯酸丙酯、0.1份氧化锌、0.03份硬脂酸加入设备中双螺旋挤出机中共混,在190-200℃下熔融,加入硫磺,反应3min,再补入10份三元乙丙橡胶、2份杜仲胶和硫磺,反应5-10min,挤出改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层1;
再制备抗氧化面层5:将100份聚氯乙烯、0.8份Chimassor 2020、0.2份TinuvinXT847及助剂加入双螺旋挤出机中共混,在130-150℃下熔融2-3min后挤出抗氧化面层5;
改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层1和非织布加强层2经过三辊轧机热压后,随后冷却后依次与防火阻燃层3、骨架增强层4和抗氧化面层5经过三辊轧机热压成型,随后经冷却、纠偏、切边、裁剪、收卷、包装制备成改性TPO防水卷材,所述三辊轧机的三辊轮的转速均不相同,辊轮转速分别为250转/分钟,300转/分钟,350转/分钟。
采用GB27789-2011《热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)防水卷材》标准进行检测,结果如下:

再制备抗氧化面层5:将100份聚氯乙烯、0.5份Chimassor 2020、0.5份TinuvinXT847及助剂加入双螺旋挤出机中共混,在130-150℃下熔融2-3min后挤出抗氧化面层5;
改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层1和非织布加强层2经过三辊轧机热压后,随后冷却后依次与防火阻燃层3、骨架增强层4和抗氧化面层5经过三辊轧机热压成型,随后经冷却、纠偏、切边、裁剪、收卷、包装制备成改性TPO防水卷材,所述三辊轧机的三辊轮的转速均不相同,辊轮转速分别为250转/分钟,300转/分钟,350转/分钟。

再制备抗氧化面层5:将100份聚氯乙烯、0.6份Chimassor 2020、0.4份TinuvinXT847及助剂加入双螺旋挤出机中共混,在130-150℃下熔融2-3min后挤出抗氧化面层5;
改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层1和非织布加强层2经过三辊轧机热压后,随后冷却后依次与防火阻燃层3、骨架增强层4和抗氧化面层5经过三辊轧机热压成型,随后经冷却、纠偏、切边、裁剪、收卷、包装制备成改性TPO防水卷材,所述三辊轧机的三辊轮的转速均不相同,辊轮转速分别为250转/分钟,300转/分钟,350转/分钟。

以重量份计算,先制备热塑性聚烯烃材料层:将25份三元乙丙橡胶、35份聚丙烯、0.12份氧化锌、0.05份硬脂酸加入设备中双螺旋挤出机中共混,在190-200℃下熔融,加入硫磺,反应3min,再补入10份三元乙丙橡胶和硫磺,反应5-10min,挤出热塑性聚烯烃材料层;
再制备抗氧化面层5:将100份聚氯乙烯及助剂加入双螺旋挤出机中共混,在130-150℃下熔融2-3min后挤出抗氧化面层5;
改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层1和非织布加强层2经过三辊轧机热压后,随后冷却后依次与防火阻燃层3、骨架增强层4和抗氧化面层5经过三辊轧机热压成型,随后经冷却、纠偏、切边、裁剪、收卷、包装制备成改性TPO防水卷材,所述三辊轧机的三辊轮的转速均不相同,辊轮转速分别为250转/分钟,300转/分钟,350转/分钟。
采用GB27789-2011《热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)防水卷材》标准进行检测,结果如下:
下表为0.25毫米厚度试验样品被氙弧灯老化试验机照射后的显微镜评估结果;

Claims (9)

1.一种改性TPO防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的卷材是由改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层(1)、非织布加强层(2)、防火阻燃层(3)、骨架增强层(4)和抗氧化面层(5)复合固结而成的多层层状结构,该卷材厚度为2-5mm,所述改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层(1)是由三元乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯、杜仲胶、甲基丙烯酸丙酯及助剂制备形成的聚烯烃复合材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性TPO防水卷材,其特征在于:所述防火阻燃层(3)为硅酮树脂组合物形成的涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性TPO防水卷材,其特征在于:所述抗氧化面层(5)为添加了高效光稳定剂复配物的聚氯乙烯层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种改性TPO防水卷材,其特征在于:所述高效光稳定剂复配物为Chimassor 2020与Tinuvin XT 847复配而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种改性TPO防水卷材,其特征在于:所述Chimassor 2020与Tinuvin XT 847配比为:4:1-1:1。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种改性TPO防水卷材,其特征在于:所述Chimassorb 2020与Tinuvin XT 847配比为3:1。
7.一种改性TPO防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、制备改性热塑性材料层(1):将三元乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯、杜仲胶、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、氧化锌、硬脂酸加入双螺旋挤出机中共混,在190-200℃下熔融2-3min加入促进剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌/2-硫醇基苯并噻唑锌盐,反应1min后加入硫磺,反应3min,再补入三元乙丙橡胶、杜仲胶和硫磺,反应5-10min,挤出改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层(1);
b、制备抗氧化面层(5):将聚氯乙烯、Chimassor 2020、Tinuvin XT 847及助剂加入双螺旋挤出机中共混,在130-150℃下熔融2-3min后挤出抗氧化面层(5);
c、制备改性TPO防水卷材:将改性热塑性聚烯烃材料层(1)和非织布加强层(2)经过三辊轧机热压后,随后冷却后依次与防火阻燃层(3)、骨架增强层(4)和抗氧化面层(5)经过三辊轧机热压成型,随后经冷却、纠偏、切边、裁剪、收卷、包装制备成改性TPO防水卷材,所述三辊轧机的三辊轮的转速均不相同。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种改性TPO防水卷材制备方法,其特征在于,所述原料的配比为:三元乙丙橡胶30-40份、聚丙烯30-40份、杜仲胶10-20份、甲基丙烯酸丙酯10-20份、促进剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌/2-硫醇基苯并噻唑锌盐0-1.5份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种改性TPO防水卷材制备方法,其特征在于,所述促进剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌/2-硫醇基苯并噻唑锌盐用量配比为0-1.5:0-1.5。
