Abstract
The invention discloses a novel wear-resistant decorative leather and a preparation method thereof, wherein the novel wear-resistant decorative leather comprises a substrate layer, a framework, a decorative layer and a binding material; the novel decorative leather is obtained through the steps of preparation and slotting of a base material layer, preparation and slotting of a decorative layer, hot-pressing and laminating, preparation of a framework and pouring of a binding material; the invention not only improves the strength and the stiffness of the decorative leather, but also improves the moisture absorption of the decorative leather and the connection stability of the substrate layer and the decorative layer; according to the invention, titanium carbide and ferroboron are added into the decorative layer, so that the wear resistance of the decorative layer is effectively improved.

s2, preparation and grooving of the decorative layer: feeding ferroboron into a crusher for crushing, and feeding the ferroboron into a grinding machine for grinding after crushing is finished to obtain ferroboron powder; conveying the boron iron powder and other components in the decorative layer into a stirrer for stirring, and controlling the temperature in the stirrer to be 190 ℃; mixing, open milling and calendering all the components of the stirred substrate layer to obtain a decorative layer primary material; then, grooving one side surface of the primary material of the decorative layer by using a grooving machine, and cutting a plurality of decorative layer mounting grooves;
s3, hot-pressing and attaching: placing the base material layer and the decorative layer on a compound machine, performing the working procedures of preheating, flattening, attaching and cooling, and simultaneously keeping the mounting grooves of the base material layer and the mounting grooves of the decorative layer to be attached oppositely to form a plurality of framework mounting grooves to form a decorative leather pre-forming body;
s4, preparation of a framework: twisting a plurality of glass fiber yarns and a plurality of modal fiber yarns to form twisted fiber yarns; twisting 1200 modar fiber filaments and 1200 glass fiber filaments;
s5, pouring a binder: and (4) pouring a binding material into the plurality of skeleton mounting grooves formed in the step (S3), inserting a twisted fiber yarn into the binding material in each skeleton mounting groove, and then heating, curing and cooling for molding to obtain the decorative leather. The heating temperature is 100 deg.C, and the heating time is 20 min.

Claims (9)
1. The preparation method of the novel wear-resistant decorative leather is characterized by comprising a base material layer, a framework, a decorative layer and a binding material; the base material layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin, 4-5 parts of stabilizer, 3-4 parts of foaming agent and 30-40 parts of calcium carbonate; the decorative layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin, 40-50 parts of plasticizer, 10-20 parts of color cake, 5-10 parts of titanium carbide and 5-10 parts of ferroboron; the framework comprises a plurality of twisted fiber filaments; the twisted fiber yarns comprise glass fiber yarns and modal fiber yarns; the glass fiber yarns and the modal fiber yarns are twisted to form twisted fiber yarns; the substrate layer and the decorative layer are connected through hot-pressing lamination; a plurality of substrate layer mounting grooves are formed in the upper end face of the substrate layer; a plurality of decorative layer mounting grooves are formed in the lower end surface of the decorative layer; the plurality of base material layer mounting grooves correspond to the plurality of decorative layer mounting grooves in position and form a plurality of framework mounting grooves in an oppositely-adhered manner; the framework installation groove is internally filled with bonding materials; one twisted fiber yarn is connected and bonded in the bonding material in each framework installation groove in a penetrating manner; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, preparation and slotting of the base material layer: conveying the components in the base material layer into a stirrer for stirring; mixing, open milling and calendering all the components of the stirred base material layer to obtain a primary material of the base material layer; then, slotting on one side surface of the primary material of the base material layer by a slotting machine, and cutting a plurality of base material layer installation grooves;
s2, preparation and grooving of the decorative layer: feeding ferroboron into a crusher for crushing, and feeding the ferroboron into a grinding machine for grinding after crushing is finished to obtain ferroboron powder; conveying the ferroboron powder and other components in the decorative layer into a stirrer for stirring; mixing, open milling and calendering all the components of the stirred decorative layer to obtain a decorative layer primary material; then, grooving one side surface of the primary material of the decorative layer by using a grooving machine, and cutting a plurality of decorative layer mounting grooves;
s3, hot-pressing and attaching: placing the base material layer and the decorative layer on a compound machine, performing the working procedures of preheating, flattening, attaching and cooling, and simultaneously keeping the mounting grooves of the base material layer and the mounting grooves of the decorative layer to be attached oppositely to form a plurality of framework mounting grooves to form a decorative leather pre-forming body;
s4, preparation of a framework: twisting a plurality of glass fiber yarns and a plurality of modal fiber yarns to form twisted fiber yarns;
s5, pouring a binder: and (4) pouring a binding material into the plurality of skeleton mounting grooves formed in the step (S3), inserting a twisted fiber yarn into the binding material in each skeleton mounting groove, and then heating, curing and cooling for molding to obtain the decorative leather.
2. The method for preparing the novel wear-resistant decorative leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is DOP dioctyl phthalate.
3. The method for preparing the novel wear-resistant decorative leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein the twisted fiber filaments are formed by twisting 1000 to 1200 modal fiber filaments and 1200 to 1400 glass fiber filaments; the diameters of the glass fiber yarns and the modal fiber yarns are 15-20 microns.
4. The method for preparing the novel wear-resistant decorative leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein the binder is a bonding mortar.
5. The method for preparing the novel wear-resistant decorative leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PVC resin is a tri-type PVC resin.
6. The method for preparing the novel wear-resistant decorative leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature of the mixer in the step S1 is controlled to be 170 to 180 ℃.
7. The method for preparing the novel wear-resistant decorative leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature of the mixer in the step S2 is controlled to be 180 to 190 ℃.
8. The method for preparing the novel abrasion-resistant decorative leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S4, 1000 to 1200 modal fiber filaments and 1200 to 1400 glass fiber filaments are twisted together.
9. The method for preparing the novel wear-resistant decorative leather as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating temperature in the step S5 is 80 to 100 ℃, and the heating time is 20 to 30 min.
