由于各种各样的因素，胃不能正常消化食物，或肠胃蠕动过慢，都会导致食胀。针对病情选择相应的药物，并做合适的配伍。

一种健胃的中药，所述中药成分重量比如下：莱菔子6-8克，川楝子10-15克，鸡内金6-8克，谷芽10-15克，麦芽6-8克，神曲6-8克，厚朴10-15克，柴胡15-20克，桂枝6-8克，白术10-15克，牡丹皮10-15克。
优选成分重量比如下：莱菔子7克，川楝子14克，鸡内金7克，谷芽14克，麦芽7克，神曲7克，厚朴14克，柴胡18克，桂枝7克，白术14克，牡丹皮14克。
莱菔子，辛甘平，归脾胃肺经，消食除胀，降气化痰。
川楝子，苦寒，归肝胃小肠膀胱经。
鸡内金，甘平，归脾胃小肠膀胱经，消食健胃，固精止遗。
谷芽，甘平，归脾胃经，消食和中，健脾开胃。
麦芽，甘平，归脾胃肝经，消食和中，回乳消胀。
神曲，甘辛温，归脾胃经，消食和中。
厚朴，燥湿除满，下气消积，消痰平喘。
柴胡，和解退热，疏肝解郁，升举阳气。
桂枝，通血脉，补元阳，暖脾胃。
白术，健脾益气，止汗，脾胃虚弱。
牡丹皮，苦辛微寒，归心肝肾经，清热凉血，活血散瘀。
