sixthly, driving the cooking device 50, heating water in the cooking box 57 to boiling by the heating unit, leading mussels out to an inclined transfer belt 51 in the cooking box 57, starting the blanching water spray pipe 501, leading boiled water sprayed by the blanching water spray pipe 501 to point to the upper belt surface of the inclined transfer belt 51, starting a material stirring mechanism, turning the mussels until the mussels are opened, leading the mussels with blanching openings out to a horizontal transfer belt 56, and leading the mussels after opening out to a vibration discharging device 60 by using the horizontal transfer belt 56;
seventhly, starting the vibration motor 64 to enable the vibration discharging device 60 to be started, enabling the mussels to be positioned on the vibration disc 61 to vibrate, enabling the mussels to move towards the opening direction along the vibration disc 61, and enabling the opened mussels to move along the material guide groove 611 until the mussels move to a channel formed between the adjacent arc-shaped material guide rods 62 to form movement of the mussels;
eighthly, starting the mussel opening device 90 to enable the first shaft 94 and the second shaft 96 to synchronously rotate, and enabling the first guide roller 93 and the second guide roller 95 on the first shaft 94 and the second shaft 96 to drag the mussels to pass through the opening blade 92 and the opening guide block 91 to further open the mussels until the mussels with complete openings move to the extension section of the arc-shaped guide rod 62;
