Background
Conventionally, a sanitary tissue paper container for containing sanitary tissue paper for wiping a floor of a house, a toilet, a human body, or the like is known.
As such a sanitary tissue paper storage container, there is known one having a structure in which: a take-out hole forming member is detachably provided at a take-out port of the storage container, and the sanitary tissue paper is separated at a pre-dividing line provided in the sanitary tissue paper by applying resistance to the sanitary tissue paper by the take-out hole forming member (for example, see patent document 1).
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2012-192962
However, since the structure of patent document 1 is a structure in which the extraction hole forming member is fitted into the extraction port from below, the extraction hole forming member is likely to fall by a force from above. Therefore, in a case where it is difficult to take out the next sanitary tissue from the take-out port, the take-out hole forming member may fall into the container in order to forcibly take out the sanitary tissue, and it may be difficult to take out the sanitary tissue.
In the structure of patent document 1, even when the cover is closed when not in use, there is a space between the take-out hole forming member and the cover, and the sanitary tissue paper may be dried.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a specific embodiment of the sanitary tissue paper storage container will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The scope of the invention is not limited to the examples shown.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 as an example of the embodiment, as viewed from the front upward. Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the cover 103 on the upper part of the container main body 101 of the sanitary tissue paper container 100. Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing the removal portion 110 of the tissue paper storage container 100 for hygiene. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV of fig. 3. Fig. 5 to 7 are diagrams for explaining a preferred embodiment of the extraction unit 110.
In fig. 1, the lower part (bottom) of the bottle 102 is not shown. In addition, fig. 3 also illustrates the protrusion 121 of the small lid 120.
The sanitary tissue paper container 100 accommodates therein a sanitary tissue paper P (for example, a roll paper such as a wet sheet or wet tissue paper wound in a roll shape) in a roll shape. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 includes: a container body 101 provided with a take-out section 110 having an opening through which the sanitary tissue paper P passes in the vertical direction in order to take out the sanitary tissue paper P to the outside; and a small lid 120 as a lid body attached to the container main body 101 so as to open and close the opening of the take-out portion 110.
A pre-cut line is applied to the rolled sanitary tissue paper P stored in the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction, and the user uses the sanitary tissue paper P separated along the pre-cut line.
In the following description, the front-rear direction of the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 is defined as the X-axis direction, the side where the small lid 120 is supported by the container main body 101 (lid 103) is defined as the rear side, and the opposite side is defined as the near side. The left-right direction (width direction) in the front view is defined as the Y-axis direction, and the up-down direction is defined as the Z-axis direction.
The container body 101 is composed of a bottomed cylindrical bottle 102 forming a lower part of the container body 101 and a lid 103 forming an upper part of the container body 101.
An opening is provided at the upper end of the bottle 102, and a male screw portion (not shown) is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end of the bottle 102 in the circumferential direction.
The bottle 102 is made of, for example, PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), ABS resin, or the like.
The cap 103 has a top surface 103a and is formed in a cylindrical shape with an open lower end, and an inner peripheral surface of the open lower end is provided with a female screw portion that is screwed to the male screw portion of the bottle 102.
The cover 103 is formed of, for example, PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), ABS resin, or the like.
The container body 101 has a coupling structure in which the bottle body 102 and the cap 103 are detachably coupled via an external thread portion and an internal thread portion, and the cap 103 is detachably coupled to the bottle body 102. Therefore, the sanitary tissue paper P can be stored in the bottle 102 or taken out from the bottle 102 in a state where the sanitary tissue paper P is detached 103 from the bottle 102.
In the present embodiment, the sanitary tissue paper P is stored in the container body 101 in a state of being wound around an axial center in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction) in a roll shape.
A top surface portion 103a of a lid 103 forming a part of the container body 101 is provided with: a take-out section 110 for taking out the sanitary tissue paper P stored in the container main body 101 to the outside of the container main body 101; and a small lid 120 rotatably attached to the top surface 103a to open and close the opening of the take-out section 110.
The extraction portion 110 is provided on the front side in the front-rear direction (X-axis direction) with respect to the base end portion of the small lid 120. That is, the small lid 120 is rotatably attached to the rear of the removing portion 110 on the top surface portion 103a of the lid 103, and the small lid 120 covers the removing portion 110 from the rear.
The extraction portion 110 is disposed in the mounting opening 106 formed in the substantially central portion of the recess 104 in the top surface portion 103a of the cover 103.
The extraction portion 110 is an elastically deformable member molded from, for example, silicone rubber. The silicone rubber is excellent in durability, and even when the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 is repeatedly used after refilling the sanitary tissue paper P, the sanitary tissue paper P can be appropriately taken out for a long period of time because the elastic deformability of the taking-out portion 110 is maintained. Further, since the silicone rubber is excellent in chemical resistance, it is not deteriorated by alcohol or the like contained in the chemical solution permeating into the wet sanitary tissue P, and thus it can be used for a long period of time.
The material used for the take-out section 110 is not limited to silicone rubber, and a thermoplastic elastomer such as styrene-butadiene, polyester, polyethylene, or polyurethane, which is a soft resin material, can be used. The extraction portion 110 may be formed of any other resin material.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the extraction portion 110 is circular in plan view and has a cutout at the center in the vertical direction of the side surface in side view.
The extraction unit 110 includes: a concave portion 111 formed by recessing the center of the upper surface of the extraction portion 110; an engaging portion 112 provided on the outer periphery of the removing portion 110; an outlet 113 formed in the bottom 111a of the recess 111; and a plurality of flexible portions 114 that are elastically deformable.
The recess 111 is formed in a circular shape in plan view, with its center depressed in the vertical direction so as to flow down the periphery of the upper surface of the extraction portion 110. The bottom 111a of the recess 111 is planar, and the outlet 113 is formed in the bottom 111 a.
The engaging portion 112 includes: a radially recessed slender waist portion 112a formed circumferentially at the Z-direction center of the side surface of the extraction portion 110; an upper annular portion 112b which is an upper side of the narrow waist portion 112 a; and a lower annular portion 112c which is a lower side of the narrow waist portion 112 a. The engaging portion 112 engages with the mounting opening 106 so that the edge of the mounting opening 106 is fitted into the waisted portion 112a and the edge of the mounting opening 106 is sandwiched between the upper annular portion 112b and the lower annular portion 112c, thereby fixing the take-out portion 110 to the cover 103.
The upper annular portion 112b and the lower annular portion 112c may have the same length in the Y direction, or one of them may be longer than the other.
When the diameter of the lower ring-shaped portion 112c is larger than that of the upper ring-shaped portion 112b (when the lower ring-shaped portion 112c is longer than the upper ring-shaped portion 112b in a side view), the removal portion 110 is less likely to come off from the attachment opening 106 even when a force is applied to the removal portion 110 from below when the sanitary tissue P is removed. On the other hand, by making the upper annular portion 112b longer than the lower annular portion 112c, the removal portion 110 can be made less likely to fall off when a force is applied to the removal portion 110 from above.
The take-out port 113 is a take-out port for taking out the sanitary tissue paper P stored in the container main body 101, and is formed by cutting one or more slits S in the bottom surface portion 111a of the recess 111. At this time, a plurality of flexible portions 114 are also formed.
The overall length (length in the Y direction) of the incision S is preferably set to about 15mm or more, which is greater than the width of the index finger of a normal user, for example.
The flexible portion 114 is formed by cutting one or more slits S in the bottom surface portion 111a of the recess 111 when the outlet 113 is formed.
That is, the gap between the plurality of flexible sections 114 is the take-out port 113, and the sanitary tissue paper P is inserted through the gap (take-out port 113) between the plurality of flexible sections 114 and pulled to be taken out to the outside.
At this time, since the flexible portion 114 is deformed by the force applied in the vertical direction, the flexible portion 114 is deformed by the force applied from below when the sanitary tissue P is taken out, and resistance is applied to the sanitary tissue P. This makes it possible to easily separate the sanitary tissue paper P at the preliminary dividing line and to retain the next sanitary tissue paper P near the take-out port 113 by restoring force.
The number of the flexible portions 114 may be 2 to 4 as shown in fig. 5(a) to 5(c), and more preferably 5 or more as shown in fig. 5(d) to 5 (e). By setting the number of the flexible portions 114 to 5 or more, the resistance applied to the sanitary tissue P can be increased, and the sanitary tissue P can be more easily separated at the preliminary dividing line.
As shown in fig. 5(f), the slits S may be inclined with respect to the radial direction of the circular bottom surface portion 111a, thereby increasing the resistance applied to the sanitary napkin P. Further, the slits S may be curved to increase the resistance applied to the sanitary napkin P.
Each flexible portion 114 is preferably formed such that the thickness of the distal end portion is smaller than the thickness of the proximal end portion.
Specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 6(a), the thickness may be reduced toward the distal end, and the lower surface of the flexible portion 114 may be inclined with respect to the upper surface in a side view. In addition, the upper surface of the flexible portion 114 may be inclined with respect to the lower surface in a side view.
As shown in fig. 6(b), a stepped portion 114a may be provided between the distal end portion and the proximal end portion of the lower surface of the flexible portion 114. Further, a stepped portion 114a may be provided between the distal end portion and the proximal end portion on the upper surface of the flexible portion 114.
As shown in fig. 6 c, each flexible portion 114 may be configured in a state in which a plurality of (2 in this case) sheets 1141 and 1142, which are vertically separated and have different lengths, are stacked so that the proximal end portion side is thick. Here, the short sheet 1142 is disposed below the long sheet 1141. Further, the sheet 1142 having a short length may be arranged above the sheet 1141 having a long length.
By configuring the thickness of the flexible portion 114 in this manner, the flexible portion 114 is easily flexed, and resistance applied to the pulled sanitary tissue P can be increased.
The small lid 120 is pivotally supported on the top surface portion 103a of the lid 103 by a not-shown pivot shaft disposed in the Y-axis direction, for example, and is disposed so as to be pivotable with respect to the top surface portion 103a, thereby being switched between a lid-closed state and a lid-opened state.
The small lid 120 is configured to be arranged in a stable state in each of the arrangement of the closed lid state and the open lid state. That is, the small lid 120 is biased to be in the closed state when, for example, the small lid is closer to the removing portion 110 than a predetermined pivot angle (see, for example, fig. 2) in the movable range, and biased to be in the open state when the small lid is farther from the removing portion 110 than the predetermined pivot angle.
The small lid 120 is not limited to being pivotally supported on the top surface portion 103a by a pivot shaft, and may be formed integrally with the lid 103, for example. Specifically, the small cap 120 may be formed by cutting a top surface portion 103a of the cap 103, and a fold line may be formed at the base end portion of the small cap 120 so that the thickness of the top surface portion 103a is partially reduced in the Y-axis direction. This makes it possible to perform a folding operation with a fold line along the Y-axis direction as an axis, and to open and close the opening of the dispensing unit 110 by rotating the small lid 120 with the fold line as an axis.
Further, a protrusion 121 that contacts the upper annular portion 112b of the dispensing unit 110 in a state where the opening of the dispensing unit 110 is closed is provided on the lower surface of the small lid 120.
The protrusion 121 is provided to protrude in a cylindrical ring shape from the lower surface of the small lid 120. When the taking-out portion 110 is closed by the small lid 120, the outer periphery of the upper annular portion 112b is inserted into the protruding portion 121 so as to contact the inner periphery of the protruding portion 121.
When the taking-out section 110 is closed by the small lid 120, the upper ring-shaped section 112b is fitted to the protruding section 121 to be in an airtight state, thereby preventing the wet sanitary tissue P in the container main body 101 from drying.
The upper surface of the upper annular portion 112b may be brought into contact with the lower surface of the small lid 120 inside the protruding portion 121 to form an airtight state.
The structure for making the take-out section 110 and the small lid 120 airtight is not limited to the above.
For example, as shown in fig. 7(a), the upper surface of the upper surface annular portion 112b may be formed in a curved shape in which the center of the annular band protrudes upward, and the lower surface of the small lid 120 may not include the protruding portion 121, but instead may include a lid body recess 122 that contacts the curved shape of the upper surface annular portion 112 b.
As shown in fig. 7(b), the upper surface of the upper ring-shaped portion 112b may be formed with a groove portion 112b1, and the protrusion 121 may be fitted into the groove portion 112b1 to form an airtight state.
Next, an operation when the sanitary tissue paper P is taken out from the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 will be described.
First, when the cap 120 is in an unused state, i.e., in a closed state, the protruding portion 121 of the cap 120 is brought into contact with the upper surface annular portion 112b, thereby maintaining airtightness.
The first sheet of sanitary tissue paper P accommodated therein is inserted through the take-out port 113 of the take-out section 110, and held by the take-out port 113.
At this time, the taking-out port 113 is provided in the bottom surface portion 111a of the recess 111, whereby the sanitary tissue paper P held by the taking-out port 113 is accommodated in the recess 111. That is, the sanitary tissue paper P can be prevented from being exposed from the small lid 120 without hindering the closed state of the small lid 120.
When the sanitary tissue paper P is used, the small lid 120 is rotated to be opened, and the user pulls the sanitary tissue paper P held by the take-out port 113 upward to pull out the sanitary tissue paper P.
At this time, since the distal end portion of the flexible portion 114 is thinner than the proximal end portion, the flexible portion 114 is easily deflected by a force applied from below, and the sanitary tissue paper P is separated at the preliminary dividing line by applying resistance to the sanitary tissue paper P. Further, since the restoring force of the flexible portion 114 is applied to the next sanitary tissue paper P, the next sanitary tissue paper P is held in the vicinity of the take-out port 113.
When the sanitary tissue P is used, the user presses the take-out section 110 from above, or when the sanitary tissue P is pulled out, the user applies a force to the take-out section 110 from below by using the sanitary tissue P. The removal portion 110 is configured to fit into the edge of the mounting opening 106 of the container body 101 at the waisted portion 112a of the engagement portion 112, and to engage with the mounting opening 106 so as to sandwich the edge of the mounting opening 106 between the upper annular portion 112b and the lower annular portion 112c, and therefore, is difficult to detach from the mounting opening 106.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 includes: a container body 101 which contains therein a rolled sanitary tissue paper P having a preliminary dividing line and is provided with a take-out section 110 which separates the contained sanitary tissue paper P at the preliminary dividing line and takes it out to the outside; and a small lid 120 attached to the container main body 101 so as to open and close the takeout portion 110. The removing portion 110 includes an engaging portion 112 for engaging the removing portion 110 with the container body 101, and the engaging portion 112 has a thin waist portion 112a formed in the vertical direction center portion of the side surface of the removing portion 110 in the circumferential direction, and is engaged with the attachment opening 106 by being fitted into the edge portion of the attachment opening 106 of the container body 101 at the thin waist portion 112 a. When the removing unit 110 is closed with the small lid 120, the small lid 120 contacts the removing unit 110 in an airtight state.
Therefore, even if a force is applied to the take-out section 110 from any of the upper and lower directions, the take-out section 110 is less likely to come off, and the sanitary napkin P can be easily taken out.
In addition, airtightness can be maintained satisfactorily.
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the small lid 120 includes the protruding portion 121 protruding in a cylindrical ring shape on the lower surface thereof, and the protruding portion 121 is fitted to the removing portion 110 by bringing the outer periphery of the upper portion of the removing portion 110 into contact with the inner periphery of the protruding portion 121 in a state where the opening of the removing portion 110 is closed by the small lid 120.
Therefore, the airtightness can be maintained satisfactorily.
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the upper surface of the taking-out portion 110 has a curved surface shape in which the central portion (the central portion of the endless belt) protrudes upward, the small lid 120 includes the lid concave portion 122 on the lower surface thereof, and the upper surface of the taking-out portion 110 is in contact with the lid concave portion 122 in a state in which the opening of the taking-out portion 110 is closed by the small lid 120.
Therefore, the airtightness can be maintained satisfactorily.
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the small lid 120 includes the protrusion 121 protruding in a cylindrical ring shape on the lower surface thereof, and the extraction unit 110 includes the annular groove 112b1 on the upper surface thereof. In a state where the opening of the extraction portion 110 is closed by the small lid 120, the protrusion 121 is fitted into the groove 112b1 of the extraction portion 110.
Therefore, the airtightness can be maintained satisfactorily.
Further, according to the present embodiment, a recess 111 recessed in the vertical direction is provided in the center of the upper surface of the taking-out section 110, and an opening (taking-out port) 113 for taking out the sanitary tissue paper P to the outside is formed in the bottom surface portion 111a of the recess 111.
Therefore, since the sanitary tissue paper P held by the take-out port 113 is stored in the recess 111, the sanitary tissue paper P does not obstruct the closing of the small lid 120, and the sanitary tissue paper P can be prevented from being exposed from the small lid 120.
In the above-described embodiment, the description has been given of an example in which the thin waist portion 112a is formed in the vertical direction center portion of the side surface of the extraction portion 110 over the entire circumference (see fig. 3), but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, the lower annular portion 112c may have a cutout portion, and the waist-narrowed portion 112a may be formed intermittently in the circumferential direction, not over the entire circumference. This improves the ease of assembling the extraction portion 110 to the cover 103.
The present application is based on basic application No. 2016-067120, filed in japan on 3, 30, 2016 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety.
