The lower pressing plate 9 is in locking connection with an eye bolt 11 penetrating into the lower pressing plate through a transverse connecting screw 15; the upper pressure plate 10 is connected with a locking bolt 14 penetrating into the upper pressure plate in a locking way through a transverse connecting screw 15. The lower press plate 9 moves up and down by rotating the eye bolt 11, and the upper press plate 10 moves up and down by rotating the lock bolt 14.
