本发明公开了一种含有蛭石的玻璃纤维涂层布,包括隔离涂料、防火层和玻璃纤维布,所述玻璃纤维布表面设有隔离涂料,所述玻璃纤维布内部设有防火层,所述防火层下端设有蛭石涂层,所述蛭石涂层下端设有耐腐蚀涂层,所述耐腐蚀涂层下端设有防紫外线涂层,所述防紫外线涂层下端设有防静电涂层,所述防静电涂层下端设有耐碱涂层,通过在玻璃纤维布表面设有的隔离涂料,可以对玻璃纤维进行隔离,防止工作人员皮肤直接接触后造成皮肤发痒的情况,通过在玻璃纤维布内部设有的防火层,可以使玻璃纤维涂层布具有防火的特性,通过在防火层下端设有的蛭石涂层,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,结构科学合理,使用安全方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维布,尤其是涉及一种含有蛭石的玻璃纤维涂层布。
背景技术
玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,种类繁多,优点是绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高,但缺点是性脆,耐磨性较差。它是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺制造成的,其单丝的直径为几个微米到二十几个微米,相当于一根头发丝的1/20-1/5,每束纤维原丝都由数百根甚至上千根单丝组成。玻璃纤维通常用作复合材料中的增强材料,电绝缘材料和绝热保温材料,电路基板等国民经济各个领域。玻璃纤维涂层布是以玻璃纤维布为基布,经过特殊的涂层工艺,涂上相应的化工原料,使之具有特定的用途。
但是一般玻璃纤维属于一种化学纤维,多数人对其很敏感,皮肤直接接触后都会造成皮肤发痒的情况,对工作人员操作带来了极大的不便,工作效率也得不到提高,因此,人们需要一种具有隔离功能的玻璃纤维涂层布。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种含有蛭石的玻璃纤维涂层布,通过设置了隔离涂料与防火层以及防水层与防紫外线涂层,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种含有蛭石的玻璃纤维涂层布,包括隔离涂料、防火层和玻璃纤维布,所述玻璃纤维布表面设有隔离涂料,所述玻璃纤维布内部设有防火层,所述防火层下端设有蛭石涂层,所述蛭石涂层下端设有耐腐蚀涂层,所述耐腐蚀涂层下端设有防紫外线涂层,所述防紫外线涂层下端设有防静电涂层,所述防静电涂层下端设有耐碱涂层,所述耐碱涂层下端设有防水层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防火层为耐高温防火涂料。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述隔离涂料与玻璃纤维布粘合连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防水层为聚氨酯防水涂料。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防水层与玻璃纤维布粘合连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防紫外线涂层为防紫外线涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种玻璃纤维涂层布,通过在玻璃纤维布表面设有的隔离涂料,可以对玻璃纤维进行隔离,防止工作人员皮肤直接接触后造成皮肤发痒的情况,通过在玻璃纤维布内部设有的防火层,可以使玻璃纤维涂层布具有防火的特性,通过在防火层下端设有的蛭石涂层,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,通过在蛭石涂层下端设有的耐腐蚀涂层,可以提高玻璃纤维涂层布的耐腐蚀性,通过在耐腐蚀涂层下端设有的防紫外线涂层,可以增加玻璃纤维涂层布的防紫外线功能,通过在防紫外线涂层下端设有的防静电涂层,可以使玻璃纤维涂层布具有防静电的功能,通过在防静电涂层下端设有的耐碱涂层,能有效抵抗水泥中高碱物质的侵蚀,通过在耐碱涂层下端设有的防水层,可以使玻璃纤维涂层布具有防水的功能,结构科学合理,使用安全方便,为人们提供了很大的帮助。
