Background
The large blast furnace molten iron in the metallurgical field of China is transported by a torpedo type torpedo car, and in the transportation process, a locomotive and the torpedo car are often required to be connected and separated by a coupler. When the coupler 14 is in the hitched state, as shown in fig. 3, the coupler pin 15 is dropped, at this time, the rotary plectrum 6 and the coupler knuckle 13 cannot rotate, and the coupler knuckle 13 is in the minimum open state, so that the positions of the first connecting post 10 and the second connecting post 11 are fixed, so that both ends of the torsion spring 12 are in the state of receiving the maximum torsion force, at this time, the torsion spring 12 is in the maximum energy storage state, and the coupler knuckle 13 is in the minimum open state.
As shown in fig. 4, when the coupler pin 15 is lifted, the coupler 14 is in a separated state, the coupler knuckle 13 is in a free state, and under the reaction of the energy storage effect of the torsion spring 12, the rotary pulling piece 6 drives the coupler knuckle 13 to automatically open to a maximum state around the coupler knuckle rotating shaft 8, so that the coupler knuckle 13 is in a maximum opening angle position in the non-coupling state of each coupler 14, and the subsequent coupler 14 can be smoothly coupled.
When the coupler 14 needs to be hung, under the condition that the coupler knuckle 13 is at the maximum opening angle position, the two couplers collide with each other, and the coupler knuckle 13 can overcome the torsion force of the torsion spring 12 under the action of collision force and rotate to the minimum opening state, so that the coupler hanging can be completed.
In summary, the coupler coupling booster device of this embodiment has a simple structure and reliable action, and under the synergistic effect of the torsion spring 12 and the rotary pulling piece 6, the coupler knuckle can be automatically opened to be at the maximum position, so that the coupler knuckle can be smoothly coupled next time instead of the traditional manual operation mode.
Further, the present embodiment further includes a coupler pin position sensor 16, a first coupler knuckle position sensor 17, and a second coupler knuckle position sensor 18 provided on the connection plate 3; the coupler pin position sensor 16 can detect position information when the coupler pin 15 is inserted into the coupler 14; the first knuckle position sensor 17 and the second knuckle position sensor 18 can respectively detect the position information of the position sensing piece 7 when the coupler 14 is in the coupled and uncoupled state.
When the coupler 14 is in the coupling state, as shown in fig. 3, the coupler pin 15 is dropped, and the coupler pin position sensor 16 detects the position information of the coupler pin 15, a coupling state sensing signal can be sent out to control the system to use, the coupler knuckle 13 is at the minimum opening angle, the position sensing piece 7 on the rotary plectrum 6 is at the position of the first coupler knuckle position sensor 17, and the first coupler knuckle position sensor 17 can send out the position signal of the coupler knuckle 13 at the minimum opening angle to control the system to use. The control system described herein may be a conventional external monitoring system to enable intelligent status monitoring. The coupler knuckle position sensor 16 and the first knuckle position sensor 17 may be proximity switches.
As shown in fig. 4, when the coupler pin 15 is lifted and the coupler 14 is in a separated state, the coupler pin position sensor 16 cannot detect the position information of the coupler pin 15, and can send out a separation state sensing signal for controlling the system to use, and the coupler knuckle 13 is at a maximum opening angle, and at this time, the position sensing piece 7 on the rotary plectrum 6 is located on the second coupler knuckle position sensor 18, and the second coupler knuckle position sensor 18 can send out a position signal of the coupler knuckle 13 at the maximum opening angle for controlling the system to use, so as to realize intelligent state monitoring. The second knuckle position sensor 18 may be a proximity switch.
Further, in this embodiment, a first adjusting pad 19 is disposed between the lower portion of the connection base 2 and the coupler spindle 4, as shown in fig. 2, and the design can implement the position adjustment in the up-down direction of the connection base 2; a second adjusting pad 20 is arranged between the connecting plate 3 and the lower extension edge 5 of the connecting base 2, as shown in fig. 1, and the design can realize the position adjustment of the connecting base 2 in the left-right direction.
Further, in this embodiment, the connection plate 3 is connected to the lower extension edge 5 of the connection base 2 through the first bolt pair 21, and the connection plate 3 is provided with a long hole 22 at the connection position, as shown in fig. 2, so that the front-rear direction adjustment of the connection plate 3 can be realized by this design.
