when the main tea making machine is busy or outside, the tea cannot be made in time, and the tea making machine in a home needs to be intelligently and remotely controlled, so that the tea making machine can automatically make tea to wait for the main tea making machine and guests.

The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention provides a tea making machine capable of being remotely controlled and a control method thereof.

a tea making machine based on the Internet of things comprises a body, a machine body module, a transportation module, a gravity detection module and a control center, wherein the machine body module comprises a brewing cup, the brewing cup comprises a cup bottom wall with one or more cup flow holes and a cup surrounding wall extending upwards from the periphery of the cup bottom wall; the cup flow hole on the bottom wall of the cup also comprises a baffle plate which can move up and down; the bottom of the cup bottom wall is provided with a plurality of rows of water containing cups, and the cup bottom of each water containing cup is provided with a corresponding first position mark; the transportation module comprises a first transportation rail and a second transportation rail, and the width of the first transportation rail and the width of the second transportation rail are larger than or equal to the width of the bottom of the water containing cup; the water containing cups are arranged on a first transportation rail, and a second position mark is arranged on the first transportation rail; the gravity detection module comprises a first gravity detection unit, a second gravity detection unit and a third gravity detection unit, wherein the first gravity detection unit comprises a first gravity detector used for detecting the state of a first transportation rail of the water containing cup; the second gravity detection unit comprises a second gravity detector for detecting the state of the second transportation rail of the water containing cup, and the third gravity detection unit comprises a third gravity detector for detecting the state of the tea water in the water cup; the control center is used for controlling the information transmission and reception among the mechanisms of the body.
The brewing device comprises a driving module, wherein the driving module comprises a separation blade driving unit, a brewing driving unit and a track driving unit, the separation blade driving unit is used for driving the separation blade to move, and the brewing driving unit is used for controlling a brewing cup; the rail driving unit is used for driving the first transportation rail, the second transportation rail and the third transportation rail.
The system further comprises an acquisition module, wherein the acquisition module comprises an acquisition interface used for acquiring a user request instruction, and the request instruction comprises the number of people drinking tea and the drinking time.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the top of the brewing cup is provided with a tea inlet and a water inlet, and a third track is arranged inside the tea inlet;
as a preferable scheme of the invention, the machine body module comprises a waste collection bin, the waste collection bin is arranged on one side of the edge of the body and is connected with the brewing cup through a cup flow hole;
as a preferable aspect of the present invention, the first transportation rail is movably connected to the second transportation rail, and a distance sensor is installed inside a connection portion between the first transportation rail and the second transportation rail.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second transportation rail is provided with a third position mark, and the bottom of the second transportation rail is provided with a transportation wheel.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the control method of the tea making machine based on the internet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, the control center receives a user request instruction;
s2, the control center sends a driving instruction to the third transportation rail according to the user request instruction, the third transportation rail is driven to work, and the tea leaves are poured into the brewing cup through the tea inlet;
s3, detecting the weight of the tea leaves, sending driving information to the brewing driving unit by the control center, and controlling the brewing cup to wash or brew the tea;
s4, after the control center confirms that the tea washing is finished, the control center sends a driving instruction to the blocking piece driving unit to drive the blocking piece to move, the flow hole of the cup is opened, and the waste water is discharged;
s5, after the control center confirms that the brewing is finished, the control center sends a driving instruction to the blocking piece driving unit to control the blocking piece to move, the cup flow hole is opened, and tea soup is poured into the water containing cup.
As a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the step S5 includes the following steps:
s51, obtaining the number of tea drinkers from the user request instruction;
s52, the control center confirms the number of water containing cups on the first transportation rail according to the number of the received tea drinkers and selects the water containing cups;
s53, the control center sends a driving instruction to the rail driving unit to drive the first transportation rail, the water containing cup with the marked position is conveyed to the lower part of the water outlet, and the position matching condition is judged;
s54, the control center drives the blocking piece to move, the water outlet is opened, the water outlet time is judged, and after the water outlet time is reached, the control center drives the blocking piece to move and closes the water outlet;
s55, moving the water containing cup containing water to the corresponding position of the second transportation track;
s56, transporting the next water containing cup to the position below the water outlet, judging the position and adjusting the position to be matched;
s57, judging whether the number of the water containing cups containing water is the same as the number of the obtained people, if so, executing the step S58, otherwise, returning to the step S54;
and S58, finishing the water outlet work, and separating the tea soup from the tea leaves.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step S55 is implemented by the following steps:
s6, judging whether the connection distance between the second transportation track and the first transportation track is a preset value or not, if so, executing the step 61, and if not, executing the step S62;
s61, moving the water cup to a second transportation rail;
and S62, moving the second transportation rail to the designated position.
The invention realizes the following beneficial effects:
1. the tea can be brewed in a remote control mode under the condition that the main tea brewing is busy or not at home;
2. an appropriate amount of tea soup can be brewed according to the request information, so that waste is avoided;
3. through the position mark, the intelligent identification can be realized, and the tea soup is sent to the tea table;
4. the design of the waste water bin can discharge waste water.

the cup flow hole 12 of the cup bottom wall 11 also comprises a baffle plate 14 which can move up and down; the flap 14 is mainly used for sealing or opening the cup flow hole 12, and particularly, the flap 14 can move between a closed position close to the cup bottom wall 11 and closing the cup flow hole 12 and a conducting position far away from the cup bottom wall 11 and not closing the cup flow hole 12; when the baffle plate 14 is located at the conducting position, the tea liquid in the upper cup can flow out downwards through the cup flowing hole 12.
The bottom of the cup bottom wall 11 is provided with a plurality of rows of water containing cups 21, as an embodiment of the invention, the cup bottom wall 11 is provided with two rows of water containing cups 21, and correspondingly, the cup bottom wall 11 is provided with two cup flow holes 12; the bottom of each water containing cup 21 is provided with a corresponding first position mark 22; the spacing between each row of cups 21 is equal to the spacing between the bottoms of the cup flow holes 12, and preferably, the cups can be arranged in a row of cups 21 corresponding to only one cup flow hole 12.
The transportation module comprises a first transportation rail 23 and a second transportation rail 30, and the width of the first transportation rail 23 and the width of the second transportation rail 30 are larger than or equal to the width of the bottom of the water containing cup 21; the track position of the first transportation track 23 is at the bottom position of the tea making machine, and is used for transporting the water containing cup 21 to a designated position and pouring tea soup into the water containing cup 21.
The water containing cups 21 are arranged on a first transportation rail 23, and a second position mark 24 is arranged on the first transportation rail 23;
specifically, the overlapped part of the first position mark 22 and the second position mark 24 is sensed through gravity detection, the overlapped part is transported to the bottom part opposite to the cup flow hole 12, and the tea soup is poured into the water containing cup 21; after the tea soup is poured, all the water containing cups 21 are on the first transportation rail 23.
The gravity detection module comprises a first gravity detection unit 25, a second gravity detection unit 31 and a third gravity detection unit 26, the first gravity detection unit 25 comprises a first gravity detector, and the first gravity detection unit 25 is installed on the first transportation rail 23 and is used for detecting the state of the water containing cup 21 on the first transportation rail 23; specifically detecting the position on the first transportation rail 23; the second gravity detecting unit 31 includes a second gravity detector, and the second gravity detecting unit 31 is installed on the second transportation rail 30 and detects the state of the water container 21 on the second transportation rail 30; the position of the specific detection at the second transportation track 30; the third gravity detecting unit 26 includes a third gravity detector installed at the bottom of the brewing cup 10 for detecting the state of the water and tea in the cup; the control center is used for controlling the information transmission and reception among the mechanisms of the body.
Preferably, the cup comprises a driving module, the driving module comprises a blocking piece driving unit, a brewing driving unit and a track driving unit, the blocking piece driving unit is used for driving the blocking piece to move, and specifically, the blocking piece is driven to move between a closed position which is close to the cup bottom wall 11 and closes the cup flow hole 12 and a conduction position which is far away from the cup bottom wall 11 and does not close the cup flow hole 12.
The brewing driving unit is used for controlling the brewing cup 10; the rail driving unit is used to drive the first, second, and third transportation rails 23, 30, and 18; specifically, the rail driving unit is used for driving the first transportation rail 23, the position of the water containing cup 21, which is overlapped with the first transportation rail 23, to the bottom of the cup flowing hole 12, the rail driving unit is used for driving the second transportation rail 30 to move in a track close to the first transportation rail 23 and the table edge, and the rail driving unit is used for driving the third transportation rail 18 to move to pour out tea leaves through the movement of the rails.
Preferably, the system further comprises an acquisition module, wherein the acquisition module comprises an acquisition interface used for acquiring a user request instruction, and the request instruction comprises the number of people for drinking tea and the drinking time.
Specifically, the user sends a request instruction through the user terminal like a tea brewing machine.
Preferably, the top of the brewing cup 10 is provided with a tea inlet 17 and a water inlet 16, and a third track is arranged inside the tea inlet 17; pouring the tea leaves into the brewing cup 10 by transportation on a third track; the water inlet 16 is used for pouring boiling water;
preferably, the machine body module comprises a waste collection bin, the waste collection bin is arranged on one side of the edge of the body and is connected with the brewing cup 10 through a cup flow hole 12; is used for collecting the wastewater of tea washing or tea set washing.
Preferably, the first transportation rail 23 is movably connected with the second transportation rail 30, and a distance sensor is installed at the inner side of the connection between the first transportation rail 23 and the second transportation rail 30.
As can be seen from the above embodiment, the second transportation rail 30 functions to transport the water container 21; the distance sensor is used to measure and adjust the distance of the second transportation rail 30 from the first transportation rail 23.
Preferably, the second transportation rail 30 is provided with a third position mark 32, and the bottom of the second transportation rail 30 is provided with a transportation wheel.
According to the embodiment, after all tea water is poured, all the water containing cups 21 are arranged on the first transportation rail 23, the first transportation rail 23 is used for transferring the water containing cups 21 to the correct positions to contain water, and the second transportation rail 30 is used for transporting the water containing cups 21 of different sizes to tables made by guests. The third position mark 32 on the second transportation rail 30 has two functions: the position of the table edge from itself and the position of the water cup 21 on the second transport track 30 are recorded.

s1, the control center receives a user request instruction;
the user request instruction comprises tea drinking time and tea drinking number; the tea drinking time is the appointed tea drinking time, and the number of people for drinking tea determines the number of the water containing cups 21.
S2, the control center sends a driving instruction to the third transportation rail at the appointed time according to the user request instruction, drives the third transportation rail to work, and pours the tea into the brewing cup 10 through the tea inlet 17;
s3, detecting the weight of the tea leaves, sending driving information to the brewing driving unit by the control center, and controlling the brewing cup 10 to wash or brew the tea;
in this step, boiling water flows into the water inlet 16;
s4, after the control center confirms that the tea washing is finished, the control center sends a driving instruction to the driving unit of the baffle plate 14 to drive the baffle plate 14 to move, so that the cup flow hole 12 is opened to discharge the waste water;
s5, after the control center confirms that the brewing is finished, the control center sends a driving instruction to the driving unit of the baffle plate 14, the baffle plate 14 is controlled to move, the cup flow hole 12 is opened, and the tea soup is controlled to be poured into the water containing cup 21.
