Referring to fig. 4, the content banking server 5 of the present embodiment is further configured to form and update a video blacklist; the video blacklist comprises video IDs of non-copyright video resources; the content bank node 1 is further configured to form blacklist information and broadcast the blacklist information in the block chain when the content bank server 5 forms or updates a video blacklist;
after receiving the blacklist information, all the audio-visual platform nodes 2 are common with the content bank node 1, confirm the blacklist information based on a second consensus mechanism, form a new blacklist block, and update the blacklist block chain. The block formation and the update of the blockchain can be performed according to the prior art, and are not limited in detail.
The blacklist block chain and the copyright transaction block chain coexist, and both the content bank server 5 and the audio-visual platform server 4 can acquire blacklist information and copyright transaction information.
All the audio-visual platform nodes 2 are deployed with second intelligent contracts; the blacklist block comprises a request for executing a second intelligent contract;
and after the black name single block chain is updated, all the audio-visual platform nodes 2 call and execute a second intelligent contract and perform offline processing on the corresponding videos.
The audio-visual platform server 4 contains a video ID list of all video resources;
and the audio-visual platform node 2 calls and executes a second intelligent contract after the black name single block chain is updated, and carries out offline processing on the corresponding video, specifically: and after the blacklist block chain is updated, calling and executing a second intelligent contract, calling a video ID list in an audio-visual platform server 4 connected with the deployed audio-visual platform nodes 2, traversing the video ID list and comparing the video ID list with the blacklist information contained in the latest blacklist block, and setting the use permission of the related video to be forbidden when the video ID list contains the video ID in the blacklist information.
After the blacklist information is issued through the content bank, all the nodes uniformly receive the blacklist information and call and execute the second intelligent contract, the nodes automatically set the use authority of the related videos to be forbidden, automatic offline is achieved, the audio-visual platform cannot perform illegal transmission, and good audio-visual market order is guaranteed.
When the system further comprises a plurality of video playing nodes, the video playing nodes can be used for receiving video information sent by the audio-visual platform server 4, playing a video with a unique video ID, acquiring the video playing information of the video playing nodes according to a preset mechanism, and broadcasting the video playing information to the block chain;
and the audio-visual platform node 2 and the content bank node 1 confirm the video playing information based on a third consensus mechanism after receiving the video playing information, form a new playing recording block and update a playing recording block chain.
The acquisition and the broadcasting of the video playing information can be realized through a plug-in, the playing information is encrypted by a private key and then is broadcasted to a block chain network, after each node receives the playing information, a system public key is adopted to carry out signature confirmation, and then blocks are formed.
The playing record at least comprises a copyright ID, a video ID, playing time, a user ID, an audio-visual platform ID and client equipment information;
the audio-visual platform server 4 is also used for calling the playing record data in the playing record block chain and the blacklist information in the blacklist block chain; comparing blacklist information of the playing records contained in the new playing recording block, and when the playing records contained in the new playing recording block are compared to have video IDs in the blacklist information, acquiring blacklist video IDs, audio-visual platform IDs for playing corresponding videos, playing time and user IDs, forming pirate playing information and sending the pirate playing information to the audio-visual platform node 2;
the second platform node is used for receiving the pirate playing information and broadcasting the pirate playing information to the block chain;
after receiving the pirate playing information, the booked audiovisual platform node 2 and the content bank confirm the pirate playing information based on a fourth consensus mechanism, form a new pirate playing information block, and update the pirate playing block chain;
the second platform node is an audio-visual platform node 2 corresponding to an audio-visual platform server 4 for forming pirate playing information; the accounting audiovisual platform node 2 comprises a second platform node.
Each playing terminal is used for playing videos sent by the audio-visual platform and performing broadcast of playing records, and each audio-visual platform node 2 and the content bank node 1 simultaneously store a playing record block chain, a black name single block chain and a copyright transaction block chain; each audiovisual platform server 4 can acquire and analyze the playing information in the playing recording block to acquire the playing condition of the blacklist video, widely publish the playing information, promote content copyright management of audiovisual websites, and transition from a copyright owner's bootstrap card to a website demonstration mode, so that each audiovisual platform plays a role in mutual supervision, and copyright validity of the audiovisual market is greatly improved.

Claims (8)

1. A digital content banking system based on a block chain technology is characterized by comprising a content banking node (1) and a plurality of audio-visual platform nodes (2) which form a block chain, wherein the content banking node (1) is connected with a content banking server (5); the audio-visual platform node (2) is connected with an audio-visual platform server (4); the block chain is deployed with a first intelligent contract;
the content bank server (5) is used for storing a tradable copyright video resource with a unique copyright ID; receiving a copyright purchase request sent by the audio-visual platform server (4), sending a copyright service policy and receiving feedback of the audio-visual platform server (4);
the audio-visual platform server (4) is used for sending a copyright purchase request containing an audio-visual platform ID to the content bank server (5), receiving and selecting a copyright service strategy and feeding back the copyright service strategy to the content bank server (5);
the first platform node forms and broadcasts a copyright purchase transaction request containing the copyright service strategy in a block chain after the copyright service strategy is fed back by the corresponding audio-visual platform server (4), wherein the copyright purchase transaction request contains a request for calling a first intelligent contract;
the accounting audio-visual platform node (2) and the content bank node (1) confirm the transaction request based on the first consensus mechanism and form a new copyright transaction block after receiving the copyright purchase transaction request, and update a copyright transaction block chain;
the verification node acquires a request for calling a first intelligent contract after updating the copyright transaction block chain, calls the first intelligent contract, monitors related events and automatically executes the first intelligent contract when the related events meet execution conditions;
the first platform node is an audio-visual platform node (2) corresponding to an audio-visual platform server (4) which sends a copyright purchase request; the verification node is selected from a billing audio visual platform node (2) or a content banking node (1); the billing audiovisual platform node (2) may comprise a first platform node;
at least one step in the execution process of the first intelligent contract is that the right for calling the copyright video resource in the content bank server (5) is distributed to the corresponding audio-visual website;
the first platform node signs the transaction by adopting a public key encryption tool when broadcasting the copyright purchase transaction request, performs preliminary validity check of the signature after the receiving node receives the copyright purchase transaction request, stores the signature in a block, waits for the next common identification time, executes a common identification algorithm by the bookkeeping audio-visual platform node (2) and the content bank node (1) after the next common identification time is reached, achieves common identification on the validity and the correctness of the block, and is formally stored in a copyright transaction block chain after the block passes through the formula algorithm process;
the content bank server (5) is also used for forming and updating a video blacklist; the video blacklist comprises a video ID of a non-copyright video resource;
the content bank node (1) is further configured to form blacklist information and broadcast the blacklist information in a block chain when a content bank server (5) forms or updates a video blacklist;
after receiving the blacklist information, the content bank node (1) and all the audio-visual platform nodes (2) confirm the blacklist information based on a second consensus mechanism, form a new blacklist block and update a blacklist block chain;
all the audio-visual platform nodes (2) are deployed with second intelligent contracts; the blacklist block comprises a request for executing a second intelligent contract;
and after the black name single block chain is updated, all the audio-visual platform nodes (2) call and execute a second intelligent contract to perform offline processing on the corresponding video.

The digital content banking system based on the blockchain technique of claim 1, wherein the copyright service policy includes one of an exclusive copyright policy, a usage copyright policy, and one of a right usage number policy, a right usage time policy; the first intelligent contract has different computer execution code and related events according to different copyright service policies.
3. The digital content banking system based on the blockchain technology of claim 2, wherein when the copyright service policy includes a rights usage number policy, the first intelligent contract is executed by:
(1) transferring the first copyright service charge from the audio-visual platform account to the content bank account according to the copyright service strategy contained in the new copyright transaction block;
(2) distributing the authority for calling the corresponding copyright video resource in the content bank server (5) to the corresponding audio-visual platform; and starts to record the playing or calling times of the corresponding copyright video;
(3) when the judgment times reach a preset threshold value, stopping the authority, automatically transferring the ith copyright service charge from the audio-visual platform account to the content bank account, and then repeating the step (2) until a termination instruction is received or the GASPRICE value is consumed to be 0;
where gasridge is the fee paid for each calculation step and i is a positive integer greater than 1.
4. The digital content banking system based on blockchain technology of claim 2, wherein when the copyright service policy includes a rights usage time policy, the first intelligent contract is executed by:
(1) transferring the first copyright service charge from the audio-visual platform account to the content bank account according to the copyright service strategy contained in the new copyright transaction block;
(2) distributing the authority for calling the corresponding copyright video resource in the content bank server (5) to the corresponding audio-visual platform; and begin to record the copyright usage time;
(3) when the copyright use time reaches a preset threshold value, stopping the authority, automatically transferring the ith copyright service charge from the audio-visual platform account to the content bank account, and then repeating the step (2) until a termination instruction is received or the GASPRICE value is consumed to be 0;
where gasridge is the fee paid for each calculation step and i is a positive integer greater than 1.

The digital content banking system based on the block chain technology as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 4, wherein the audiovisual platform server (4) is further configured to retrieve copyright transaction data in a copyright transaction block chain, perform statistics, and form a copyright transaction list, where the copyright transaction list includes a copyright ID, an audiovisual platform ID for purchasing the copyright ID, a copyright service policy, and a copyright service valid state;
when receiving a copyright service strategy fed back by the audio-visual platform, acquiring copyright transaction list data, judging whether a corresponding copyright ID has an exclusive copyright strategy or an exclusive copyright strategy in an effective state, and feeding back purchase request failure information to a corresponding audio-visual platform server (4) when the judgment result is 'yes'; otherwise, feeding back the successful information of the purchase request to the corresponding audio-visual platform server (4);
and the first platform node forms and broadcasts a copyright purchase transaction request containing the copyright service strategy in the block chain after the corresponding audio-visual platform server (4) receives the successful purchase request information.
6. The system for banking digital contents based on the block chain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein said audiovisual platform server (4) contains a video ID list of all video resources;
the audio-visual platform node (2) calls and executes a second intelligent contract after the black name single block chain is updated, and carries out offline processing on the corresponding video, and specifically comprises the following steps: after the blacklist block chain is updated, a second intelligent contract is called and executed, a video ID list in an audio-visual platform server (4) connected with deployed audio-visual platform nodes (2) is called, the video ID list is traversed and compared with blacklist information contained in the latest blacklist block, and when the video ID list contains video IDs in the blacklist information, the use permission of related videos is set to be forbidden.

The system according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of video playing nodes, configured to receive video information sent by the audiovisual platform server (4), play a video with a unique video ID, obtain video playing information of the video playing node according to a preset mechanism, and broadcast the video playing information to the blockchain;
and after receiving the video playing information, the audio-visual platform node (2) and the content bank node (1) confirm the video playing information based on a third consensus mechanism, form a new playing recording block and update a playing recording block chain.
8. The blockchain technology based digital content banking system of claim 7 wherein the play record includes at least a copyright ID, a video ID, a play time, a user ID, an audiovisual platform ID, and client device information;
the audio-visual platform server (4) is also used for calling the playing record data in the playing record block chain and the blacklist information in the blacklist block chain; carrying out blacklist information comparison on the playing records contained in the new playing recording block, and when the playing records contained in the new playing recording block are compared to have video IDs in the blacklist information, acquiring blacklist video IDs, audio-visual platform IDs for playing corresponding videos, playing time and user IDs to form pirate playing information and send the pirate playing information to an audio-visual platform node (2);
the second platform node is used for receiving pirate playing information and broadcasting the pirate playing information to the block chain;
after receiving the pirate playing information, the accounting audiovisual platform node (2) and the content bank confirm the pirate playing information based on a fourth consensus mechanism, form a new pirate playing information block, and update a pirate playing block chain;
the second platform node is an audio-visual platform node (2) corresponding to an audio-visual platform server (4) for forming pirated playing information; the accounting audiovisual platform node (2) comprises a second platform node.
