本发明公开了一种动力电池系统框架总成,包括散热板和框架,所述散热板与框架之间通过热熔连接;所述散热板为矩形状,在散热板的四个侧边均设有折弯边,且在散热板的左右两侧的折弯边上设有连接孔;在框架设有热熔台,热熔台伸于连接孔内。本发明由塑胶与金属制品结合,散热板选用超薄、高强度、散热快的优质铝材;散热板的四周设有折弯边,连续折弯的异型面,极大的缩小了内部空间,在同等体积的电池包下,增加了电容量,提升了整车的续航能力。

本发明涉及一种动力电池系统框架总成。
背景技术:
现有的动力电池系统框架总成散热效果差,框架总成多为一平板状,内部空间小,所能容纳的电池包少,使用效果不佳。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种动力电池系统框架总成。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种动力电池系统框架总成,包括散热板和框架,所述散热板与框架之间通过热熔连接;
所述散热板为矩形状,在散热板的四个侧边均设有折弯边,且在散热板的左右两侧的折弯边上设有连接孔;
在框架设有热熔台,热熔台伸于连接孔内。
进一步地,所述散热板为铝板。
进一步地,所述框架采用ABS和PC混合制作而成。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明由塑胶与金属制品结合,散热板选用超薄、高强度、散热快的优质铝材;散热板的四周设有折弯边,连续折弯的异型面,极大的缩小了内部空间,在同等体积的电池包下,增加了电容量,提升了整车的续航能力。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3,本发明公开一种动力电池系统框架总成,包括散热板1和框架2,散热板1与框架2之间通过热熔连接。
散热板1为矩形状,在散热板1的四个侧边均设有折弯边11,且在散热板1的左右两侧的折弯边11上设有连接孔12。
在框架2设有热熔台21,热熔台21伸于连接孔12内。
本发明中的散热板1为铝板,铝板的散热效果好。
框架2采用ABS和PC混合制作而成。
本发明由塑胶与金属制品结合,连接部分选用超薄、高强度、散热快的优质铝材(散热板1)。
散热板1的四周设有折弯边11,连续折弯的异型面,极大的缩小了内部空间,在同等体积的电池包下,增加了电容量,提升了整车的续航能力。

1.一种动力电池系统框架总成,其特征在于:包括散热板(1)和框架(2),所述散热板(1)与框架(2)之间通过热熔连接;
所述散热板(1)为矩形状,在散热板(1)的四个侧边均设有折弯边(11),且在散热板(1)的左右两侧的折弯边(11)上设有连接孔(12);
在框架(2)设有热熔台(21),热熔台(21)伸于连接孔(12)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的动力电池系统框架总成,其特征在于:所述散热板(1)为铝板。
3.如权利要求1所述的动力电池系统框架总成,其特征在于:所述框架(2)采用ABS和PC混合制作而成。
