Abstract
The invention provides a screw assembling element, a drawer assembly and refrigeration equipment. The screw assembly component comprises a main body part matched with a screw, and is characterized in that: the main body part is provided with a through hole penetrating through the screw in the first direction, an opening arranged on one side of the through hole and a buckling part extending in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction and located in the opening, one end of the buckling part in the second direction is connected with the inner wall on one side of the opening, the other end of the buckling part is separated from the opening and is elastically arranged in the first direction, and the free end of the buckling part is provided with a protruding part protruding in the first direction. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a screw mounting component, including a main body portion configured to be engaged with a screw, the main body portion being provided with a through hole penetrating through the screw in a first direction to pass through the screw, an opening provided at one side of the through hole, and a locking portion extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and located in the opening, one end of the locking portion in the second direction being connected to an inner wall of the opening at one side, the other end of the locking portion being provided separately from the opening and elastically provided in the first direction, and a free end of the locking portion having a protrusion protruding in the first direction.

Meanwhile, the drawer is provided with the screw through hole, so that the sliding wire has no influence on the drawer, and the sliding wire phenomenon only needs to press the buckling part to take out and replace the screw installation element. In addition, relative to the drawer, the screw mounting element has low requirements on injection molding equipment and injection molding process, is convenient to mount and dismount, can improve the assembly reject ratio of the drawer to a greater extent, and can recover the loss of a factory.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural and functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the drawer assembly 100 of the present invention is applied to a refrigerating apparatus. In the invention, the refrigeration equipment can be a refrigerator or a freezer.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the drawer assembly 100 includes a drawer 1, a roller 2 engaged with the drawer 1, a screw 3 for fixing the roller 2 to the drawer 1, and a screw mounting member 200.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the screw mounting element 200 includes a main body portion 201 for cooperating with the screw 3. The body 201 is provided with a through hole 202 penetrating in a first direction to pass through the screw 3, an opening 203 provided on one side of the through hole 202, and a locking portion 204 extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and located in the opening 203. One end of the buckling part 204 along the second direction is connected with the inner wall of one side of the opening 203, and the other end is separated from the opening 203 and is elastically arranged in the first direction. The free end of the latch 204 has a protrusion 205 protruding in a first direction.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the drawer 1 includes a receiving cavity 10 for receiving the screw mounting member 200 and a positioning hole 11 penetrating the receiving cavity 10. The protrusion 205 of the screw mounting component 200 is elastically locked in the positioning hole 11 in the second direction and exposed outward from the positioning hole 11. The accommodating cavity 10 is arranged at one side of the second direction in an open manner, in this application, the accommodating cavity 10 is arranged at the bottom of the drawer 1 and arranged at a downward opening manner, so that the screw assembling element 200 can be installed or taken out of the accommodating cavity 10.
In the present application, the screw mounting element 200 may be made of a material with elasticity, such as plastic or plastic.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the drawer 1 further includes a pair of sidewalls 12 disposed opposite to each other in the first direction, and a through hole 13 through which the receiving screw 3 passes and which penetrates the receiving cavity 10. The receiving cavity 10 is located between the side walls 12. The positioning hole 11 is disposed through one of the sidewalls 12 in the first direction. The through hole 13 corresponds to the through hole 202 of the screw-fitting member 200. In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the diameter of the through hole 13 is greater than the diameter of the screw 3.
Referring to fig. 6, the screw-fitting member 200 has a first portion 206 and a second portion 207 which are continuously arranged in the second direction. The through-hole 202 is arranged in the first portion 206 and the opening 203 is arranged in the second portion 207. In the second direction, the size of the first portion 206 is consistent with the size of the accommodating cavity 10, and the size of the second portion 207 is smaller than the size of the accommodating cavity 10. So that the first portion 206 of the screw mounting element 200 can be held in the receiving cavity 10, and the locking portion 204 can be elastically displaced in the first direction.
The screw 3 is installed in the through hole 13 of the drawer 1 and passes through the through hole 202 of the screw assembly component 200, so as to install the roller 2 on the drawer 1, when the screw 3 slides, the protrusion 205 of the screw assembly component 200 is pressed into the accommodating cavity 10 through the positioning hole 11, so that the buckling part 204 moves inwards to separate the protrusion 205 from the positioning hole 11, and the screw assembly component 200 is taken out from the bottom of the accommodating cavity 10 and replaced with a new screw assembly component 200. The new screw assembly member 200 is installed into the drawer 1 from the bottom of the housing cavity 10, the protrusion 205 is snapped into the positioning hole 11, and the first portion 20 of the screw assembly member 200 is fixed in the housing cavity 10.
According to the drawer assembly 100, the replaceable screw mounting element 200 is additionally arranged between the screw 3 and the drawer 1, the screw mounting element 200 is provided with the buckling part 204 and used for preventing falling off after being mounted on the drawer 1, extra manual maintenance is not needed during mounting, the drawer 1 is provided with a part for matching with the screw mounting element 200 for mounting or taking out, the phenomenon of poor screw sliding of the drawer 1 is transferred, and the rejection rate of the drawer 1 is reduced. Meanwhile, since the drawer 1 is a screw through hole, the sliding wire has no influence on the drawer, and the sliding wire phenomenon can be realized only by pressing the buckling part 204 and taking out and replacing the screw mounting element 200. In addition, the screw mounting element 200 has low requirements on injection molding equipment and injection molding process relative to the drawer 1, is convenient to mount and dismount, can improve the assembly reject ratio of the drawer 1 to a greater extent, and can recover the loss of a factory.
