A temperature detection system 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-4.
As shown in fig. 1, a temperature detection system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an insulating column 10, a first electrode 20, a second electrode 21 and a detection device 30.
The first electrode 20 is disposed on a side surface of the insulating column 10 and extends to an end surface of the insulating column 10, the second electrode 21 is disposed on a side surface of the insulating column 10 and extends to an end surface of the insulating column 10, a temperature detection region 22 for detecting a temperature of a target component is formed in an overlapping region of the end surface of the insulating column 10 by the first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21, and the detection device 30 is electrically connected with the first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21, respectively, and determines whether the target component is attached to the temperature detection region 22 according to a temperature value detected by the temperature detection region 22.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the insulating column 10 may be a column made of an insulating material, or may be a column made of a non-insulating material and having an insulating layer, that is, the contact surfaces of the first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21 and the insulating column 10 are insulated. The first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21 are made of nano-scale galvanic couple materials, one of the first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21 is made of positive electrode galvanic couple materials, the other of the first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21 is made of negative electrode galvanic couple materials, the first electrode 20 extends from the end face of the insulating column 10 to the side surface of the insulating column 10, and here, it should be noted that the end face of the insulating column 10 refers to one of the two end faces of the insulating column 10, for example, the upper end face of the insulating column 10 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21 have overlapping areas at the end face of the insulating column 10, the temperatures of the overlapping areas generate different thermoelectric voltages for the positive electrode materials and the negative electrode materials, and the temperatures of the overlapping areas can be obtained by measuring the thermoelectric voltages. The temperature detection area 22 is suitable for being in direct contact with the target component to detect the temperature of the target component, so that a temperature acquisition plate is not required to be arranged between the thermocouple and the target component, the temperature measurement is more timely, and the temperature measurement result is more accurate.
The first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21 transmit the detected temperature value of the temperature detection region 22 to the detection device 30, and the detection device 30 determines whether the target member is attached to the temperature detection region 22 according to the temperature value of the temperature detection region 22. It should be noted that, when the temperature detection area 22 is not fully attached to the target component, that is, a gap exists between the temperature detection area 22 and the target component, and a thermal medium (such as a hot air flow) in the gap may affect the temperature of the temperature detection area 22, so that a great difference exists between the detected temperature value of the temperature detection area 22 and the temperature of the target component, resulting in inaccurate measurement results, and thus whether the temperature detection area 22 is attached to the target component may affect the accuracy of the measurement results to a great extent. The detecting device 30 determines whether the target component is attached to the temperature detecting area 22 according to the temperature value of the temperature detecting area 22, and if the target component is not attached to the temperature detecting area 22, the detected temperature value of the temperature detecting area 22 is generally higher, the detecting device 30 prompts the user to adjust the position of the target component so as to attach the target component to the temperature detecting area 22.
According to the temperature detection system 100 of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the overlapping area of the first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21 on the insulating column 10, the temperature detection area 22 is in direct contact with the target component, so that the temperature measurement of the target component can be realized, the instantaneity of the temperature measurement is good, the accuracy is high, the probability of misjudgment of the detection device 30 is reduced, and the stability of the temperature detection system 100 is improved. Furthermore, by arranging the detection device 30 to judge whether the temperature detection area 22 is attached to the target component, a user is reminded of adjusting the position of the target component in time when the temperature detection area 22 is not attached to the target component, so that the temperature detection area 22 can accurately acquire the temperature of the target component, and the authenticity and the stability of a temperature measurement result are further improved.
Therefore, the temperature detection system 100 according to the embodiment of the invention has the function of detecting whether the target component is attached to the electrode material, and has good temperature measurement instantaneity and high accuracy.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the detection device 30 includes: a controller 31 and an alarm (not shown).
Wherein, the controller 31 is electrically connected with the first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21 respectively, the alarm is electrically connected with the controller 31, the controller 31 determines whether the temperature value T is smaller than a first predetermined value T1 according to the temperature value T detected by the temperature detection area 22, and if not, the controller 31 controls the alarm to give an alarm.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the target component may be a pot, the first electrode 20 and the second electrode 21 are electrically connected with the controller 31 to transmit the temperature value T of the temperature detection area 22 to the controller 31, the controller 31 compares the temperature value T with the first predetermined value T1, if the temperature value T is greater than or equal to the first predetermined value T1, which indicates that the temperature detection area 22 is not attached to the pot at this time, the controller 31 controls the alarm to alert the user to adjust the position of the pot until the temperature detection area 22 is attached to the pot, and the controller 31 determines that the temperature value T is less than the first predetermined value T1. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first predetermined value T1 may take a certain value between 350 and 400 ℃, because for a pot, the temperature rise of the pot is difficult to exceed 350 ℃, and once the temperature value T is greater than 350 ℃, it is indicated that the temperature detection area 22 is not attached to the pot.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, when the temperature value T is smaller than the first predetermined value T1, the controller 31 determines whether the temperature value T is smaller than the second predetermined value T2, and if not, the controller 31 controls the alarm to sound an alarm, wherein the second predetermined value T2 is smaller than the first predetermined value T1.
Specifically, after the controller 31 determines that the temperature value T is smaller than the first predetermined value T1, a stage of determining whether the pot is dry-burned is entered, at this time, the controller 31 compares the temperature value T with the second predetermined value T2, if the temperature value T is greater than or equal to the second predetermined value T2, it is indicated that the pot is dry-burned at this time, and the controller 31 triggers an alarm to send out an alarm to remind a user of dry-burned pot; if the controller 31 determines that the temperature value T is less than the second predetermined value T2, it indicates that the cooker is in a normal state at this time. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second predetermined value T2 may be a certain value between 280 ℃ and 290 ℃, and the temperature value T indicates that the pan is dry-burned once the temperature value T is greater than or equal to the second predetermined value T2. Thus, the temperature detection system 100 has a better effect of preventing the cookware from being burned.
Further, the controller 31 is electrically connected to a heating system for heating the target component, and when the temperature value T is equal to or greater than the second predetermined value T2, the controller 31 controls the heating system to stop heating. Therefore, the dry heating state of the cooker can be stopped in time, the safety is high, and the user experience is better.
In some embodiments of the present invention, with continued reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the controller 31 is electrically connected to a heating system for heating the target component, the controller 31 determines whether the absolute value of the difference between the temperature value T and the third predetermined value T3 is equal to or less than a fourth predetermined value T4, and if not, the controller 31 adjusts the heating system until the absolute value of the difference between the temperature value T and the third predetermined value T3 is equal to or less than the fourth predetermined value T4.
Specifically, after the controller 31 determines that the temperature value T is smaller than the first predetermined value T1, the function of precisely controlling temperature can be realized. The third predetermined value T3 corresponds to the temperature required to perform a certain specific function, for example, the third predetermined value T3 may be a set of data, the fourth predetermined value is suitably set to 10 ℃, and the third predetermined value T3 is suitably set to 180 ℃ when the frying function is performed; when the water boiling function is realized, the third preset value T3 is suitably set to 150 ℃; in achieving the function of frying eggs, the third predetermined value T3 is suitably set to 120 ℃. The controller 31 is used for controlling the heating system to adjust the temperature value T to be stabilized near the third preset value T3, so that the intelligent temperature control of the cooking stove is facilitated, the temperature control effect is better, and the user experience is better. It should be noted that the above data are only for better understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention, and the third predetermined value T3 and the fourth predetermined value T4 may be preset according to actual situations.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the alarm is a device that alerts or alerts the user to take some measure in the form of sound, light, etc. Optionally, the alarm is a buzzer alarm. When the controller 31 triggers the alarm to start, the buzzer alarm may sound a continuous alarm to prompt the user to adjust the position of the target component or to shut down the heating system to stop heating. Thus, the prompting function for the user is better.
In other embodiments of the invention, the alarm may be a flash. For example, when the target member is not attached to the temperature detection region 22, the controller 31 controls the flash to emit a blinking red light to remind the user to adjust the position of the target member; after the target member is attached to the temperature detection region 22, the controller 31 controls the flash lamp to emit a continuous green light.
In some embodiments of the invention, the insulating column 10 is a cylinder. The insulator used in the thin film thermocouple detector in the related art is generally cuboid, and the right-angle side of the insulator is easy to stretch porcelain during production, so that the yield is low, and the overall performance is affected.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, rounded corners are configured between the end surfaces and the side surfaces of the insulating columns 10.
Specifically, the fillet extends along the direction towards the terminal surface by the upper edge of insulating column 10 side, and the cross-sectional area of fillet part reduces along the direction towards the terminal surface gradually, and the area of the terminal surface that insulating column 10 formed is less, and the area of the temperature detection zone 22 that forms at insulating column 10 terminal surface is also less correspondingly, from this, temperature detection zone 22 is less and the contact is inseparabler with the bottom area of pan to be difficult for receiving the influence of hot gas flow or external high temperature environment between pan bottom and the temperature detection zone 22, the temperature that temperature detection zone 22 detected is more accurate, and measuring result is also more stable. Furthermore, when the cooker is not attached to the temperature detection area 22, the rounded corner structure between the end surface and the side surface is in contact with the cooker, which is beneficial to adjusting the insulating column 10 to enable the end surface to approach to the movement of the cooker, thereby enabling the cooker to be attached to the temperature detection area 22 quickly, and being convenient to use.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, an insulating glue is provided between the insulating column 10 and the cover 50. Specifically, the insulating glue is a high temperature resistant and insulating glue, and the insulating glue is filled between the wire and the cover 50 and between the electrode and the cover 50, so as to prevent the wire or the electrode from contacting the cover 50 to cause a short circuit, thereby improving the stability of the temperature detection system 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a sealant is filled between the insulating column 10 and the cover 50. Specifically, the sealant is a high temperature resistant colloid, and the sealant is filled in the gap between the insulating column 10 and the cover body 50, so that the sealing performance of the insulating column 10 and the cover body 50 is better, and the overall structural strength is further improved.
