The invention relates to a multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler, wherein an oxygen-enriched device comprises a primary oxygen-enriched air channel 9, a secondary oxygen-enriched air channel 10 and a tertiary oxygen-enriched air channel 11, wherein the primary oxygen-enriched air channel 9 is vertically arranged, the secondary oxygen-enriched air channel 10 is inclined, and the tertiary oxygen-enriched device is cylindrical; the inner wall 28 of the primary oxygen-enriched air channel 9 and the inner wall 28 of the secondary oxygen-enriched air channel 10 are not provided with refractory clay, the inner wall 28 of the primary oxygen-enriched air channel 9 and the material of the secondary oxygen-enriched air channel 10 are made of thick steel plates and iron castings, the air in the air channel is heated extremely rapidly due to the fact that the inner wall 28 of the primary oxygen-enriched air channel 9 and the inner wall 28 of the secondary oxygen-enriched air channel 10 are not provided with refractory clay, the air flows into the tertiary oxygen-enriched air channel 11 to be heated again and then discharged for combustion supporting, the heated air is high in temperature, the combustion supporting effect is obvious, and the air is common with liquefied gas, so that combustible substances and harmful substances which are not completely burned out by coal in the hearth 2 are combusted again at an outlet of the oxygen-enriched air device, and the complete combustion is achieved, and the ultra-low emission is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler further comprises an oven 18, wherein the oven 18 is arranged right in front of the left side of the boiler body 1, and the oven 18 is a rectangular box body, and an oven 18 drawer is arranged in the oven; the oven 18 is fixedly connected with the oven body 1 through screws.
According to the multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler, the screw is arranged on the oven 18, and when dust in the smoke box 5 is cleaned, the screw is detached, the oven 18 is pulled out, so that the dust cleaned by the smoke box 5 is cleaned, and the oven is installed after cleaning; the oven 18 can be used for baking sweet potatoes, steamed bread, roast meat, etc.; it has the characteristics of simple operation and convenient use, and can be used for placing baked food only by opening the drawer of the oven 18.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler is characterized in that a flue 19 is arranged at the upper part of an oven 18; a hearth water layer 20 which is communicated with the water layer of the flue 19 at the upper part of the oven 18 and the water layer of the smoke box 5; the water return port 21 of the hearth water layer 20 is arranged below the bottom of the inclined coal bin 32; the upper, left and right walls of the flue 19 are all water layers, which are in communication with the water layer of the smoke box 5 and the furnace water layer 20.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler further comprises a gasification pot 22, wherein the gasification pot 22 is arranged at the furnace mouth 4, and the gasification pot 22 is arranged from the furnace mouth 4 to the direction of the hearth 2.
According to the multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler, the gasification pot 22 is arranged on the furnace mouth 4, after the flame is directly burned in the center, the flame is reversed to the circumference, the last flow of one-time oxygen-enriched combustion is achieved in the process, the oxygen-enriched effect is more sufficient, the combustion is more thorough, the effect of quick cooking is achieved, and the emission is lower.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler provided by the invention is characterized in that a primary oxygen-enriched air duct 9, a secondary oxygen-enriched air duct 10 and a tertiary oxygen-enriched air duct 11 are respectively composed of an inner wall 28 and an outer wall 29; the primary oxygen-enriched air duct 9, the secondary oxygen-enriched air duct 10 and the tertiary oxygen-enriched air duct 11 are made of iron castings, thick steel plates or a combination of the two.
The multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler provided by the invention has the advantages that each oxygen-enriched air channel consists of the inner wall 28 and the outer wall 29, and the inner wall 28 and the outer wall 29 can be directly used according to the condition of the boiler body 1.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler is characterized in that a smoke exhaust pipe 23 which is vertically arranged is arranged in a smoke box 5, and the smoke exhaust pipe 23 is cylindrical; the outer part of the smoke exhaust pipe 23 is a water layer; the top of the smoke box 5 is provided with a buckle cap and a smoke outlet; the side wall of the smoke box 5 is provided with an explosion-proof valve 30 and a water outlet 24.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler is characterized in that the coal storage bin 6 is rectangular, the top end of the coal storage bin is provided with a coal bin cover, and the coal bin cover is provided with a handle 26;
the multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the coal bin cover of the coal storage bin 6 is provided with the handle 26, so that the coal bin cover is conveniently covered tightly after the coal is fully filled, the sealing is not tight, and smoke flows out; the button cap at the top of the smoke box 5 is provided with a screw, so that the dust in the smoke box 5 can be conveniently removed and cleaned.

The multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler is characterized in that the motor support 27 is a common support, and only the proper motor support 27 is needed to be selected according to the size of the motor placed at all.

Claims (8)

1. The multi-fuel high-temperature oxygen-enriched intelligent energy-saving environment-friendly household boiler comprises a boiler body, wherein a hearth is arranged in the center of the right side of the boiler body, a boiler face is arranged right above the boiler body, and a boiler mouth is arranged at the top end of the hearth; a smoke box and a coal storage bin are arranged on one side of the furnace body; the bottom of the furnace body is provided with an ash removing drawer; the bottom of the furnace body is provided with a furnace bottom;

the device also comprises an oxygen enrichment device, which consists of a primary oxygen enrichment air channel, a secondary oxygen enrichment air channel and a tertiary oxygen enrichment air channel;

the three-level oxygen-enriched air channel is arranged between the two-level oxygen-enriched air channel and the furnace mouth in a cylindrical shape, and the lower end of the three-level oxygen-enriched air channel is communicated with the central position of the top end of the two-level oxygen-enriched air channel;
the bottom of the primary oxygen-enriched air channel is provided with an oxygen-enriched air channel inlet which is communicated with the bottom of the hearth, and the inner wall of the tertiary oxygen-enriched air channel is provided with an oxygen-enriched air channel outlet.

the upper part of the oven is provided with a flue;
the water layer of the hearth is communicated with the water layer of the flue at the upper part of the oven and the water layer of the smoke box; the water return port of the water layer of the hearth is arranged below the bottom of the inclined coal bin;
the upper wall, the left wall and the right wall of the flue are all water layers, and are communicated with the water layer of the smoke box and the water layer of the hearth.

the gasification furnace also comprises a gasification pot which is arranged at the furnace mouth, and the gasification pot is arranged from the furnace mouth to the furnace chamber.

a smoke exhaust pipe which is vertically arranged is arranged in the smoke box, and the smoke exhaust pipe is cylindrical; the outer part of the smoke exhaust pipe is a water layer;
the top of the smoke box is provided with a buckling cap and a smoke outlet; and an explosion-proof valve and a water outlet are arranged on the side wall of the smoke box.

the coal storage bin is rectangular, the top end of the coal storage bin is provided with a coal bin cover, and the coal bin cover is provided with a handle.

the motor support is fixed in the middle of the inclined lower plate; the miniature vibration motor is fixed on the motor support.
