本发明涉及一种易于放置的蝶阀，包括蝶阀，所述蝶阀的框板侧边向外翻折形成环板，所述环板与蝶阀中轴线对应的位置切削形成凹槽，所述框板位于凹槽中部的位置一体连接固定块，所述固定块的底部一体连接配重块，所述固定块的上侧面中部开设圆槽，圆槽处嵌入轴承，所述蝶阀的轴杆下端穿过框板的通孔固定插入轴承的内圈，本发明结构合理，使用方便，主要是重新调节轴杆的安装方式，同时更改蝶阀的框板结构，去除蝶阀底部安装的底座，利用配重块和凹槽稳定放置的蝶阀，从而简化蝶阀生产的工艺，降低蝶阀生产的成本，便于蝶阀的安装和放置。

本发明涉及阀门领域，具体是涉及一种易于放置的蝶阀。
背景技术
现有的蝶阀为圆形状，为了方便蝶阀的放置，一般会在蝶阀的底部安装一个底座，但是这样的稳定结构，增加了蝶阀生产的成本，同时底座太凸出，会影响蝶阀的安装。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术蝶阀放置不便、增加底座成本高等的缺陷，提供一种易于放置的蝶阀。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供以下技术方案：一种易于放置的蝶阀，包括蝶阀，所述蝶阀的框板侧边向外翻折形成环板，所述环板与蝶阀中轴线对应的位置切削形成凹槽，所述框板位于凹槽中部的位置一体连接固定块，所述固定块的底部一体连接配重块，所述固定块的上侧面中部开设圆槽，圆槽处嵌入轴承，所述蝶阀的轴杆下端穿过框板的通孔固定插入轴承的内圈；所述凹槽的中轴线与轴杆的中轴线重合；所述配重块为棱台体结构。
进一步的，所述配重块的底部与凹槽的槽口最外侧齐平。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是：一种易于放置的蝶阀，结构合理，使用方便，主要是重新调节轴杆的安装方式，同时更改蝶阀的框板结构，去除蝶阀底部安装的底座，利用配重块和凹槽稳定放置的蝶阀，从而简化蝶阀生产的工艺，降低蝶阀生产的成本，便于蝶阀的安装和放置。

参照图1至图3可知：一种易于放置的蝶阀，包括蝶阀1，所述蝶阀1的框板2侧边向外翻折形成环板，所述环板与蝶阀1中轴线对应的位置切削形成凹槽3，所述框板2位于凹槽3中部的位置一体连接固定块4，所述固定块4的底部一体连接配重块5，所述固定块4的上侧面中部开设圆槽，圆槽处嵌入轴承6，所述蝶阀1的轴杆7下端穿过框板2的通孔固定插入轴承6的内圈。
所述凹槽3的中轴线与轴杆7的中轴线重合，便于保持平稳，符合放置习惯；所述配重块5为棱台体结构，与地面接触面大；所述配重块5的底部与凹槽3的槽口最外侧齐平，保持平稳。
本发明的原理及优点：使用时，将蝶阀1垂直置于地面，凹槽3的槽口边沿配合配重块5，使蝶阀1与地面的接触面增大，稳定性提高，同时配重块5的增加，使得蝶阀1的重心下移，稳定性更好。

1.易于放置的蝶阀，包括蝶阀（1），其特征在于，所述蝶阀（1）的框板（2）侧边向外翻折形成环板，所述环板与蝶阀（1）中轴线对应的位置切削形成凹槽（3），所述框板（2）位于凹槽（3）中部的位置一体连接固定块（4），所述固定块（4）的底部一体连接配重块（5），所述固定块（4）的上侧面中部开设圆槽，圆槽处嵌入轴承（6），所述蝶阀（1）的轴杆（7）下端穿过框板（2）的通孔固定插入轴承（6）的内圈；所述凹槽（3）的中轴线与轴杆（7）的中轴线重合；所述配重块（5）为棱台体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易于放置的蝶阀，其特征在于，所述配重块（5）的底部与凹槽（3）的槽口最外侧齐平。
