For high-pressure large-flow liquid conveying, the conventional plunger pump is mostly adopted in the conventional equipment, and has the defects that when slurry is conveyed, the plunger is damaged by the principle similar to high-pressure water cutting when the slurry is slightly leaked in a sealing manner, and when corrosive liquid is conveyed, a pump body is seriously corroded and the service life is greatly shortened due to the poor corrosion resistance of a common plunger and a cylinder body sealing piece; the above-mentioned problem can be solved to traditional diaphragm pump, but because the restriction of diaphragm material attribute and diaphragm pump structure can't provide the high pressure and the large-traffic transport that satisfy the demand.
