The power is provided by the adsorption force of the adsorption electromagnet 411, and when the power is electrified, adsorption power is generated, the clamping plate 413 hinge is driven by the link mechanism 412, so that the front wheel is clamped and fixed, the front wheel clamping device 41 is fixed on the parking space platform 425, and the adsorption electromagnet 411 is arranged on the rear side of the front baffle 415. The front wheel clamping device 21 and the front wheel are arranged on the parking space platform 425, and then move along with the parking space platform 425 to enter and leave the garage. From the aspect of the movement process, the whole parking space platform 425 needs to be fixed at two positions, firstly, after the bicycle is put in storage, the parking space platform 425 should be limited at the front end of the parking space (namely the azimuth of the front wheel of the bicycle) and not be moved, otherwise, the parking space platform 425 is in an unstable state, and secondly, after the bicycle is put out of storage, the parking space platform 425 should be limited at the tail end of the parking space (namely the azimuth of the rear wheel of the bicycle or the garage gate) and not be moved, so that the parking space can be used next time. Preferably, a parking space platform fixing device 42 is arranged at the head end and the tail end of the parking space. The impact electromagnet 25 is in a point-type operation, one end of the push head (i.e. the cylindrical pin 423) is used for fixing, when the iron core is pushed forward during power-on, the cylindrical pin 423 rises to leave the platform positioning hole 424, and the parking space platform 21 can move for a certain time (for example, 2 seconds) after losing the limit; when the power is off, the cylindrical pin 423 enters the platform positioning hole 424 and limits the movement of the parking space platform 21 by automatically resetting by the spring.
As shown in fig. 5, the control module 10 includes a control chip 11, an operation keyboard 12, a driver 13, an encoder 14, a relay 15, and an alarm 16, where the operation keyboard 12, the driver 13, the encoder 14, the relay 15, the alarm 16, the first contact switch 414, and the second contact switch 427 are all electrically connected to the control chip 11. The operation keypad 12 is fixed to one side of the garage door 33 to facilitate the operation of a parking person (e.g., inputting an operation command for parking or picking up a car); each motor (including the first motor 291 and the second motor 38) is controlled by the driver 13 and the encoder 14, and the driver 13 and the encoder 14 are matched with each motor for use; the relay 15 is used for realizing sequential control and is arranged in a circuit of each contact switch (comprising the first contact switch 414 and the second contact switch 427); the alarm 16 may be provided on top of the garage housing 60 for alerting when an abnormal condition (for example) occurs during operation of the garage; the first contact switch 414 is disposed at the adsorption electromagnet 411 and provides a signal whether the front wheel is in place; the second contact switch 427 is disposed at the impact electromagnet 421 at the head and tail ends of the parking space, and provides a signal whether the parking space platform 425 needs to move. The control module 10 realizes automatic control of system start, rotation of each motor, signal receiving of a contact switch, opening and closing of the impact electromagnet 25, on-off of the adsorption electromagnet 19 and other movements, thereby completing the actions of system start and closing, garage rotation, garage door opening and closing, on-off of a fixing device and the like.
The specific workflow and working principle of the garage are explained in detail as follows:
when the garage door 33 is stored, the car owner presses a parking key on the operation keyboard 12 to select a parking space number, and the control chip 11 controls the rotation module 20 to work, namely the first motor 291 drives the turntable 21 to rotate by a set angle to rotate the selected parking space to the garage door 33; while the garage door module 30 is in operation, the garage door 33 is open. After the bicycle is pushed onto the front wheel clamping device 41 by a bicycle owner, after the bicycle front wheel touches the first contact switch 414, the control chip 11 receives signals and feeds the signals back to the adsorption electromagnet 411, the adsorption electromagnet 411 is electrified to generate adsorption force and transmits the adsorption force to the clamping plates 413 through the connecting rod mechanism 412, the two clamping plates 413 are hinged to automatically complete clamping of the bicycle front wheel, a certain time (for example, 1 s) is delayed, the cylindrical pin 423 at the front end of a parking space is opened, the parking space platform 425 is not fixed, and the bicycle on the parking space platform 425 is pushed to the center of a garage by the bicycle owner; when the parking space platform 425 contacts the second contact switch 427 at the end of the parking space, the control chip 11 receives a signal and feeds back the signal to the impact electromagnet 421 at the end of the parking space, the impact electromagnet 421 at the end of the parking space is turned on for a certain time (for example, 1 s) and then turned off, and the cylindrical pin 423 is just clamped in the platform positioning hole 424, so that the whole fixation is realized; the garage door 33 is then closed and the garage returns to its original condition and the parking is completed.
When the vehicle is picked up, the vehicle owner presses the pick-up key on the operation keyboard 12 to input the number of the vehicle to be picked up, the control chip 11 controls the rotation module 20 to work, the first motor 291 drives the turntable 21 to rotate by a certain angle, the selected vehicle is rotated to the garage door 33, meanwhile, the garage door module 30 works, and the garage door 33 is opened. Delaying for a certain time (for example, 2 s), opening the cylindrical pin 423 at the tail end of the parking space, and enabling a vehicle owner to pull out the bicycle on the parking space platform 425 from the garage; when the parking space platform 425 touches the second contact switch 427 at the front end of the parking space, the control chip 11 receives a signal and feeds back the signal to the impact electromagnet 421 at the front end of the parking space, the impact electromagnet 421 at the front end is turned on for a certain time (for example, 1 s) and then turned off, and the cylindrical pin 423 is just clamped in the platform positioning hole 424, so that the parking space platform is fixed; after a certain time (for example, 1 s), the control chip 11 transmits a signal to the adsorption electromagnet 411, the adsorption electromagnet 411 is powered off, the two clamping plates 413 are loosened, and the bicycle is smoothly taken out of the warehouse; subsequently, the garage door 33 is closed, the garage returns to the original state, and the vehicle taking is smoothly completed.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) The garage is combined with the greening and leisure of the community, so that the purpose of reasonably utilizing the space is achieved; (2) The problem that the bicycle in the district is disordered and inconvenient to access is solved; (3) The semi-automatic operation flow is easy to operate, time-saving, labor-saving, convenient and safe; (4) The integral structure is simple, and the additional functions of rain prevention, theft prevention, charging and the like are integrated; (5) The garage is installed without specially dividing areas in the cell, so that superposition in value is realized; (6) The garage can be arranged in the central area of the community, but not in a remote position, so that residents of each building can conveniently access vehicles.

the fixed module is arranged on the turntable, comprises a parking space platform fixing device capable of moving on the turntable and a front wheel clamping device arranged on the parking space platform fixing device, and a bicycle arranged on the parking space platform fixing device is clamped by the front wheel clamping device to be in/out of a warehouse along with the movement of the parking space platform fixing device;
the front wheel clamping device comprises a front baffle, two clamping plates respectively arranged on two sides of the front baffle, a connecting rod mechanism connected with the clamping plates, and an adsorption electromagnet arranged on the front baffle, wherein adsorption power provided by the adsorption electromagnet drives the two clamping plate hinges through the connecting rod mechanism so as to clamp the front wheel of the bicycle.
