本发明涉及工程施工领域,具体是一种组合式早拆装置;其特征是:包括可调托撑组件和托架组件;所述可调托撑组件包括螺杆、设置在螺杆顶部的支撑顶板和设置在螺杆上的螺母;所述托架组件包括托架本体、支撑管和支撑螺母,所述托架本体套设在螺杆上并位于支撑顶板和螺母之间,支撑螺母套上在螺杆上并位于托架本体和螺母之间,支撑管套设在螺杆上并位于托架本体和支撑螺母之间。本装置采用上述结构设计,其结构简单,易加工生产,并且结构强度高,在必要时亦可修改成普通调节托撑使用,因而极大的提高了本装置的使用效率。

本发明涉及工程施工领域,具体是一种组合式早拆装置。
背景技术
传统的早拆装置需一次采购,成本高。早拆装置与普通调节托撑之间的转换也较为困难,难以灵活使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种林灵活、易制取的组合式早拆装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种组合式早拆装置,包括可调托撑组件和托架组件;所述可调托撑组件包括螺杆、设置在螺杆顶部的支撑顶板和设置在螺杆上的螺母;所述托架组件包括托架本体、支撑管和支撑螺母,所述托架本体套设在螺杆上并位于支撑顶板和螺母之间,支撑螺母套上在螺杆上并位于托架本体和螺母之间,支撑管套设在螺杆上并位于托架本体和支撑螺母之间。
本装置采用上述结构设计,其结构简单,易加工生产,并且结构强度高,在必要时亦可修改成普通调节托撑使用,因而极大的提高了本装置的使用效率。

以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
如图1所示,一种组合式早拆装置,包括可调托撑组件和托架组件;所述可调托撑组件包括螺杆1、设置在螺杆1顶部的支撑顶板2和设置在螺杆1上的螺母3;所述托架组件包括托架本体4、支撑管5和支撑螺母6,所述托架本体4套设在螺杆1上并位于支撑顶板2和螺母3之间,支撑螺母6套上在螺杆1上并位于托架本体4和螺母3之间,支撑管5套设在螺杆1上并位于托架本体4和支撑螺母6之间。
本装置采用上述结构设计,其结构简单,易加工生产,并且结构强度高,本装置设置了多个可调节的螺母及一一块额外的支撑顶板,因此可以根据需求灵活地进行支撑作业或者是拆卸作业,还可在必要时亦可修改成普通调节托撑使用,因而极大的提高了本装置的使用效率。
