A fumigated floor comprising a substrate, a fumigated floor layer disposed on the substrate, and an oil layer coated on the fumigated floor layer. The raw material of the fumigated floor layer is wood board with tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substances. The smoked floor layer comprises the substance obtained by reacting tannic acid or aldehyde ketone with ammonia.
Further, the raw material of the fumigated floor layer is oak or maple.
Further, the raw material of the oil layer is transparent paint or transparent oil.
Further, the base plate is a raw wood plate or a plywood.
Further, the thickness of the fumigated floor layer is 3 mm to 2 cm.
Further, the thickness of the fumigated floor layer is 1 cm to 1.5 cm.
Further, the thickness of the fumigated floor layer is 1.2 cm.
Compared with the prior art, the smoky floor and the production process thereof provided by the invention only select the wood with tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substances as raw materials, and the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substances in the wood react with ammonia gas to generate smoke substances. Meanwhile, in the production process of the smoked floor, as the surface of the wood with the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substance is coated with the ammonia chloride solution or the ferrous chloride solution, ammonia gas can enter the inside of the wood with the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substance deeply, so that the smoked texture from shallow to deep is formed on the wood with the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substance, and under the setting of the oil layer, the smoked texture is more vivid and has layering sense, is in a suspension shape like cloud and fog in mountains, increases the aesthetic feeling of the floor, and improves the decorative effect.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of the embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 to 2 are schematic structural views of a fumigated floor according to the present invention. The fumigated floor comprises a substrate 10, a fumigated floor layer 11 arranged on the substrate 10, and an oil layer 12 coated on the fumigated floor layer 11. It is conceivable that the floor as a prior art must also comprise other functional structures, such as groove structures, joggle structures etc., which are known to the person skilled in the art and are not described in any greater detail here.
The base plate 10 is used for carrying the smoked floor layer 11, which can be made of plywood or log board. In this embodiment, the substrate 10 is a raw wood board, i.e. a solid wood board, to improve quality.
The raw material of the fumigated floor layer 11 is wood board having tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substance, such as oak, maple, etc. Oak and maple have very high content of tannins or aldehyde ketones. Tannins or aldehyde ketones react with ammonia and produce a smoke-like substance that forms a smoke-like texture. The thickness of the smoking floor layer 11 may be 3 mm to 2 cm, preferably, the thickness of the smoking floor layer 11 is 1 cm to 2 cm, depending on the quality of the smoking floor and the requirements of customers. In this embodiment, the thickness of the fumigated floor layer 11 is 1.2 cm.
The raw material of the oil layer 12 can be transparent paint or transparent oil. The transparent paint is prepared from phenolic paint, drier, oil-soluble pigment and organic solvent. The paint film of the transparent paint is transparent and bright, can show wood grains, and has good hardness and water resistance. Transparent oils are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein. The transparent paint or transparent oil is coated on the side of the fumigated floor layer 11 having the smoke-like texture, so that the fumigated texture is more vivid and has layering effect under the setting off of the oil layer 12, and is in a suspension shape like cloud and fog in mountains, thereby increasing the aesthetic feeling of the floor and improving the decorative effect.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a flow chart of the production process of the smoky floor. The production process of the fumigated floor comprises the following steps:
s1: providing a wood board with tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substances as raw materials;
s2: providing an ammonia chloride solution or a ferrous chloride solution, and coating the ammonia chloride solution or the ferrous chloride solution on the wood board with the tannic acid or the aldehyde ketone substance to improve the permeability of the wood board with the tannic acid or the aldehyde ketone substance, wherein the permeability time of the wood board with the tannic acid or the aldehyde ketone substance is 3 to 8 hours;
s3: providing an ammonia room, wherein the temperature of the ammonia room is maintained at 30-50 ℃;
s4: suspending the wood board permeated with the ammonia chloride solution or the ferrous chloride solution in the ammonia gas room to react the ammonia gas with tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substances contained in the wood board to form an aerosol texture in the wood board having the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substances;
s5: providing a transparent lacquer or transparent oil and a substrate;
s6: gluing the substrate with the wood board formed with the aerosol texture;
s7: the gloss oil is coated on one side of the present plate formed with the smoke-like texture to make the smoky floor.
In step S2, the ammonia chloride solution or the ferrous chloride solution is coated only on the side having tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substance, and then the substrate 10 is glued on the side of the wood board not coated with the ammonia chloride solution or the ferrous chloride solution. The transparent paint or transparent oil is coated on one side of the wood board coated with the ammonia chloride solution or ferrous chloride solution. In the step S2, the penetration time of the ammonia chloride solution or the ferrous chloride solution determines the color change of the wood board, the penetration time is long, the color is darker, the penetration time is less, the color is light, and the penetration time affects the vivid effect of the smoking texture.
In step S3, the temperature in the ammonia house determines the extent of reaction of the ammonia with the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone species, but also cannot be too high, as too high would deform the timber.
Compared with the prior art, the smoky floor and the production process thereof provided by the invention only select the wood with tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substances as raw materials, and the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substances in the wood react with ammonia gas to generate smoke substances. Meanwhile, in the production process of the smoked floor, as the surface of the wood with the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substance is coated with the ammonia chloride solution or the ferrous chloride solution, ammonia gas can enter the inside of the wood with the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substance deeply, so that a smoked texture from shallow to deep is formed on the wood with the tannic acid or aldehyde ketone substance, and under the setting of the glossy oil layer, the smoked texture is more vivid and has layering sense, and is in a suspension shape like cloud and fog in mountains, thereby increasing the aesthetic feeling of the floor and improving the decorative effect.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions or improvements within the spirit of the present invention are intended to be covered by the claims of the present invention.
