本发明公开了一种电子设备用抗摔触摸屏,其特征在于,由下列重量份的成分组成:树脂20‑25份、硫酸钡3‑7份、三氧化二铝2‑8份、三氧化二铁1‑4份、二氧化硅4‑8份、氧化钡7‑11份、氧化钴3‑18份、硅胶15‑20份、氯化聚乙烯8‑11份、硅酸钠2‑5份、乙烯3‑6份、甲醇2‑5份、高岭土5‑10份、金属镁3‑9份、正硅酸乙酯3‑6份、硫酸铜2‑10份。本发明通过各配方的复配,使得本发明得到的玻璃透光率达到99%以上,反射度和光泽度适宜,可以有效的防止使用者在使用电子设备时对眼睛伤害此外,本发明玻璃强度高,具有良好的防摔性能和抗老化性能,生产成本低,使用寿命长,玻璃密度较低,满足轻量化要求,特别适用于制作手机、平板电脑的触摸屏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备用抗摔触摸屏。
背景技术
随着人类的不断向前发展,现在电子设备已经成为人们日常生活必不可少的用品,在这些电子设备上一般都配有液晶显示屏。液晶显示屏是利用液晶的物理特性,通电时排列变得有序,使光线容易通过,不通电时排列混乱,阻止光线通过。在液晶显示屏的表面一般采用的是玻璃,但现在电子设备用的玻璃使用时,如果不小心从使用者身上脱落,造成手机、电脑等玻璃屏幕破裂,影响使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种电子设备用抗摔触摸屏。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种电子设备用抗摔触摸屏,由下列重量份的成分组成:树脂20-25份、硫酸钡3-7份、三氧化二铝2-8份、三氧化二铁1-4份、二氧化硅4-8份、氧化钡7-11份、氧化钴3-18份、硅胶15-20份、氯化聚乙烯8-11份、硅酸钠2-5份、乙烯3-6份、甲醇2-5份、高岭土5-10份、金属镁3-9份、正硅酸乙酯3-6份、硫酸铜2-10份。
上述的一种电子设备用抗摔触摸屏,由下列重量份的成分组成:树脂20-23份、硫酸钡3-5份、三氧化二铝2-7份、三氧化二铁1-3份、二氧化硅4-6份、氧化钡7-9份、氧化钴3-14份、硅胶15-18份、氯化聚乙烯8-10份、硅酸钠2-4份、乙烯3-4份、甲醇2-4份、高岭土5-7份、金属镁3-7份、正硅酸乙酯3-5份、硫酸铜2-8份。
上述的一种电子设备用抗摔触摸屏,由下列重量份的成分组成:树脂22份、硫酸钡4份、三氧化二铝5份、三氧化二铁2份、二氧化硅5份、氧化钡8份、氧化钴8份、硅胶16份、氯化聚乙烯9份、硅酸钠3份、乙烯4份、甲醇3份、高岭土6份、金属镁5份、正硅酸乙酯4份、硫酸铜5份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过各配方的复配,使得本发明得到的玻璃透光率达到99%以上,反射度和光泽度适宜,可以有效的防止使用者在使用电子设备时对眼睛伤害此外,本发明玻璃强度高,具有良好的防摔性能和抗老化性能,生产成本低,使用寿命长,玻璃密度较低,满足轻量化要求,特别适用于制作手机、平板电脑的触摸屏。
