Auxiliary agent for inhibiting tannin diffusion in wood and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of complexing agents, and particularly relates to an auxiliary agent for inhibiting tannin in wood from diffusing into water-based wood paint and a using method thereof.
Background
Tannin is also called tannin and is a water-soluble yellow to dark brown polyphenol compound generated in the process of plant growth. The traditional oil paint inhibits tannin from diffusing into finish paint by using the shielding effect of seal primer with high hardness and high crosslinking density; the aqueous paint is prepared by brushing a single-component primer for multiple times (namely, by increasing the thickness of the coating and prolonging the diffusion path of tannic acid), so that the influence on the paint caused by the free diffusion of tannic acid is avoided. In recent years, pressure from two aspects of environmental protection (mainly organic volatile emission (VOC)) and continuously improved human health consciousness, the application of the high-sealing solvent type wood coating is less and less, and the application of the water-based environment-friendly wood coating is increasingly emphasized. However, due to the limitation of the film forming mechanism of the aqueous wood paint, the aqueous wood paint does not generate a crosslinking reaction in the film forming process, so that the hardness of the dried coating is not high, and the inhibition effect on tannin diffusion is poor. In order to solve the problem of poor sealing effect of the single-component water-based primer on the tannin, a method of increasing the drying thickness of the sealing primer by adopting a multi-construction mode is adopted at present to achieve the effect of inhibiting the tannin from diffusing to the finish paint. However, the construction process which simply relies on increasing the number of times of construction to prevent the tannin from diffusing is not only very cumbersome, but also increases the labor and material costs. In order to solve the problem that the existing waterborne wood sealing primer needs to be constructed for multiple times, the American Dow chemical company provides a new generation of Avase product, and a phosphate monomer is introduced into polymer molecules. The self-crosslinking reaction in and among molecules generated by the phosphate monomers moderately increases the compactness of a paint film and effectively limits the migration of tannin. However, the structure of the phosphate monomers and their distribution in the polymer molecule are difficult to control during the synthesis. Therefore, the development of a new material or a new additive which is environment-friendly, simple and convenient to operate and moderate in price and can effectively inhibit the tannin diffusion is the key for solving the problem of the existing water-based wood lacquer that the tannin diffusion is inhibited.

The effect of mixing the prepared assistant with tannic acid is shown in fig. 2, and fig. 2 shows the effect of inhibiting the mixing of the tannin diffusion assistant with tannic acid. The left graph is the tannin diffusion inhibition auxiliary agent (mass concentration is 2%), the middle graph is the aqueous solution of tannic acid (mass concentration is 4%), and the right graph is the white precipitate generated immediately after the tannin diffusion inhibition auxiliary agent and the aqueous solution of tannic acid are directly mixed, which shows that the organic amine condensation polymer can rapidly react with tannin to form water-insoluble precipitate and prevent the tannin from diffusing in an aqueous medium.

The mechanism of action is analyzed as follows: the reaction product of an organic amine with a di-or polyfunctional glycidyl ether contains unreacted primary amino groups (NH)2) And secondary amine groups (NH) generated in the reaction process, and the basic functional groups can rapidly generate acid-base interaction with carboxyl groups in tannin molecules to capture and fix the tannin, thereby playing a role in inhibiting the tannin from freely diffusing. On the other hand, calcium chloride can spontaneously ionize in the presence of water to form calcium cations (Ca)2+) And calcium ions are further complexed with carboxyl groups in the tannin to form a precipitate insoluble in water, so that the diffusion of the tannin in the water-based wood paint is inhibited. The interaction of tannic acid-amino base and the complexation of calcium positive ions-tannin negative ions are quick reactions, so the invention can efficiently inhibit the diffusion of tannic acid. In addition, the complexing agent-calcium chloride selected by the invention is a cheap and nontoxic compound; the solvent system is volatile environment-friendly solvent ethanol or absolute ethanolThe condensation product and the calcium chloride can be well dissolved (construction viscosity can be conveniently adjusted, so that the thickness of the tannin-proof coating can be flexibly adjusted and controlled), a low azeotrope can be formed with water, water volatilization is facilitated, construction efficiency is improved, requirements on a wood drying device drying process are reduced, and energy consumption is saved.
