Description

Aqueous wood lacquer auxiliary agent for inhibiting tannin diffusion and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an aqueous wood lacquer auxiliary agent, in particular to application of a derivative of an ethylamine compound as a tannin diffusion inhibitor and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, due to the enhancement of the awareness of environmental protection and health and the emergence of relevant national laws and regulations, the replacement of the traditional solvent-based paint by the water-based paint (especially the water-based wood paint) using water as a dispersion medium is imperative, and the water-based wood paint is a great demand of people in daily life.
Cycloethylamine, also known as aziridine, is a low boiling point, ammonia-odorous, basic, colorless liquid. As the cyclic ethylamine has larger ring tension, the ternary heterocycle is easy to open and polymerize when being attacked by hydrogen protons in an acidic environment. However, the small-molecular cyclic ethylamine has high toxicity, is industrially modified into a high-molecular-weight derivative, and is widely applied to the fields of water-based coatings, water-based adhesives, water-based leather finishing agents and the like to improve the water resistance, chemical resistance, blocking resistance, abrasion resistance, adhesion and the like of water-based polymer coatings.
Tannin is a water-soluble carboxyl-containing polyphenol compound generated in the growth process of trees. During the construction of the water-based wood paint, tannin has the opportunity to dissolve in water and diffuse in the water-based wood paint coating under the driving action of concentration difference, so that the color of the coating is obviously different. In the traditional solvent-based wood coating, tannin is usually sealed inside wood by adopting a method of high-crosslinking-degree two-component sealing primer, so that the problem of upper-layer coating color change caused by tannin diffusion is solved. However, the waterborne wood paint primer adopts a resin dispersion system without crosslinking or with smaller crosslinking density, and has poor tannin sealing effect. Therefore, the problem of effectively inhibiting the diffusion of tannin in water becomes a difficult problem in the application field of the water-borne wood paint. At present, most of the produced aqueous wood lacquer auxiliaries for inhibiting tannin diffusion are multivalent metal ions or cationic polymers, and tannin is fixed through the complexation of the multivalent metal ions or cationic polymers and tannin carboxyl. The water paint contains more surfactant
The tannin is fixed by utilizing the mechanism that the tannin is dissolved in water and can rapidly react with the ethylamine, and in order to further improve the reaction efficiency of the ethylamine and the tannin, a polycycloethylamine functional group compound is selected to react with the tannin. Among them, the most significant advantage of the reactive tannin diffusion inhibitor is that the reaction of the multifunctional cyclic ethylamine with tannin is a rapid irreversible reaction, and a more compact cross-linked network is generated by the reaction, which becomes a part of the seal primer, so that the diffusion of tannin in the aqueous wood lacquer can be more effectively inhibited.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the water-based wood lacquer auxiliary agent for inhibiting the tannin diffusion and the preparation method thereof.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the water-based wood paint auxiliary agent for inhibiting tannin diffusion comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
Figure BDA0001929686710000021
preferably, the modified cyclic ethylamine compound is at least one of trimethylolpropane-tris [3- (2-methylaziridinyl) propionate ], trimethylolpropane-tris (3-aziridinyl propionate), pentaerythritol tris (3-aziridinyl propionate) and pentaerythritol tetrakis (3-aziridinyl propionate).
Preferably, the polyetheramine is at least one of polyetheramine D230, polyetheramine D400, polyetheramine D2000, polyetheramine D5000, and polyetheramine T403.
The preparation method of the tannin diffusion inhibiting water-based wood paint auxiliary agent comprises the following steps:
(1) under the protection of nitrogen at room temperature, putting water, ethanol and the modified ethylamine compound into a reaction kettle, and controlling the stirring speed within the range of 60-90 revolutions per minute;
(2) adding the polyether amine into a reaction kettle, stirring uniformly, filtering and discharging to obtain the polyether amine.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention converts the compound containing polycyclic ethylamine functional group into a part of a sealing coating with high crosslinking density by directly reacting with tannin. Therefore, tannin, which is a substance affecting the color change of the coating, can be consumed not only by the reaction of the cyclic ethylamine with the carboxyl group, but also functions as a crosslinking agent, resulting in a coating having a high crosslinking density. In addition, the excess of cyclic ethylamine groups also react with the carboxyl functional groups of the water-based polymer in the coating, increasing the adhesion of the coating. The aqueous wood lacquer auxiliary agent for inhibiting tannin diffusion by the cyclic ethylamine does not contain toxic solvent, has low viscosity, and can be diluted by solvents such as ethanol, methanol, acetone or propylene glycol ether to meet the construction concentration required by different coating processes; the sealing primer has good compatibility with water dispersible resin and is easy to disperse in an aqueous film forming substance to prepare a sealing primer; has the characteristics of high reaction speed with tannin, strong reaction capability, good storage stability and the like; in addition, the invention does not need any post-treatment and has the characteristics of simple equipment and easy operation.
