Abstract

本发明涉及了一种双咪唑高氯酸盐的制备、制备方法、结构及光学性质。双咪唑高氯酸盐的分子式为C11H12Cl2N4O8。采用简单、易操作的方法合成双咪唑高氯酸盐。由单晶X‑射线确定其结构。本发明的化合物是经过分子自组装而成的单晶化合物。所述化合物易于制备,稳定性好,结晶度高。该化合物在分子发光等领域有非常好的应用前景。

一种双咪唑高氯酸盐的制备、结构及荧光性质
技术领域
本发明属于有机化学、晶体学及光学领域,涉及有机盐类化合物的合成及晶态结构表征。
背景技术
苯并咪唑衍生物是一类结构特殊杂环结构的化合物,分子结构有刚性较强的共平面性,其中咪唑环具有独特的识别配位性能、质子接受性能及共轭酸碱性能,苯并咪唑衍生物享有“生命配体”的称号。同时由于其具有特殊的π⋯π共轭结构,在紫外-可见光区表现出较强的特征吸收,而且这种特殊的结构可以通过氢键、π⋯π堆积和金属离子配位、疏水-疏水作用与生物体内的受体和酶发生反应,具有良好的生物活性、反应活性、高选择性等。苯并咪唑及其衍生物在有机合成中应用范围也十分广泛(R. g. M. Julien Jouanneau,Laurent Gonon, and Ge ´rard Gebel, Macromolecules 2007, 40, 4)。
在2-(1H-咪唑-1-甲基)-1H-苯并咪唑结构中,苯环和苯并咪唑的刚性很大,且咪唑环上的N-H会产生分子间氢键从而增大分子间作用力。因此设计更加新颖的双咪唑化合物,并扩展其功能,不仅挖掘了该物质的价值,更对配位化学及光学的发展起到了推动作用。
发明内容
本发明属于有机化学、晶体学及光学领域,涉及有机盐类化合物的合成及晶态结构表征。
本发明提供一种双咪唑高氯酸盐,分子式为C11H12Cl2N4O8,化学式 [H2IBI]2+ 2ClO4
本发明提供的双咪唑高氯酸盐主要采取以下技术方案:
将高氯酸和2-(1H-咪唑-1-甲基)-1H-苯并咪唑加入甲醇水溶液中并在一定温度下加热,加热一定时间后缓慢降至室温,冷却析出晶体。所得晶体通过单晶X射线衍射方法测量,并在PC机上用SHELX程序包解析确定其晶体结构(图1-图4)。并检测了此化合物的荧光光谱图(图5)。

1.一种双咪唑高氯酸盐,其特征在于所述化合物的分子式为C11H12Cl2N4O8,结构式为
2.根据权利要求书1所述的双咪唑高氯酸盐的合成方法,其特征在于所述化合物的合成步骤为:将2-(1H-咪唑-1-甲基)-1H-苯并咪唑以一定比例的物质的量溶于适量甲醇水溶液中,滴加适量高氯酸,然后将反应混合液在适当温度下加热完成后缓慢降至室温、过滤、静置4周,得到黄色片状晶体。
3.根据权利要求书2所述的双咪唑高氯酸盐,其特征在于所述化合物为单斜晶系,P21/c空间群。晶胞参数 a=10.3989(9) Å,b=6.3729(5) Å,c=23.0911(18) Å,a=90°,β=96.377(3)°,γ=90°,V=1520.8(2) Å3
4.根据权利要求书2所述的双咪唑高氯酸盐,其特征在于所述化合物的不对称单元通过N–H⋯O 氢键生成一维超分子链,然后一维超分子链通过C–H⋯O氢键形成了二维超分子层,这些二维层通过其他C–H⋯O氢键作用及C–H⋯π堆积作用形成了三维结构。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的双咪唑高氯酸盐,其特征为所述化合物在室温下,在270 nm处激发,其发射波长为371 nm。
