技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,特别是镁质滑板技术领域,尤其涉及一种含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
滑板作为滑动水口系统中最重要的组成部分,直接控制钢水流量,在满足不同浇铸工艺要求的条件下,需要长时间、反复承受高温钢水的化学侵蚀和物理冲刷,同时承受高的热冲击和机械磨损作用,服役环境极为苛刻。
当浇铸钙处理钢、高氧钢、Al镇静钢等高腐蚀性钢种时,普通铝碳滑板不能满足工艺要求,镁质滑板对于高腐蚀性钢种具有良好的耐侵蚀性,但由于材料较大的热膨胀系数和有限的强度削弱了其优良的抗侵蚀性能,限制了镁质滑板的多次使用。以碳或者碳化物为结合相的镁碳质滑板抗侵蚀性和热震稳定性都良好,是因为石墨的存在,它难于熔渣润湿、热导率高、可以缓和应力,因此较高的碳含量有效保证镁碳质滑板服役时寿命的稳定性和安全性。但是随着科技的进步,各行各业对钢材性能和质量的要求逐渐提高,发展的重点是提高钢水的纯净度,最大限度的降低钢中杂质的含量,故而要求滑板尽可能的降低碳含量,此时必然降低镁碳质滑板的热震稳定性,因此急需开发一款低碳镁碳质滑板,满足现代钢铁企业生产的要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述普通低碳镁质滑板砖热震稳定性差、高温强度低降低使用寿命等问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖及其制备方法,本发明所述含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,通过加入改性石墨,提供滑板热震稳定性,通过加入富镁铝镁尖晶石以及原位反应生成的铝镁尖晶石,进一步提高滑板砖的热震稳定性、高温强度及耐侵蚀性,提高滑板砖使用寿命。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明目的在于提出一种含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其组成按重量百分比为:粒径为3~2mm的富镁铝镁尖晶石颗粒5~7%,粒径为2~1mm的电熔镁砂颗粒18~26%,粒径为1~0.5mm的电熔镁砂颗粒14~21%,粒径为0.5~0.045mm的电熔镁砂颗粒18~27%,粒径为0~0.045mm大结晶镁砂细粉10~14%,改性石墨3~6%,α-Al2O3微粉5%,炭黑1~3%,金属合金粉3~6%,复合抗氧化剂2~5%,总百分比为100%;外加酚醛树脂结合剂5~6%。
所述改性石墨原料组成及其在改性石墨原料中的重量百分比为:插层石墨50~70%,活性金属铝粉10~30%,金属硅粉10%。
所述插层石墨为鳞片石墨制成,C含量≥98%,粒度≤0.165mm;所述活性金属铝粉粒度≤0.045mm,Al含量≥99%;所述金属硅粉粒度≤0.045mm,Si含量≥99%。
所述改性石墨的制备方法为:将所述改性石墨原料按配比称量,再将插层石墨、活性金属铝粉和金属硅粉置于V型混炼机内混合1~3h,得到混合细粉;最后将混合细粉置于行星式球磨机中共磨0.5~1h,得到改性石墨细粉;
所述复合抗氧化剂为SiC和B4C的混合物,其中SiC占所述混合物的重量百分比为60~80wt%。
所述α-Al2O3微粉的粒径为≤5μm,平均粒径为2.8μm~3.3μm。
所述金属合金粉含有Al、Si、Mg和Zn,且必须含有Al和Si,合金粉的粒度为0~0.088mm,其中金属Al粉占金属合金粉的重量百分比为40%~60%。
本发明另一目的在于提出一种含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的制备方法,该方法的步骤为:
(1)细粉预混合:将按重量百分比比例的大结晶镁砂细粉、改性石墨粉、α-Al2O3微粉、炭黑、金属合金粉、复合抗氧化剂在V形混合机进行预混合,混合时间50~80min,预混后的细粉放置于40~60℃干燥炕房内2天~5天;
(2)颗粒料配料:将3~2mm富镁铝镁尖晶石、2~1mm电熔镁砂颗粒、1~0.5mm电熔镁砂颗粒和0.5~0.045mm电熔镁砂颗粒采用全自动配料系统按重量百分比比例的进行颗粒料配料;
(3)混碾:将步骤(2)中的颗粒料在轮碾式混碾机混碾1~5min,再加入5%~6%的酚醛树脂结合剂混碾5~10min,然后加入(1)步骤中预混后的细粉继续混碾,混碾时间为30~50min,混碾后的泥料在恒温恒湿房内困料1h~2h;
(4)机压成型:将步骤(3)中所述困料后的泥料加入成型模具中,在电动螺旋压力机中自动成型,先轻打3~8次后出模吊打排气2次,再逐步增加压力重打8-18次,最后吊模稳压后出模,总打击次数不少于20次,得到半成品;
(5)烘烤干燥:将所述半成品自然凉放24h~48h,放入干燥窑内干燥处理,进窑口温度为70~80℃,在此温度下干燥5小时以上;升高温度至110℃,在此温度下干燥8h以上;升高温度至170℃,在此温度下干燥12h以上;升高温度至210℃,恒温干燥12h-16h;总干燥时间48h以上;
(6)中温处理:将步骤(5)中干燥后的半成品在60m隧道窑进行中温处理,采用埋碳保护加热处理,窑内每小时升温25~30℃,中温处理温度为800℃~1000℃,高温点保温时间10h~24h,冷却至100℃以下取出半成品;
(7)油浸处理:将步骤(6)中温处理后的半成品在真空油浸罐内对滑板进行环保沥青油浸处理,软化点为60~95℃,油浸温度为150℃~250℃,油浸保压时间6小时以上,得到半成品滑板砖;
(8)精加工处理:将步骤(7)中油浸处理后得到的半成品滑板砖进行打箍、套壳、干燥、磨制、车壳、干燥、涂层等处理,检验合格后包装即可得到成品滑板砖。
优选地,所述泥料在困料后3小时内成型完毕。
相较于现有普通低碳镁质滑板砖,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖中引入改性石墨,1000℃左右,改性石墨内的插层剂发生分解反应,将层状的鳞片石墨逐层推开,均匀分布于基质内,分散的单个石墨层形成一个同向共性的石墨网状结构,使得滑板的热态线膨胀性在各个方向上都一致,有效缓解了滑板的热态损伤,弥补了电熔镁砂的热膨胀率大的缺陷,大大提升滑板砖的热震稳定性;
(2)由于被推开的层状石墨比表面积大大提升,增加碳原子与其他原子反应的活性,与插层石墨共磨的活性金属铝粉和金属硅粉均匀的分布在被推开的层状石墨周围,高温下迅速与碳原子反应,原位生产了SiC、AlN和Al4C3等非氧化物陶瓷相物质,这些物质均匀分布交叉在材料基质中,提高材料的强度、提升材料的韧性,大大缓解滑板砖高温使用过程中受到的热冲刷、热应力,改善使用效果;同时非氧化物生产过程产生的微量体积膨胀效应,进一步提升了材料结构的致密度,提高使用强度;
(3)本实施例所述低碳镁质滑板砖少量添加的富镁铝镁尖晶石为1800℃以上高温烧结而成,具有良好的抗侵蚀,抗剥落能力强,抗渣性能好,热震稳定性优良,高温强度高等性能特点,同时添加的活性金属铝粉、α-Al2O3微粉与MgO细粉在高温下原位反应生产铝镁尖晶石,进一步提升滑板砖的热震稳定性、抗侵蚀剥落性以及高温强度。
具体实施方式
首先,需要说明的是,以下将以示例方式来具体说明本发明含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的特点和优点等,然而所有的描述仅是用来进行说明的,而不应将其理解为对本发明形成任何限制。
为避免重复,先将实施例中涉及的有关原料技术参数或制作方法统一说明,实施例中不再赘述:
所述电熔镁砂颗粒MgO含量≥97.5%,大结晶镁砂细粉MgO含量≥98.5%,富镁镁铝尖晶石颗粒MgO含量≥30%;改性石墨原料组成及其在改性石墨原料中的重量百分比为:插层石墨65%,活性金属铝粉25%,金属硅粉10%。所述插层石墨为鳞片石墨制成,C含量≥98%,粒度100目;所述活性金属铝粉粒度≤0.045mm,Al含量≥99%;所述金属硅粉粒度≤0.045mm,Si含量≥99%。所述改性石墨的制备方法为:将所述改性石墨原料按配比称量,再将插层石墨、活性金属铝粉和金属硅粉置于V型混炼机内混合1~3h,得到混合细粉;最后将混合细粉置于行星式球磨机中共磨0.5~1h,得到改性石墨细粉;
所述复合抗氧化剂为SiC和B4C的混合物,其中SiC占所述混合物的重量百分比为75wt%。
所述α-Al2O3微粉的粒径为≤5μm,平均粒径为2.8μm~3.3μm。
所述金属合金粉含有Al、Si、Mg和Zn,且必须含有Al和Si,合金粉的粒度为0~0.088mm,其中金属Al粉占金属合金粉的重量百分比为60%。
下面就通过这个给出的实施例来对本发明含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖进行示例性说明。
实施例1
本实施例所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其组成及重量百分比为:粒径为3~2mm的富镁镁铝尖晶石5%,粒径为2~1mm的电熔镁砂26%,粒径为1~0.5mm的电熔镁砂19%,粒径为0.5~0.045mm的电熔镁砂18%,粒径为0~0.045mm的大结晶镁砂细粉10%、改性石墨6%、α-Al2O3微粉5%、炭黑1%、金属合金粉5%、复合抗氧化剂5%;外加液体酚醛树脂结合剂5%。
本实施例所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)细粉预混合:将上述组分中的大结晶镁砂细粉、改性石墨粉、α-Al2O3微粉、炭黑、金属合金粉、复合抗氧化剂在V形混合机进行预混合,混合时间60min,预混后的细粉放置于50±5℃干燥炕房内2天~5天;
(2)颗粒料配料:将上述组分中的3~2mm富镁铝镁尖晶石颗粒、2~1mm电熔镁砂颗粒、1~0.5mm电熔镁砂颗粒和0.5~0.045mm电熔镁砂颗粒采用全自动配料系统按重量百分比比例的进行颗粒料配料;
(3)混碾:将步骤(2)中的颗粒料在轮碾式混碾机混碾4min,再加入酚醛树脂结合剂混碾5min,然后加入(1)步骤中预混后的细粉继续混碾,混碾时间为50min,混碾后的泥料在恒温恒湿房内困料1h;
(4)机压成型:将步骤(3)中所述困料后的泥料加入成型模具中,在电动螺旋压力机中自动成型,先轻打5次后出模吊打排气2次,再逐步增加压力重打15次,最后吊模稳压后出模,总打击次数20次,得到半成品;
(5)烘烤干燥:将所述半成品自然凉放24h,放入干燥窑内干燥处理,进窑口温度为70~80℃,在此温度下干燥8小时;升高温度至110℃,在此温度下干燥10h;升高温度至170℃,在此温度下干燥14h;升高温度至210℃,恒温干燥16h;总干燥时间48h;
(6)中温处理:将步骤(5)中干燥后的半成品在60m隧道窑进行中温处理,采用埋碳保护加热处理,中温处理温度为650℃,高温点保温时24h,冷却至100℃以下取出半成品;
(7)油浸处理:将步骤(6)中温处理后的半成品在真空油浸罐内对滑板进行环保沥青油浸处理,软化点为75℃,油浸温度为200℃,油浸保压时间8小时,得到半成品滑板砖;
(8)精加工处理:将步骤(7)中油浸处理后得到的半成品滑板砖进行打箍、套壳、干燥、磨制、车壳、干燥、涂层等处理,检验合格后包装即可得到成品滑板砖。
所述泥料在困料后3小时内成型完毕。
本实施例所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的性能如表1所示。
实施例2
本实施例所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其组成及重量百分比为:粒径为3~2mm的富镁铝镁尖晶石6%,粒径为2~1mm的电熔镁砂21%,粒径为1~0.5mm的电熔镁砂14%,粒径为0.5~0.045mm的电熔镁砂27%,粒径为0~0.045mm的大结晶镁砂细粉13%、改性石墨3%、α-Al2O3微粉5%、炭黑3%、金属合金粉6%、复合抗氧化剂2%;外加液体酚醛树脂结合剂5.5%。
本实施例所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)细粉预混合:将上述组分中的大结晶镁砂细粉、改性石墨粉、α-Al2O3微粉、炭黑、金属合金粉、复合抗氧化剂在V形混合机进行预混合,混合时间70min,预混后的细粉放置于50±5℃干燥炕房内2天~5天;
(2)颗粒料配料:将上述组分中的3~2mm富镁铝镁尖晶石颗粒、2~1mm电熔镁砂颗粒、1~0.5mm电熔镁砂颗粒和0.5~0.045mm电熔镁砂颗粒采用全自动配料系统按重量百分比比例的进行颗粒料配料;
(3)混碾:将步骤(2)中的颗粒料在轮碾式混碾机混碾2min,再加入酚醛树脂结合剂混碾10min,然后加入(1)步骤中预混后的细粉继续混碾,混碾时间为45min,混碾后的泥料在恒温恒湿房内困料1h;
(4)机压成型:将步骤(3)中所述困料后的泥料加入成型模具中,在电动螺旋压力机中自动成型,先轻打8次后出模吊打排气2次,再逐步增加压力重打14次,最后吊模稳压后出模,总打击次数22次,得到半成品;
(5)烘烤干燥:将所述半成品自然凉放24h,放入干燥窑内干燥处理,进窑口温度为70~80℃,在此温度下干燥8小时;升高温度至110℃,在此温度下干燥10h;升高温度至170℃,在此温度下干燥14h;升高温度至210℃,恒温干燥16h;总干燥时间48h;
(6)中温处理:将步骤(5)中干燥后的半成品在60m隧道窑进行中温处理,采用埋碳保护加热处理,中温处理温度为700℃,高温点保温时间22h,冷却至100℃以下取出半成品;
(7)油浸处理:将步骤(6)中温处理后的半成品在真空油浸罐内对滑板进行环保沥青油浸处理,软化点为75℃,油浸温度为200℃,油浸保压时间8小时,得到半成品滑板砖;
(8)精加工处理:将步骤(7)中油浸处理后得到的半成品滑板砖进行打箍、套壳、干燥、磨制、车壳、干燥、涂层等处理,检验合格后包装即可得到成品滑板砖。
所述泥料在困料后3小时内成型完毕。
本实施例所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的性能如表1所示。
实施例3
本实施例所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其组成及重量百分比为:粒径为3~2mm的电熔镁砂7%,粒径为2~1mm的电熔镁砂18%,粒径为1~0.5mm的电熔镁砂21%,粒径为0.5~0.045mm的电熔镁砂23%,粒径为0~0.045mm的大结晶镁砂细粉14%、改性石墨4%、α-Al2O3微粉5%、炭黑2%、金属合金粉3%、复合抗氧化剂3%;外加液体酚醛树脂结合剂6%。
本实施例所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)细粉预混合:将上述组分中的大结晶镁砂细粉、改性石墨粉、α-Al2O3微粉、炭黑、金属合金粉、复合抗氧化剂在V形混合机进行预混合,混合时间80min,预混后的细粉放置于50±5℃干燥炕房内2天~5天;
(2)颗粒料配料:将上述组分中的3~2mm富镁铝镁尖晶石颗粒、2~1mm电熔镁砂颗粒、1~0.5mm电熔镁砂颗粒和0.5~0.045mm电熔镁砂颗粒采用全自动配料系统按重量百分比比例的进行颗粒料配料;
(3)混碾:将步骤(2)中的颗粒料在轮碾式混碾机混碾3min,再加入酚醛树脂结合剂混碾8min,然后加入(1)步骤中预混后的细粉继续混碾,混碾时间为50min,混碾后的泥料在恒温恒湿房内困料1.5h;
(4)机压成型:将步骤(3)中所述困料后的泥料加入成型模具中,在电动螺旋压力机中自动成型,先轻打6次后出模吊打排气2次,再逐步增加压力重打15次,最后吊模稳压后出模,总打击次数21次,得到半成品;
(5)烘烤干燥:将所述半成品自然凉放24h,放入干燥窑内干燥处理,进窑口温度为70~80℃,在此温度下干燥8小时;升高温度至110℃,在此温度下干燥10h;升高温度至170℃,在此温度下干燥14h;升高温度至210℃,恒温干燥16h;总干燥时间48h;
(6)中温处理:将步骤(5)中干燥后的半成品在60m隧道窑进行中温处理,采用埋碳保护加热处理,中温处理温度为800℃,高温点保温时间20h,冷却至100℃以下取出半成品;
(7)油浸处理:将步骤(6)中温处理后的半成品在真空油浸罐内对滑板进行环保沥青油浸处理,软化点为75℃,油浸温度为200℃,油浸保压时间8小时,得到半成品滑板砖;
(8)精加工处理:将步骤(7)中油浸处理后得到的半成品滑板砖进行打箍、套壳、干燥、磨制、车壳、干燥、涂层等处理,检验合格后包装即可得到成品滑板砖。
所述泥料在困料后3小时内成型完毕。
本实施例所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的性能如表1所示。

将上述实施例得到的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖在某公司的特钢钙处理钢、高Al镇静钢的冶炼上试用,试验结束后对本发明滑板砖与普通镁碳质产品进行侵蚀、裂纹等对比分析。本发明滑板使用寿命达到3次以上,平均扩孔径8mm,平均侵蚀速率2.67mm/次,使用过程中未见异常侵蚀、掉块、裂纹。本发明的转炉滑板砖通过引入改性石墨,进一步提高了滑板砖的热震稳定性、高温使用强度;同时添加富镁铝镁尖晶石以及高温原位反应生产的铝镁尖晶石,进一步提高了滑板砖的热震稳定性及高温性能,其使用效果明显优于普通低碳镁质滑板砖。

Claims (10)

1.一种含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖及其制备方法,其特征在于,其组成按重量百分比为:粒径为3~2mm的富镁铝镁尖晶石颗粒5~7%,粒径为2~1mm的电熔镁砂颗粒18~26%,粒径为1~0.5mm的电熔镁砂颗粒14~21%,粒径为0.5~0.045mm的电熔镁砂颗粒18~27%,粒径为0~0.045mm大结晶镁砂细粉10~14%,改性石墨3~6%,α-Al2O3微粉5%,炭黑1~3%,金属合金粉3~6%,复合抗氧化剂2~5%,总百分比为100%;外加酚醛树脂结合剂5~6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其特征在于,所述电熔镁砂颗粒MgO含量≥97.5%,大结晶镁砂细粉MgO含量≥98.5%,富镁镁铝尖晶石颗粒MgO含量≥30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其特征在于,所述改性石墨原料组成及其在改性石墨原料中的重量百分比为:插层石墨50~70%,活性金属铝粉10~30%,金属硅粉10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其特征在于:所述插层石墨为鳞片石墨制成,C含量≥98%,粒度≤0.165mm;所述活性金属铝粉粒度≤0.045mm,Al含量≥99%;所述金属硅粉粒度≤0.045mm,Si含量≥99%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其特征在于,所述改性石墨的制备方法为:将所述改性石墨原料按配比称量,再将插层石墨、活性金属铝粉和金属硅粉置于V型混炼机内混合1~3h,得到混合细粉;最后将混合细粉置于行星式球磨机中共磨0.5~1h,得到改性石墨细粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其特征在于:所述复合抗氧化剂为SiC和B4C的混合物,其中SiC占所述混合物的重量百分比为60~80wt%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其特征在于:所述α-Al2O3微粉的粒径为≤5μm,平均粒径为2.8μm~3.3μm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖,其特征在于:所述金属合金粉含有Al、Si、Mg和Zn,且必须含有Al和Si,合金粉的粒度为0~0.088mm,其中金属Al粉占金属合金粉的重量百分比为40%~60%。
9.根据权利要求1~8所述含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤具体进行:
(1)细粉预混合:将按重量百分比比例的大结晶镁砂细粉、改性石墨粉、α-Al2O3微粉、炭黑、金属合金粉、复合抗氧化剂在V形混合机进行预混合,混合时间50~80min,预混后的细粉放置于40~60℃干燥炕房内2天~5天;
(2)颗粒料配料:将3~2mm富镁铝镁尖晶石颗粒、2~1mm电熔镁砂颗粒、1~0.5mm电熔镁砂颗粒和0.5~0.045mm电熔镁砂颗粒采用全自动配料系统按重量百分比比例的进行颗粒料配料;
(3)混碾:将步骤(2)中的颗粒料在轮碾式混碾机混碾1~5min,再加入5%~6%的酚醛树脂结合剂混碾5~10min,然后加入(1)步骤中预混后的细粉继续混碾,混碾时间为30~50min,混碾后的泥料在恒温恒湿房内困料1h~2h;
(4)机压成型:将步骤(3)中所述困料后的泥料加入成型模具中,在电动螺旋压力机中自动成型,先轻打3~8次后出模吊打排气2次,再逐步增加压力重打8-18次,最后吊模稳压后出模,总打击次数不少于20次,得到半成品;
(5)烘烤干燥:将所述半成品自然凉放24h~48h,放入干燥窑内干燥处理,进窑口温度为70~80℃,在此温度下干燥5小时以上;升高温度至110℃,在此温度下干燥8h以上;升高温度至170℃,在此温度下干燥12h以上;升高温度至210℃,恒温干燥12h-16h;总干燥时间48h以上;
(6)中温处理:将步骤(5)中干燥后的半成品在60m隧道窑进行中温处理,采用埋碳保护加热处理,中温处理温度为800℃~1000℃,高温点保温时间10h~24h,冷却至100℃以下取出半成品;
(7)油浸处理:将步骤(6)中温处理后的半成品在真空油浸罐内对滑板进行环保沥青油浸处理,软化点为60~95℃,油浸温度为150℃~250℃,油浸保压时间6小时以上,得到半成品滑板砖;
(8)精加工处理:将步骤(7)中油浸处理后得到的半成品滑板砖进行打箍、套壳、干燥、磨制、车壳、干燥、涂层等处理,检验合格后包装即可得到成品滑板砖。
10.根据权利要求9所述含改性石墨中温预处理低碳镁质滑板砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述泥料在困料后3小时内成型完毕。
