Abstract
The invention relates to a control system of a double-gun water mist sand blasting machine, which comprises a material control system, a gas control system and a water control system. The invention is economical and environment-friendly, greatly improves the surface cleaning construction efficiency and improves the surface cleaning quality; the novel function of a single-cylinder double gun is realized, and the operation efficiency is higher; the nonmetallic abrasive such as conventional copper ore sand can be used as a construction medium, and the applicable abrasive granularity range is wider; the operation is simple and easy to maintain, the device is reliable and durable, the daily maintenance cost of the device is extremely low, the investment cost of a single device is low, and the comprehensive cost performance is high.

A water supplementing pipe is arranged between the stainless steel water inlet filter 34 and the water tank 35, the water supplementing pipe is connected with the water mist abrasive material mixing cylinder 16, and the water supplementing valve 4 is arranged on the water supplementing pipe.
A mushroom head positioning bracket 22 is arranged above the mushroom head top valve 21, a mushroom head traction stainless steel wire 23 is arranged in the mushroom head positioning bracket 22, and one end of the mushroom head traction stainless steel wire 23 is connected with a mushroom head traction telescopic cylinder 24.
