Abstract

一种皮革封边上油方法及弧面上油封边油盒
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革封边加工,更具体地说,涉及一种皮革封边上油方法及弧面上油封边油盒。
背景技术
目前,传统的给皮革边缘上油的封边油盒,其上油辊辊面为平的,皮革涂上封边油时,皮革边缘的封边油容易被挤到皮革边缘两侧,导致皮革边缘两侧的封边油较厚并突出于皮革两侧面,影响皮革的外观,边缘不整齐也容易对人体造成刮伤。因此,皮革在封边上油后,往往需要进一步地把边缘多余的封边油磨掉擦干净,这样会产生更多的加工手续,降低了生产效率,同时也影响了皮革的生产质量。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防止封边油突出于皮革两侧面、皮革封边上油效果更好的皮革封边上油方法;本发明还提供一种能实现上述的皮革封边上油方法的弧面上油封边油盒。
为实现第一个目的,本发明提供的一种皮革封边上油方法及弧面上油封边油盒,包括使用带有上油辊的封边油盒对皮革的边缘进行加工,所述的上油辊的半径从中间向两端逐渐减小,皮革加工时,把皮革垂直于上油辊的旋转轴线放置,使皮革边缘与上油辊半径最大的地方接触,并让上油辊沿着皮革的边缘滚动形成封边油层。
为实现第二个目的,本发明提供的一种弧面上油封边油盒,包括盒体,所述的盒体设有相连通的上油槽和储油槽,所述的上油槽上架设有上油辊,所述的上油辊包括用于给皮革边缘粘油且辊面呈弧面的上油部,所述的上油部的直径从中间向两端逐渐减小,所述的上油部的长度为L,上油部最大半径为R1、最小半径为R2,(R1-R2):L=0.05~0.10,所述的上油部两端均设有与上油槽相适配的支撑轴。
进一步的,所述的上油部上沿旋转轴线的截面边缘呈圆弧状,所述的圆弧状的截面边缘半径与上油部的长度的比值为1.5~2.0。
进一步的,所述的上油部两端的半径大于支撑轴的半径,所述的上油部两端与上油槽的内侧壁之间留有空隙。
进一步的,所述的储油槽上盖设有刮油板,所述的刮油板的一侧设有与上油部的侧面形状相适配的弧形槽,所述的弧形槽与上油部的侧面之间留有间隙。
进一步的,所述的储油槽的两侧设有磁铁,所述的刮油板通过磁铁盖设在储油槽上。
进一步的,所述的刮油板远离上油辊的一侧设有翻盖。
进一步的,所述的上油辊的上油部上设有多条延伸方向与上油辊旋转方向相垂直的凸起部,所述的凸起部的顶部设有多个沿其延伸方向设置的凸齿。
进一步的,所述的凸齿的高度为凸起部高度的/-/。
进一步的,所述的支撑轴远离上油部的一端套设有球头,所述的上油槽两相对的侧壁上均设有凹槽,所述的凹槽与球头相适配,所述的凹槽从上油槽的上部开口处向下延伸至上油槽的侧壁中部。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明提供了一种加工皮革的方法,为皮革的边缘涂上封边油,使皮革不容易被腐蚀或者边缘起毛刺,提高皮革的质量;在上油时,因为上油辊的半径从中间向两端逐渐减小,把皮革边缘在半径最大的地方前后移动,上油辊上的封边油会被挤到两侧,但两侧的上油辊半径较小,不会让封边油粘到皮革的两侧,这样形成的封边加工效果会更好,免除了后续处理的繁琐步骤;
2、本发明使用的装置实现了使用上述方法的封边加工,通过其上油部的长度与上油部最大半径的比值,使本装置适应于各种型材的皮革封边加工,皮革的边缘能被封边油完全覆盖,却不会蔓延至皮革两侧,皮革的封边加工效果更好;
3、本发明的凸起部和凸齿配合,方便上油部粘上封边油,并且在上油部把封边油涂上皮革边缘时,封边油中间不会产生气泡,封边加工的质量更好,使皮革边缘能被封边油完全封上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
本发明的实施例是这样的:一种皮革封边上油方法,包括使用带有上油辊3的封边油盒对皮革的边缘进行加工,上油辊3的半径从中间向两端逐渐减小,皮革加工时,把皮革垂直于上油辊3的旋转轴线放置,使皮革边缘与上油辊3半径最大的地方接触,并让上油辊3沿着皮革的边缘滚动形成封边油层。本发明的方法,使封边油能附着在皮革边缘上,保护皮革边缘免受腐蚀,也防止皮革边缘产生毛刺,影响皮革的质量。同时,因为上油辊的半径从中间向两端逐渐减小,在上油时,上油辊3上的封边油会被挤到两侧,但两侧的上油辊3半径较小,不会让封边油粘到皮革的两侧,这样形成的封边加工效果会更好,免除了需要后续处理多余的封边油的步骤。
如图1~4所示,一种实现上述皮革封边上油方法的弧面上油封边油盒,包括盒体,盒体设有相连通的上油槽1和储油槽2,上油槽1上架设有上油辊3,其特征在于,上油辊3包括用于给皮革边缘粘油且辊面呈弧面的上油部31,上油部31的直径从中间向两端逐渐减小,上油部31的长度为L,上油部31最大半径为R1、最小半径为R2,(R1-R2):L=0.07,上油部31两端均设有与上油槽1相适配的支撑轴32。上油部31呈圆柱状,其侧壁为辊面,辊面上设有凹凸不平的纹路,以方便让封边油附着在辊面上。本装置用于实现采用上述的方法对皮革边缘进行加工,上油部31的长度为30mm,最大直径与最小直径的差为2.1mm,这样的比例可以适应于大部分不同厚度的皮革的封边加工,而且容易从上油槽1中把封边油粘上上油部31,从而给皮革边缘上油。
在本实施例中,上油部31上沿旋转轴线的截面边缘呈圆弧状,圆弧状的截面边缘半径与上油部31的长度的比值为1.75,即弧面的半径为52.5mm。这样形成的弧面,幅度不会过大,不会使上油部31的两端粘不上封边油,皮革边缘即使没有完全对准上油部31的最大直径的地方,也能完成封边加工。而且,这样的幅度,封边油在被皮革边缘挤压到两侧时,不会蔓延到皮革的两侧上,皮革边缘在上油部31上前后移动,能在边缘完全被附上封边油层,而不产生多余的边料。
在本实施例中,上油部31两端的半径大于支撑轴32的半径,上油部31两端与上油槽1的内侧壁之间留有空隙。上油部31能在上油槽1内自由转动,不会摩擦到上油槽1的内侧壁,保护上油辊3不会被经常碰撞。上油辊3的上油部31上设有多条延伸方向与上油辊3旋转方向相垂直的凸起部311,凸起部311的顶部设有多个沿其延伸方向设置的凸齿312。凸齿312的高度为凸起部311高度的1/4-2/3。如图3所示,上油部31上形成的凸起部311和凸齿312,使上油部31在把封边油涂上皮革边缘的时候,不会产生气泡在封边油中,使封边加工后的皮革边缘更加平滑,加工效果更好,不影响皮革的整体美观、平整。
在本实施例中,储油槽2上盖设有刮油板4,刮油板4的一侧设有与上油部31的侧面形状相适配的弧形槽41,弧形槽41与上油部31的侧面之间留有间隙。储油槽2的两侧设有磁铁21,刮油板4通过磁铁21盖设在储油槽2上。刮油板4能够通过磁铁21进行微调,调节与上油辊3的上油部31的相对位置,控制上油部31上的油层厚度,使皮革边缘在上油时,不会因为油层过厚而使皮革粘上太多的油,从而蔓延到皮革的其他表面上。
在本实施例中,刮油板4远离上油辊3的一侧设有翻盖42,刮油板4能保护封边油不易受到污染,设置翻盖42是让操作者方便观察储油槽2内的油量,并能适当补充封边油。上油部31的侧表面上设有多个紧密排列的凸齿,进一步使上油部31能把封边油附着在其上,从而能给皮革边缘上油。支撑轴32远离上油部31的一端套设有球头33,上油槽1两相对的侧壁上均设有凹槽11,凹槽11与球头33相适配,凹槽11从上油槽1的上部开口处向下延伸至上油槽1的侧壁中部,方便上油辊3的取放,上油辊3需要经常清洗,避免封边油凝固在上油辊3上而使其转动不顺畅。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

Claims (10)

1.一种皮革封边上油方法,包括使用带有上油辊(3)的封边油盒对皮革的边缘进行加工,其特征在于,所述的上油辊(3)的半径从中间向两端逐渐减小,皮革加工时,把皮革垂直于上油辊(3)的旋转轴线放置,使皮革边缘与上油辊(3)半径最大的地方接触,并让上油辊(3)沿着皮革的边缘滚动形成封边油层。
2.一种实现权利要求1所述的皮革封边上油方法的弧面上油封边油盒,包括盒体,所述的盒体设有相连通的上油槽(1)和储油槽(2),所述的上油槽(1)上架设有上油辊(3),其特征在于,所述的上油辊(3)包括用于给皮革边缘粘油且辊面呈弧面的上油部(31),所述的上油部(31)的直径从中间向两端逐渐减小,所述的上油部(31)的长度为L,上油部(31)最大半径为R1、最小半径为R2,(R1-R2):L=0.05~0.10,所述的上油部(31)两端均设有与上油槽(1)相适配的支撑轴(32)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种弧面上油封边油盒,其特征在于,所述的上油部(31)上沿旋转轴线的截面边缘呈圆弧状,所述的圆弧状的截面边缘半径与上油部(31)的长度的比值为1.5~2.0。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种弧面上油封边油盒,其特征在于,所述的上油部(31)两端的半径大于支撑轴(32)的半径,所述的上油部(31)两端与上油槽(1)的内侧壁之间留有空隙。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种弧面上油封边油盒,其特征在于,所述的储油槽(2)上盖设有刮油板(4),所述的刮油板(4)的一侧设有与上油部(31)的侧面形状相适配的弧形槽(41),所述的弧形槽(41)与上油部(31)的侧面之间留有间隙。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种弧面上油封边油盒,其特征在于,所述的储油槽(2)的两侧设有磁铁(21),所述的刮油板(4)通过磁铁(21)盖设在储油槽(2)上。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种弧面上油封边油盒,其特征在于,所述的刮油板(4)远离上油辊(3)的一侧设有翻盖(42)。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种弧面上油封边油盒,其特征在于,所述的上油辊(3)的上油部(31)上设有多条延伸方向与上油辊(3)旋转方向相垂直的凸起部(311),所述的凸起部(311)的顶部设有多个沿其延伸方向设置的凸齿(312)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种弧面上油封边油盒,其特征在于,所述的凸齿(312)的高度为凸起部(311)高度的1/4-2/3。
10.根据权利要求2所述的一种弧面上油封边油盒,其特征在于,所述的支撑轴(32)远离上油部(31)的一端套设有球头(33),所述的上油槽(1)两相对的侧壁上均设有凹槽(11),所述的凹槽(11)与球头(33)相适配,所述的凹槽(11)从上油槽(1)的上部开口处向下延伸至上油槽(1)的侧壁中部。
