本发明提出了一种用于造口护理的无酒精防漏膏及其制备方法,按照重量份计,包括以下成分:液体聚异戊二烯橡胶:40‑55份,羧甲基纤维素钠:20‑40份,刺梧桐胶:5‑10份,白炭黑:2‑6份,无机粘土:2‑6份,甘油:2‑4份,1、2‑丙二醇:1‑4份,1、3‑丁二醇:1‑4份,矿物油:1‑4份。本发明膏体对于排泄物的抗腐蚀性能较好,溶胀度低,不发生分散崩解,可有效阻挡排泄物与造口周围正常皮肤接触,减少皮肤因侵蚀所产生的炎症。

Description

一种用于造口护理的无酒精防漏膏及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于造口护理的无酒精防漏膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
造口是指通过外科手术将肠道或者尿道一端移至体表形成的一个开口,源于消化系统或泌尿系统疾病,需要通过手术对尿肠道进行分离。造口患者通过造口进行排泄,但由于造口处无括约肌,造口患者无法像正常人一样控制排便,需要在造口处佩带造口袋,用于临时收集分泌和排泄物。
一些患者的造口周围皮肤表面呈现褶皱或凹陷等不规则形状,直接贴上造口袋时,在皮肤和胶片中间的缝隙会导致排泄液体的渗漏,影响造口患者的正常生活;另外,造口周围的正常皮肤长期暴露在肠液、尿液或胃液中,会导致皮肤红肿发炎,加剧造口患者的痛苦。
作为一款重要的造口护理用品,防漏膏可以涂抹在不规则的皮肤表面用来填平褶皱和凹陷,从而达到密封防漏的效果。目前市面上以有酒精防漏膏为主,含有乙醇或异丙醇,在与皮肤接触过程中,有机溶剂会对一些造口患者的皮肤、粘膜、创面造成刺激从而产生疼痛和不适感,严重时甚至会导致皮肤发炎;防漏膏长期与排泄物接触,尤其是在夜间,肠液或尿液的浸泡使得防漏膏逐渐溶胀崩解,最终失去防漏保护的功效。另外,有酒精防漏膏一旦挤出暴露于空气之中,溶剂会迅速挥发,膏体随之变硬,无法涂抹铺展,因此在使用时需迅速操作,给患者的日常护理增加了难度。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种用于造口护理的无酒精防漏膏及其制备方法,膏体对于排泄物的抗腐蚀性能较好,溶胀度低,不发生分散崩解,可为患者提供良好的造口护理。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用于造口护理的无酒精防漏膏,按照重量份计,包括以下成分:
液体聚异戊二烯橡胶:40-55份
羧甲基纤维素钠:20-40份
刺梧桐胶:5-10份
白炭黑:2-6份
无机粘土:2-6份
甘油:2-4份
1、2-丙二醇:1-4份
1、3-丁二醇:1-4份
矿物油:1-4份。
优选地,所述无机粘土为蒙脱土、锂藻土和高岭土中的其中一种。
一种用于造口护理的无酒精防漏膏的制备方法,其特征在于,在密炼机中加入称量好的液体聚异戊二烯橡胶、甘油、矿物油、1.2-丙二醇、1.3-丁二醇,搅拌半小时至完全均匀,加入白炭黑和无机粘土,搅拌1h至混合均匀;最后加入羧甲基纤维素钠和刺梧桐胶,继续搅拌1h至均匀即可。
本发明产生的有益效果为:(1)原材料安全易得,成本低廉,制备工艺简单;(2)产品不含有机溶剂,对皮肤无刺激,挤出后可保持黏稠度稳定不变,易于涂抹使用;(3)膏体强度高,可有效填补皮肤凹陷,密封性好;(4)膏体对于排泄物的抗腐蚀性能较好,溶胀度低,不发生分散崩解,可有效阻挡排泄物与造口周围正常皮肤接触,减少皮肤因侵蚀所产生的炎症。

下面将结合本发明实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
称取以下重量配比的原料:
液体聚异戊二烯橡胶:55g
羧甲基纤维素钠:20g
刺梧桐胶:10g
白炭黑:2g
无机粘土:6g
甘油:2g
1、2-丙二醇:4g
1、3-丁二醇:1g
矿物油:4g。
按照上述配比,在密炼机中加入称量好的液体聚异戊二烯橡胶、甘油、矿物油、1.2-丙二醇、1.3-丁二醇,搅拌半小时至完全均匀,加入白炭黑和无机粘土,搅拌1h至混合均匀;最后加入羧甲基纤维素钠和刺梧桐胶,继续搅拌1h至均匀即可。
实施例2
称取以下重量配比的原料:

刺梧桐胶:5g
白炭黑:6g

称取以下重量配比的原料:

羧甲基纤维素钠:25g
刺梧桐胶:6g
白炭黑:5g
无机粘土:4g
甘油:3g
1、2-丙二醇:2g
1、3-丁二醇:2g
矿物油:2g。
按照上述配比,在密炼机中加入称量好的液体聚异戊二烯橡胶、甘油、矿物油、1.2-丙二醇、1.3-丁二醇,搅拌半小时至完全均匀,加入白炭黑和无机粘土,搅拌1h至混合均匀;最后加入羧甲基纤维素钠和刺梧桐胶,继续搅拌1h至均匀即可。
对比例1
与实施例3相同,区别在于配方中未添加无机粘土。
对比例2
与实施例3相同,区别在于配方中羧甲基纤维素钠换成黄原胶。
对比例3
与实施例3相同,区别在于配方中未添加矿物油。
材料性能检测
分别对实施例1-3和对比例1-3得到的膏体进行检测:
1、用手指或刮刀取一定量膏体并涂抹,判断涂抹难易程度。
2、取膏体在玻璃培养皿内涂抹均匀,加入蒸馏水,静置观察。
3、在金属平板表面涂抹一定量膏体,在膏体上粘贴造口袋,并在袋中倒入一定量模拟肠液,使模拟肠液完全浸泡膏体,静置观察。
4、一段时间后,对比膏体的状态变化区别。
检测结果:
实施例1-3样品易涂抹,在水中基本不溶胀,在模拟肠液中抗腐蚀性能强,具有良好的综合性能。
对比例1样品易涂抹,在水中溶胀率低,但抗腐蚀性较差,在模拟肠液浸泡下会慢慢崩解并分散;对比例2样品在水中溶胀率较高,在模拟肠液中抗腐蚀性能较差;对比例3样品粘稠度较大,不易涂抹。
其产生主要区别的原因分析:
本发明在现有技术的基础上创造性的添加了无机粘土,可选用的无机粘土有蒙脱土、锂藻土和高岭土,其中优选锂藻土。锂藻土是一种硅酸锂镁钠盐,具有无毒、耐高温和良好的生物相容性和抗菌性能,片层直径约25~30nm,厚度约1~2nm。本发明引入锂藻土,在已经形成的橡胶-多糖复合结构的基础上,进一步形成网状结构的高分子纳米层,提升了膏体的整体强度。
而且本发明以高分子橡胶为基材,依次引入粘合剂刺梧桐胶和增强剂无机粘土,通过物理共混得到所述防漏膏。现有防漏膏产品在体液浸泡下容易溶胀进而发生崩解,而本发明中,通过引入无机粘土,在维持原有塑形能力的前提下,使得复合膏体内部结构更为密实,具有极强的防腐效果,可在体液侵蚀下长期保持外形稳定,在保证效果的同时延长使用时间。

1.一种用于造口护理的无酒精防漏膏,其特征在于,按照重量份计,包括以下成分:
液体聚异戊二烯橡胶:40-55份
羧甲基纤维素钠:20-40份
刺梧桐胶:5-10份
白炭黑:2-6份
无机粘土:2-6份
甘油:2-4份
1、2-丙二醇:1-4份
1、3-丁二醇:1-4份
矿物油:1-4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于造口护理的无酒精防漏膏,其特征在于,所述无机粘土为蒙脱土、锂藻土和高岭土中的其中一种。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种用于造口护理的无酒精防漏膏的制备方法,其特征在于,在密炼机中加入称量好的液体聚异戊二烯橡胶、甘油、矿物油、1.2-丙二醇、1.3-丁二醇,搅拌半小时至完全均匀,加入白炭黑和无机粘土,搅拌1h至混合均匀;最后加入羧甲基纤维素钠和刺梧桐胶,继续搅拌1h至均匀即可。
