Technical Field
The invention relates to a hospital bed, in particular to a hospital bed with a massage function for medical treatment.
Background
When a patient gets a serious disease, a large operation is generally needed to recover, and after the large operation is performed, the patient generally needs to lie on a sickbed for a long time to have a rest, during which the patient is not suitable for getting out of the bed to move, but the patient easily feels aching and ache when lying on the sickbed for a long time, so that medical staff sometimes massage the buttocks of the patient, but the massage needs a long time for one time, and thus the time of the medical staff is wasted; and medical staff sometimes massage the back of the patient in order to promote blood circulation, thus increasing the amount of labor of the medical staff.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a hospital bed that can save time and reduce labor.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problem that medical staff wastes time when massaging the buttocks of a patient; medical personnel can massage patient's back occasionally, can increase medical personnel's the shortcoming of the amount of labour, and the technical problem that solves is: provided is a medical sickbed with a massage function, which can save time and reduce labor.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a medical sickbed with a massage function comprises a bed plate, supporting legs, a transverse plate, a frame body, T-shaped screw rods, sliding plates, a first bearing seat, vertical plates, guide rods, a push plate, hammer balls, a first spring, a second bearing seat, a cam shaft and a first motor, wherein the left side and the right side of the bottom of the bed plate are both connected with the supporting legs, the transverse plate is connected between the supporting legs on the left side and the right side, the frame body on the top of the bed plate is connected with the frame body on the left side, a first screw hole is formed in the middle of the right side of the frame body on the right side, the T-shaped screw rods are arranged in the first screw hole, the sliding plates are arranged in the frame body on the right side in a sliding mode, the first bearing seat is arranged in the middle of the right side of the sliding plates, the left part of the T-shaped, the hammer ball is installed at the left end of the guide rod, a first spring is connected between the right side of the hammer ball and the left side of the vertical plate, the first spring is sleeved on the guide rod, a second bearing seat is installed in the middle of the top in the sliding plate, a cam shaft is connected in the second bearing seat, a cam on the cam shaft is in contact with the push plate, a first motor is installed in the middle of the bottom in the sliding plate, and the bottom end of the cam shaft is connected with an output.

In one embodiment, the massage device further comprises a back massage mechanism, the back massage mechanism comprises slide rails, slide blocks, fastening bolts, a connecting plate, a box body, a fourth bearing seat, a mounting rod, massage balls, a cylinder, a connecting rod, a rack and a gear, the right side of the left frame body is provided with a second opening, the upper side and the lower side of the left frame body are provided with the slide rails, the slide blocks are arranged on the two slide rails in a sliding manner, the fastening bolts are arranged on the front sides of the two slide blocks, the connecting plate is connected between the two slide blocks, the box body is connected with the right side of the connecting plate, the fourth bearing seat is embedded in the right side of the box body and is provided with the plurality of fourth bearing seats, the mounting rod is connected in the fourth bearing seat, the right end of the mounting rod is provided with the massage balls, the rack is meshed with the gear.
In one embodiment, the left frame body comprises a fifth bearing seat, a third screw and a rotating rod, the fifth bearing seat is mounted on the left side and the right side of the inner lower portion of the left frame body, the third screw is connected between the two fifth bearing seats, a second screw hole is formed in the lower portion of the connecting plate, the third screw is located in the second screw hole, the third screw penetrates through the lower portion of the left side of the left frame body, and the left end of the third screw is connected with the rotating rod.
In one embodiment, the massage device further comprises a box body, abrasive cloth and rubber bulges, the box body is connected to the right side of the box body, the massage balls are located in the box body, the abrasive cloth is connected to the right side of the box body, and the rubber bulges are connected to the right side of the abrasive cloth at uniform intervals.
When a patient wants to massage the buttocks, the patient lies on the bed plate, the buttocks are enabled to correspond to the first opening, the medical staff can rotate the T-shaped screw rod to move leftwards, the sliding plate is driven to move leftwards, and the hammer ball moves leftwards along with the T-shaped screw rod. When the hammer ball moves left and contacts with patient's buttock, stop rotating T shape screw rod, then start first motor and rotate, drive the camshaft and rotate, cam on the camshaft constantly promotes the push pedal, under the effect of first spring, the push pedal is controlled about, thereby it removes to drive the guide arm, and then it removes to drive the hammer ball and remove, the constant hammering patient's buttock of hammer ball massages patient's buttock, so, then need not medical personnel and massage patient's buttock, thereby can save time. When the patient does not want to massage, the medical staff turns off the first motor and then rotates the T-shaped screw rod to move rightwards, and the hammer ball is driven to reset rightwards. And after resetting, stopping rotating the T-shaped screw.
When patient wants to carry out the buttock massage, medical personnel control the slow anticlockwise rotation of second motor, drive the slow anticlockwise rotation of first screw rod, drive the slow rebound of hollow sleeve through the slow anticlockwise rotation of first screw rod to drive the slow rebound of fixed plate, under the action of gravity of fly leaf self, the fly leaf swings downwards. When the fly leaf swung downwards to vertical state, medical personnel controlled the slow clockwise rotation of second motor, driven the fly leaf and move down, when the fly leaf moved down to take in mouthful in and the fixed plate and the bed board contact, medical personnel closed the second motor, and at this moment, patient can lie in the fixed plate, massages. When the movable plate slowly moves upwards to a proper position, the second motor is turned off, then the movable plate is rotated to a horizontal state, and the second motor is controlled to slowly rotate clockwise to drive the movable plate to move downwards. When the movable plate moves downwards to be in contact with the frame body, the second motor is closed. Thereby avoiding the situation that the space on the bed board is smaller and the patient feels oppressed due to the frame body.
Initially, the fastening bolt is in a loose state. When a patient wants to massage the back, the patient lies on the bed board, the back corresponds to the second opening, medical personnel can move the massage ball to the right to make the massage ball contact with the back of the patient, then the fastening bolt is screwed, at the moment, the medical personnel can control the cylinder to stretch and retract to drive the connecting rod to move back and forth, so as to drive the rack to move back and forth, the gear is driven to rotate forward and backward alternately by the back and forth movement of the rack, so that the mounting rod is driven to rotate forward and backward alternately, and the massage ball is driven to rotate forward and backward alternately to massage the back of the patient. When the patient does not want to massage, the medical staff closes the air cylinder, then unscrews the fastening bolt, and moves the massage ball to the initial position to the left. Therefore, medical staff is not needed to massage the back of the patient, and the labor amount can be reduced.
When the patient wants to carry out back massage, medical personnel rotate the bull stick clockwise, drive the third screw rod clockwise rotation, drive the connecting plate through the clockwise rotation of third screw rod and remove to can drive the massage ball and remove to the right. When the massage ball moves rightwards and contacts with the back of a patient, the rotating rod stops rotating, the connecting plate stops moving leftwards, and therefore medical staff do not need to unscrew and tighten the fastening bolt, and operation difficulty of the medical staff can be reduced.
The abrasive cloth plays a protective role and can prevent the clothes of the patient from being worn out when the massage balls rotate forward and backward alternately.
The beneficial effects are that: the hammer ball can continuously hammer the buttocks of the patient through the rotation of the first motor to massage the buttocks of the patient, so that medical personnel do not need to massage the buttocks of the patient, and the time can be saved; the back of the patient can be massaged through the back massage mechanism, so that medical personnel are not needed to massage the back of the patient, and the labor capacity can be reduced.

The left and right sides of the inner lower portion of the left frame body 4 are provided with the fifth bearing seats 21, the third screw 23 is connected between the two fifth bearing seats 21, the lower portion of the connecting plate 2005 is provided with a second screw hole 22, the third screw 23 is located in the second screw hole 22, the third screw 23 penetrates through the lower portion of the left side of the left frame body 4, and the left end of the third screw 23 is connected with the rotating rod 24.
The massage box comprises a box body 25, abrasive cloth 26 and rubber bulges 27, wherein the box body 25 is connected to the right side of the box body 2006, massage balls 2009 are located in the box body 25, the abrasive cloth 26 is connected to the right side of the box body 25, and the rubber bulges 27 are connected to the right side of the abrasive cloth 26 at uniform intervals.
When a patient wants to massage the buttocks, the patient lies on the bed plate 1, the buttocks are enabled to correspond to the first opening 5, the medical staff can rotate the T-shaped screw 7 to move leftwards, the sliding plate 8 is driven to move leftwards, and the hammer ball 14 moves leftwards along with the T-shaped screw. When hammer ball 14 moves left and contacts with patient's buttock, stop rotating T shape screw rod 7, then start first motor 18 and rotate, drive camshaft 17 and rotate, the last cam of camshaft 17 constantly promotes push pedal 13, under the effect of first spring 15, move about push pedal 13, thereby it moves about to drive guide arm 12, and then it moves about hammer ball 14 to drive, hammer ball 14 constantly hammers patient's buttock, massage patient's buttock, so, then need not medical personnel to massage patient's buttock, thereby can save time. When the patient does not want to massage, the medical staff turns off the first motor 18 and then rotates the T-shaped screw 7 to move rightwards, so that the hammer ball 14 is reset rightwards. After the reset, the T-shaped screw 7 stops rotating.
When the patient wants to carry out the buttock massage, medical personnel control the slow anticlockwise rotation of second motor 1908, drive the slow anticlockwise rotation of first screw rod 1906, drive hollow sleeve 1902 slowly upward movement through the slow anticlockwise rotation of first screw rod 1906 to drive fixed plate 1903 slowly upward movement, under the action of gravity of fly leaf 1904 self, fly leaf 1904 downswing. When the movable plate 1904 swings downwards to a vertical state, the medical staff controls the second motor 1908 to rotate slowly and clockwise to drive the movable plate 1904 to move downwards, when the movable plate 1904 moves downwards into the containing port 1910 and the fixed plate 1903 contacts the bed board 1, the medical staff closes the second motor 1908, and at the moment, the patient can lie on the fixed plate 1903 to massage. When the patient does not want to massage, the medical staff controls the second motor 1908 to slowly rotate counterclockwise, so as to drive the fixed plate 1903 and the movable plate 1904 to slowly move upward. When the movable plate 1904 slowly moves upward to a proper position, the second motor 1908 is turned off, the movable plate 1904 is then rotated to a horizontal state, and the second motor 1908 is controlled to slowly rotate clockwise to drive the movable plate 1904 to move downward. When the movable plate 1904 moves downward to contact the frame 4, the second motor 1908 is turned off. Thereby avoiding that the space on the bed board 1 is smaller and the patient feels oppressed due to the frame body 4.
Initially, the fastening bolt 2004 is in a loose state. When a patient wants to massage the back, the patient lies on the bed plate 1, the back corresponds to the second opening 2001, medical staff can move the massage ball 2009 to the right to enable the massage ball 2009 to be in contact with the back of the patient, then the fastening bolt 2004 is screwed, at the moment, the medical staff can control the air cylinder 2010 to stretch and retract to drive the connecting rod 2011 to move back and forth, so that the rack 2012 is driven to move back and forth, the gear 2013 is driven to rotate in a positive and negative alternating mode through the back and forth movement of the rack 2012, the mounting rod 2008 is driven to rotate in the positive and negative alternating mode, and the massage ball 2009 is driven to rotate in the positive and negative alternating. When the patient does not want to massage, the medical staff closes the air cylinder 2010, then unscrews the fastening bolt 2004, and moves the massage ball 2009 to the left to the initial position. Therefore, medical staff is not needed to massage the back of the patient, and the labor amount can be reduced.
When the patient wants to massage the back, the medical staff rotates the rotating rod 24 clockwise to drive the third screw 23 to rotate clockwise, and the third screw 23 rotates clockwise to drive the connecting plate 2005 to move rightwards, so that the massage ball 2009 can be driven to move rightwards. When the massage ball 2009 moves rightwards to contact with the back of the patient, the rotating rod 24 stops rotating, and the connecting plate 2005 stops moving leftwards, so that medical staff do not need to unscrew and tighten the fastening bolt 2004, and operation difficulty of the medical staff can be reduced.
The abrasive cloth 26 plays a role in protection, and can prevent the clothes of the patient from being worn out when the massage balls 2009 rotate forward and backward alternately.
