The invention provides a household appliance housing assembly. The home appliance housing assembly is generally applied to home appliances such as a dish washer or a sterilizer, so that a door body thereof is self-opened with respect to a housing body thereof during operation of the home appliances. The home appliance housing assembly will be described below taking as an example the application of the home appliance housing assembly to a dishwasher.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, and 6 to 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, the home appliance case assembly includes:
a case body 10;
a door body 20 rotatably installed on the case body 10 and having a first open position and a second open position opened with respect to the case body 10, the second open position having an opening degree greater than that of the first open position, a driving plate 21 being connected to a rotational connection side of the door body 20;
a door lock 100 for locking the door body 20 to the case body 10;
the door opening device 3 is used for pushing the door body 20 after the door lock 100 releases the locking of the door body 20 so as to enable the door body 20 to rotate and open; and
the resistance device 5 comprises a first elastic piece 54, a pull rope 51, a pull rope lug 52 and a limiting plate 53 with a limiting through hole 530, wherein one end of the pull rope 51 is connected with the driving plate 21, the other end is connected with the first elastic piece 54, the pull rope 51 penetrates through the limiting through hole 530, and the pull rope lug 52 is fixed on the pull rope 51;
after the door opening device 3 pushes the door body 20 open, the door body 20 rotates relative to the shell body 10 to open until the pull rope lug 52 is limited at the hole edge of the limiting through hole 530, so that the door body 20 is limited at the first open position; when the pull-cord protrusion 52 is pushed through the limiting via 530 until the tension of the elastic member balances the force applied to the door 20, the door 20 is limited to the second open position.
Without loss of generality, in this embodiment, the door opening device 3 is typically mounted independently of the door lock 100, and the door lock 100 is typically mounted on the opposite side of the door body 20 from the side to which the door body is pivotally connected.
In the technical scheme of the invention, when the door body 20 is closed relative to the shell body 10, in the extending direction of the pull rope 51, the limiting plate 53 is arranged closer to the driving plate 21 than the pull rope lug 52, and after the dish washer is turned into a dish drying process to unlock the door body 20, the door body 20 rotates relative to the shell body 10 under the pushing action of the door opening device 3 after the lock 100 is unlocked, the pull rope lug 52 moves towards the direction close to the limiting plate 53 along with the pulling of the pull rope 51 by the driving plate 21 until the pull rope lug 52 is limited at the hole edge of the limiting through hole 530, and the door body 20 is limited at the first opening position; then, continuing to manually open the door, the pull rope protruding block 52 further pushes through the limiting via hole 530 along with the pull rope 51 being pulled by the driving plate 21 until the door 20 is limited to the second open position when the door 20 is stressed and balanced by the pull force of the first elastic member 54; obviously, in the present solution, the door 20 may be limited to the first open position and the second open position, that is, the opening angle of the door 20 with respect to the case body 10 may be limited. In addition, after the door 20 is opened, the rinsing temperature during the process of drying the tableware can be reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the overall energy consumption during the process of drying the tableware.
In this embodiment, when the door 20 is in the closed position, the pull cord 51 may be in a relaxed state, and the first elastic member 54 is also in a relaxed state, so that the door 20 may obtain the first open position with a larger opening angle. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the pull cord 51 may be in a tensioned or near-tensioned state when the door 20 is in the closed position, and the first elastic member 54 is also in a tensioned or near-tensioned state, and in this case, the pulling force generated by the first elastic member 54 may also provide an assistance for closing the door during closing the door 20 in the first open position.
In addition, in the present embodiment, during the process of closing the door body 20 from the second open position, the pull-cord protrusion 52 can push back through the limiting via 530 under the reaction force of the first elastic member 54, that is, the pull-cord protrusion 52 can be restored to the side of the limiting plate 53 facing away from the driving plate 21. In the present embodiment, the first elastic member 54 is typically provided as an extension spring; of course, in other embodiments, the first elastic member 54 may also be provided as a rubber band or the like.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, further, the door opening device 3 includes a fixing member 31, a push rod 32 and a second elastic member 33, the fixing member 31 is fixedly provided to the housing body 10, the push rod 32 extends toward the door body 20 and is movably provided on the fixing member 31, one end of the second elastic member 33 is connected to the fixing member 31, and the other end is connected to the push rod 32, so that the push rod 32 has a tendency to move toward the door body 20. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, since the push rod 32 has a tendency to move toward the door body 20, when the door body 20 is in the closed position, the push rod 32 of the door opening device 3 continuously has an outward pushing force on the door body 20, so that after the dish washer is turned into a dish drying process to unlock the door body 20, the door lock 100 can be ensured to be self-sprung out relative to the housing body 10 under the action of the outward pushing force of the push rod 32.
Further, the door frame 101 is provided on the housing body 10, the door frame 101 is provided with an extending hole 102, and the front end of the push rod 32 is movably inserted into the extending hole 102, so that the push rod 32 can push against the edge of the door body 20. Preferably, the fixing member 31 is detachably mounted to the door frame 101 to facilitate maintenance and replacement of the door opening device 3. In the present embodiment, specifically, the fixing member 31 is fixed to the door frame 101 by means of screw locking; however, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the fixing member 31 may be fixed to the door frame 101 by, but not limited to, a snap-fit method.
Further, the outer peripheral surface of the push rod 32 is provided with an abutment protrusion 321, and after the push rod 32 pushes the door body 20 open, the abutment protrusion 321 abuts against the edge of the protruding hole 102, it being understood that the abutment protrusion 321 limits the length of the push rod 32 passing through the protruding hole 102. In this embodiment, specifically, the abutment protrusion 321 and the push rod 32 form a cross shape, and meanwhile, in this embodiment, the push rod 32 is generally configured as a square rod, and the extending hole 102 is correspondingly configured as a square hole, so as to avoid a rotation phenomenon of the push rod 32 during the movable threading process, and improve the stability of the threading activity of the push rod 32; however, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the abutment protrusion 321 may be an annular flange provided on the outer peripheral surface of the push rod 32.
Further, the second elastic member 33 is provided as a compression spring that is sleeved on the push rod 32, and one end of the compression spring abuts against the abutment protrusion 321, and the other end abuts against the fixing member 31. It will be appreciated that the compression spring provides an effective pushing force to the push rod 32. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the second elastic member 33 may be an elastic rubber sleeve sleeved on the push rod 32; in addition, the second elastic member 33 may not be sleeved on the push rod 32, but may be abutted against an end portion of the push rod 32 to provide effective pushing force to the push rod 32. In this embodiment, preferably, the fixing member 31 is provided with a yielding hole 311, and the rear end of the push rod 32 movably passes through the yielding hole 311, so that on one hand, the addition of the yielding hole 311 provides a better moving space for the rear end of the push rod 32, and on the other hand, the yielding hole 311 is also generally provided as a square hole, so as to avoid the offset phenomenon of the push rod 32 during the moving process.
However, in another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, a spring sleeve 322 is disposed at the rear end of the push rod 32, and one end of the compression spring as the second elastic member 33 extends into the spring sleeve 322, and the other end abuts against the fixing member 31. It can be appreciated that the addition of the spring sleeve 322 can reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon that the solid particles fall into the compression spring and the expansion of the compression spring is affected, and can provide good positioning for the installation of the compression spring, and reduce the probability that the compression spring is separated from the rear end of the push rod 32, so that the structure of the door opening device 3 is more stable. In this further embodiment, the fixing member 31 is further provided with a spring positioning post 312, the spring positioning post 312 is movably inserted into the spring sleeve 322, and the compression spring is sleeved on the spring positioning post 312. It can be appreciated that the spring positioning column 312 is added, so that the offset of the abutting position of the compression spring on the fixing piece 31 can be avoided, and the structure of the door opening device 3 is more stable.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a door body 20 is rotatably connected to a case body 10 by a door hinge, which is the driving plate 21. In the embodiment, the door opening device 3 directly acts on the door hinge, so that the structure is simpler; typically, the door hinge is provided in two and is provided separately at opposite ends of the door body 20 at the side where the door body is rotatably coupled. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, a driving plate 21 extending in a bending manner compared with the door body 20 may be additionally provided on the rotation connection side of the door body 20.
In this embodiment, generally, the door hinge is provided with the hook 211 for connecting the pull cord 51, and it can be understood that, compared with the technical scheme of providing the hanging hole on the door hinge, the hook 211 is provided without threading operation, thereby facilitating the connection between the pull cord 51 and the door hinge.
In this embodiment, further, the household appliance housing assembly further includes a base 4, wherein the housing body 10 is mounted on the base 4, the rotating connection side of the door body 20 is the lower side of the door body 20, and the first elastic member 54 and the limiting plate 53 are disposed on the base 4, so that in the process of rotating and opening the door body 20, the gravity of the door body 20 can be utilized, so that the door body 20 can be rotated and opened more smoothly.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, further, the limiting plate 53 is provided with a plurality of notches 531 at intervals on the hole edge of the limiting via 530, so as to improve the convenience of deformation of the hole edge of the limiting via 530 of the limiting plate 53, so that the pull rope bump 52 can more easily squeeze through the limiting via 530. It will be appreciated that typically, the pull tab 52 is interference-limited to the rim of the limiting via 530 when the door 20 is limited to the first open position.
In this embodiment, the limiting plate 53 has a first plate surface and a second plate surface opposite to each other, and the first plate surface is disposed closer to the driving plate 21 than the second plate surface in the extending direction of the pull cord 51. Referring to fig. 8, further, the second plate surface is provided with a second guiding inclined plane 533 at the edge of the limiting via 530, so that the pull rope bump 52 can push through the limiting via 530, and the door 20 can be opened to the second open position. Similarly, the first plate has a first guiding slope 532 at the edge of the limiting via 530, so that the pull-cord protrusion 52 can push back through the limiting via 530, and the door 20 can return from the second open position to the closed position. In this embodiment, preferably, the first guiding inclined surface 532 is engaged with the second guiding inclined surface 533, and a portion of the first guiding inclined surface 532 adjacent to the second guiding inclined surface 533 is disposed in a convex arc surface; it will be appreciated that the restoring force of the first resilient member 54 is only relied upon during the push-back of the pull tab 52 through the limiting via 530, and for this purpose, the first guiding ramp 532 needs to be provided more gently to facilitate the push-back of the pull tab 52.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, further, the pull cord bump 52 includes a first bump segment 521 and a second bump segment 522 coaxially connected, in the extending direction of the pull cord 51, the first bump segment 521 is disposed closer to the driving board 21 than the second bump segment 522, and in the opposite direction, the first bump segment 521 and the second bump segment 522 are both in a reduced arrangement, so that the pull cord bump 52 can further be pushed through the limiting via 530 and pushed back through the limiting via 530. Preferably, the first bump segment 521 and the second bump segment 522 are smoothly connected to each other to reduce friction generated when the first bump segment is pushed through the limiting via 530.
Further, the free end surface of the second bump segment 522 is smaller than the free end surface of the first bump segment 521, so that the pull-cord bump 52 can be conveniently clamped into the limiting via 530 during the process of pushing the pull-cord bump 52 back through the limiting via 530. In addition, the slope of the outer peripheral surface of the second bump segment 522 is generally smaller than that of the first bump segment 521, in other words, the outer peripheral surface of the second bump segment 522 has a smaller slope, so that the friction force between the pull rope bump 52 and the hole edge of the limiting via 530 is smaller during the process of pushing the pull rope bump 52 back through the limiting via 530, and the recovery can be performed more smoothly.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, further, a plurality of steering wheels 6 are provided on the base 4, and the pull cord 51 is connected to the first elastic member 54 sequentially via the plurality of steering wheels 6. It will be appreciated that the steering wheel 6 may change the direction of extension of the pull cord 51, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the first resilient member 54, and in particular, may enable the direction of extension of the portion of the pull cord 51 remote from the first resilient member 54 to be different from the direction of extension of the first resilient member 54. In this embodiment, the portion of the pulling cord 51 connected to the door hinge extends substantially in the up-down direction, and the steering wheel 6 is provided with two such that the first elastic member 54 can extend in the horizontal direction. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the two steering wheels 6 are disposed on opposite sides of the limiting plate 53.
The invention also provides a dish washer, which comprises a household appliance shell assembly, wherein the specific structure of the household appliance shell assembly refers to the embodiment, and as the dish washer adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the dish washer at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the description is omitted.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
