a case body 10;
a door body 20 rotatably installed on the case body 10 and having a first open position opened with respect to the case body 10, a driving plate 21 being connected to a rotation connection side of the door body 20;
a door lock 100 for locking the door body 20 to the case body 10;
the door opening device 3 is used for pushing the driving plate 21 after the door lock 100 releases the locking of the door body 20 so as to enable the door body 20 to rotate and open; and
the resistance device 5 comprises a pull rope 51 and a limit convex part 52, and the pull rope 51 is connected with the driving plate 21;
after the door opening device 3 pushes the driving plate 21 to open the door body 20, the door body 20 rotates relative to the housing body 10 to open until the limiting protrusion 52 limits the pull cord 51, so that the door body 20 is limited in the first open position.
Without loss of generality, in this embodiment, the door opening device 3 is typically mounted independently of the door lock 100, and the door lock 100 is typically mounted on the opposite side of the door body 20 from the side to which the door body is pivotally connected.
In the technical scheme of the invention, after the dish washer is turned into a process of drying tableware, and the door lock 100 is unlocked to the door body 20, the door body 20 can rotate and open relative to the shell body 10 under the pushing action of the door opening device 3 on the driving plate 21 until the pull rope 51 is limited by the limit convex part 52, and when the driving plate 21 is pulled, the door body 20 can be limited to the first open position, so that the open angle of the door body 20 relative to the shell body 10 can be limited. Meanwhile, after the door body 20 is opened, the rinsing temperature in the process of drying the tableware can be reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the overall energy consumption in the process of drying the tableware.

It can be appreciated that the first elastic member 33 and a portion of the push rod 32 are accommodated in the sliding cavity 310, and the first elastic member 33 and the portion of the push rod 32 can be protected by the fixing seat 31. In this embodiment, the fixing base 31 is generally configured as an injection molding member, in order to avoid the shrinkage deformation of the fixing base 31, a plurality of shrinkage-preventing core-pulling holes 313 are formed in the fixing base 31, and in addition, the injection molding material required for the fixing base 31 can be saved due to the arrangement of the core-pulling holes 313, thereby reducing the cost thereof.
Further, the push rod 32 is provided with a spring installation cavity 320 with a downward opening, and the compression spring extends into the spring installation cavity 320, so that on one hand, solid particles can be reduced to fall into the compression spring, and the phenomenon that the expansion and contraction of the compression spring are affected can occur, on the other hand, good positioning can be provided for installation of the compression spring, the probability that the compression spring is separated from the lower end of the push rod 32 is reduced, and the structure of the door opening device 3 is more stable.
In this embodiment, further, the bottom of the sliding cavity 310 is provided with a spring positioning column 311, the compression spring is sleeved on the spring positioning column 311, and the spring positioning column 311 can movably extend into the spring mounting cavity 320, it can be understood that the compression spring can be stably mounted due to the addition of the spring positioning column 311. Alternatively, the spring positioning column 311 is provided as a hollow column opening upward, which can save material (injection molding material) on the one hand and reduce the shrinkage deformation probability of the spring positioning column 311 on the other hand.
Further, a guiding groove 312 extending along the extending direction of the push rod 32 is provided on the side wall of the sliding cavity 310, a guiding protrusion 321 is provided on the push rod 32, and the guiding protrusion 321 is slidably disposed in the guiding groove 312, so that guiding in the moving direction can be provided for the push rod 32 to move against the door hinge, thereby improving the stability of the push rod 32 against the door hinge.
In this embodiment, specifically, the elastic buckle 322 is provided on the push rod 32, the guiding protrusion 321 is a buckling portion of the elastic buckle 322, the guiding slot 312 is a guiding through slot penetrating through a side wall of the sliding cavity 310, and the buckling portion of the elastic buckle 322 is slidably disposed in the guiding through slot, so that, on one hand, the buckling portion of the elastic buckle 322 can slide on the guiding through slot to provide direction guiding for the pushing action of the push rod 32, so as to prevent the push rod 32 from rotating during the pushing action, and on the other hand, the buckling portion of the elastic buckle 322 can be abutted against the upper end of the guiding through slot to avoid the push rod 32 from being separated from the sliding cavity 310 and limit the pushing stroke of the push rod 32. In this embodiment, a plurality of elastic hooks 322 and guide through grooves are generally provided in a one-to-one correspondence, and the plurality of elastic hooks 322 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the push rod 32, and it should be noted that, in fig. 5, only a case where two elastic hooks 322 are provided is shown, but this is not intended to limit the number of elastic hooks 322, and in fact, the number of elastic hooks 322 and guide through grooves may be 3, 4, or the like in a one-to-one correspondence.
However, in other embodiments, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the guiding protrusion 321 may be further configured as a guiding rib extending along the extending direction of the push rod 32 on the outer peripheral surface of the push rod 32, and meanwhile, the guiding groove 312 may be configured as a guiding blind groove concavely disposed on the inner wall surface of the sliding cavity 310, and the guiding rib is slidably disposed in the guiding blind groove, so that a direction guide for the pushing movement of the push rod 32 may be provided, so as to prevent the push rod 32 from rotating during the pushing. In this embodiment, a plurality of guide ribs and guide blind grooves are provided in one-to-one correspondence, and the plurality of guide ribs are provided at uniform intervals along the circumferential direction of the push rod 32, and it should be noted that, in fig. 8, only 4 guide ribs are shown, but this is not intended to limit the number of guide ribs, and in practice, the number of elastic hooks 322 and guide through grooves may be provided in one-to-one correspondence as 2, 3, or the like.
In this embodiment, further, the housing body 10 is mounted on the base 4, the rotation connection side of the door body 20 is the lower side of the door body 20, the door opening device 3 is mounted on the upper side of the housing body 10, the limit protrusion 52 is provided on the base 4, and the pull cord 51 is limited by the lower side of the limit protrusion 52.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the resistance device 5 further includes a second elastic member 53, and one end of the second elastic member 53 is connected to the base 4, and the other end is connected to the pull cord 51. It can be appreciated that the addition of the second elastic member 53 can buffer the connection between the pull cord 51 and the base 4, so as to avoid the occurrence of a phenomenon that the connection between the pull cord 51 and the base 4 is easily broken due to the direct rigid connection between the pull cord 51 and the base 4. In this embodiment, the second elastic member 53 is typically provided as a pull cord 51 spring; of course, in other embodiments, the second elastic member 53 may also be provided as a rubber band or the like.
In this embodiment, when the door 20 is in the closed position, the pull cord 51 may be in a relaxed state, and the second elastic member 53 is also in a relaxed state, so that the door 20 may obtain the first open position with a larger opening angle. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the pull cord 51 may be in a tensioned or near-tensioned state when the door 20 is in the closed position, and the second elastic member 53 is also in a tensioned or near-tensioned state, where the pulling force generated by the second elastic member 53 may also provide an assistance to closing the door during closing the door 20 in the first open position.
Referring to fig. 2, 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, further, the door body 20 has a second open position opened with respect to the case body 10, the second open position having a larger opening than the first open position;
the lower side of the limit projection 52 is provided with a first inclined surface 521 which extends upwards obliquely;
after the pull cord 51 passes over the first inclined surface 521, until the pulling force of the second elastic member 53 balances the force applied to the door body 20, the door body 20 is restricted to the second open position.
In this embodiment, when the door 20 needs to be further opened and the door is opened manually, the pull cord 51 can pass through the limit protrusion 52 via the first inclined surface 521 under the action of manual force, and then after the manual force is removed, the door 20 can be opened continuously downwards under the action of gravity, and the second elastic member 53 is further stretched until the door 20 is stressed and balanced, at this time, the door 20 can be limited to a second open position with a larger opening angle than the first open position. It will be appreciated that the addition of the first ramp 521 makes it possible for the pull cord 51 to pass over the limit projection 52. In order to further enhance the convenience of the pull cord 51 passing upward over the stopper projection 52, the stopper projection 52 is preferably further provided with a third inclined surface 522 which is inclined upward and is located obliquely above the first inclined surface 521.
In this embodiment, specifically, the base 4 is provided with a limiting plate 520, and the limiting protrusion 52 is disposed on the limiting plate 520. Further, the connection part between the limiting protrusion 52 and the limiting plate 520 is formed with a U-shaped space avoiding groove 524, so that when the door is opened manually, the limiting protrusion 52 can deform to the other side of the limiting plate 520 under the pressure of the pull rope 51 received by the first inclined plane 521, thereby improving the convenience of the pull rope 51 passing over the limiting protrusion 52 via the first inclined plane 521. It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the limiting plate 520 is preferably fixed on the fixing base 31, so that the fixing base 31 and the limiting protrusion 52 can be installed as a single integral member (see fig. 5 and 7), thereby improving the production efficiency of the product.
In this embodiment, further, the upper side of the limiting protrusion 52 is further provided with a second inclined surface 523 extending obliquely downward, so that the pull cord 51 can be restored to the lower side of the limiting protrusion 52 under the guiding action of the second inclined surface 523 during the closing process of the door 20 from the second open position. In this embodiment, the slope of the second inclined surface 523 is generally smaller than that of the first inclined surface 521, in other words, the second inclined surface 523 has a smaller slope, so that the friction force between the pull cord 51 and the second inclined surface 523 is smaller during the process of recovering to the lower side of the limit protrusion 52, and recovery can be performed more smoothly.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, further, a plurality of steering wheels 6 are provided on the base 4, and the pulling cord 51 is connected to the second elastic member 53 sequentially via the plurality of steering wheels 6. It will be appreciated that the steering wheel 6 may change the direction of extension of the pull cord 51, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the second elastic member 53, and in particular, may enable the direction of extension of the portion of the pull cord 51 remote from the second elastic member 53 to be different from the direction of extension of the second elastic member 53. In the present embodiment, the portion of the pulling cord 51 connected to the door hinge extends substantially in the up-down direction, and the steering wheel 6 is provided with two such that the second elastic member 53 can extend in the horizontal direction.
The invention also provides a dish washer, which comprises a household appliance shell assembly, wherein the specific structure of the household appliance shell assembly refers to the embodiment, and as the dish washer adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the dish washer at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the description is omitted.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
