As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, in the present embodiment, the cooking appliance includes: the cooker comprises a cooker body 10, a cover body 20, a plurality of locking assemblies 30, a transmission member 40 and a flexible pulling member 50. The lid 20 is openably and closably provided on the pan body 10, and the lid 20 includes a lid 21 and a liner 22 provided below the lid 21. A plurality of locking assemblies 30 are disposed spaced below the liner 22, the plurality of locking assemblies 30 having a locked position and an unlocked position. The transmission member 40 is movably disposed on the liner 22 and is in driving engagement with the plurality of locking assemblies 30, the transmission member 40 having an initial position and a forwardly extended position, wherein the locking assemblies 30 are in an unlocked position when the transmission member 40 is in the initial position and the locking assemblies 30 are in a locked position when the transmission member 40 is in the forwardly extended position. A flexible pulling member 50 is provided between the transmission member 40 and the inner liner 22 to maintain the transmission member 40 in the initial position.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the cover 20 is openably and closably arranged on the pan body 10, the cover 20 comprises a face cover 21 and a liner 22, the liner 22 is positioned below the face cover 21, the plurality of locking assemblies 30 are arranged below the liner 22 at intervals, and the plurality of locking assemblies 30 have locking positions locked with the pan body 10 and unlocking positions separated from the pan body 10. A driving member 40 is movably disposed on the liner 22 and is in driving engagement with the plurality of locking assemblies 30. The transmission member 40 has an initial position and a forwardly extended position, the locking assembly 30 is in the unlocked position when the transmission member 40 is in the initial position, and the locking assembly 30 is in the locked position when the transmission member 40 is in the forwardly extended position. A flexible pulling member 50 is provided between the rear end of the transmission member 40 and the inner liner 22. With the above arrangement, the flexible pulling member 50 is capable of pulling the transmission member 40, i.e., the flexible pulling member 50 is capable of driving the transmission member 40 from the extended position to the initial position, and causing the plurality of locking assemblies 30 to be in the unlocked position. When the transmission member 40 is moved from the initial position to the advanced position, the flexible pulling member 50 is elongated, and in this process, the elongation direction of the flexible pulling member 50 is the same as the moving direction of the transmission member 40, so that the flexible pulling member 50 does not need to be guided. When the flexible pulling member 50 is contracted, the driving member 40 is moved from the extended position to the initial position, and in this process, the contraction direction of the flexible pulling member 50 is also fixed, that is, the flexible pulling member 50 does not need to be guided. The above arrangement can avoid the provision of a guide structure on the flexible pulling member 50, and thus the flexible pulling member 50 can always provide a restoring force. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment effectively solves the problem that the guide structure is easy to be blocked so that the spring cannot reset due to the fact that the lining in the related technology is easy to deform when heated.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the flexible pulling member 50 is disposed between the rear end of the transmission member 40 and the liner 22.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 10, in the present embodiment, the flexible pulling member 50 includes a tension spring that connects the transmission member 40 and the liner 22, and the length of the tension spring when the transmission member 40 is in the extended position is greater than the length of the tension spring when the transmission member 40 is in the initial position. The tension spring has a simple structure, is convenient to set, and can effectively provide a restoring force for the transmission member 40. Meanwhile, the price of the tension spring is low, and the whole cost of the cooking utensil can be effectively reduced by adopting the tension spring.
Specifically, the tension spring is located at the rear end of the transmission member 40.
In an embodiment not shown in the figures, the flexible pulling member 50 may also be an elastic cord made of rubber or silicone.
The flexible pulling member 50 includes a plurality of spaced apart members. The plurality of flexible pulling members 50 arranged at intervals can ensure the balanced force application to the transmission member 40, so that the problem that the transmission member 40 is not pulled by Faraday is avoided.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the number of the flexible pulling members 50 is two, but of course, in the embodiment not shown in the drawings, the number of the flexible pulling members 50 may be one, three, four or other numbers.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the cooking appliance further includes a trigger 60 disposed on the pan body 10, the trigger 60 is in driving engagement with the transmission member 40, and the trigger 60 drives the transmission member 40 to switch between the initial position and the extended position to switch the locking assembly 30 between the unlocked position and the locked position. The trigger member 60 is configured to be in driving engagement with the transmission member 40, i.e., to drive the transmission member 40 to thereby move the locking assembly between the unlocked position and the locked position.
In an embodiment not shown in the figures, the triggering element 60 is arranged on the cover 20, i.e. the triggering element 60 is arranged on the face cover 21, the triggering element 60 being able to cooperate directly with the transmission element 40. The arrangement described above effectively enables actuation of the transmission 40 and thus switching of the locking assembly 30 between the locked and unlocked positions.
Specifically, the second end of the second swing link 61 is tilted toward the outside of the pot body 10, so that the swing of the second swing link 61 is more easily driven.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the trigger member 60 further includes a torsion spring 62, and the torsion spring 62 is disposed between the second swing link 61 and the pan body 10 to enable the second swing link 61 to drive the first swing link 71 to move, so that the transmission member 40 is kept in the protruding position. The torsion spring 62 is provided to keep the second swing link 61 in a fixed position, which facilitates driving of the second swing link 61.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 10, in the present embodiment, the sum of the elastic forces of the plurality of flexible pulling members 50 is smaller than the elastic force of the torsion spring 62. The above arrangement can enable the second swing rod 61 to drive the first swing rod 71 to drive the transmission member 40 to move from the initial position to the extending position.
Of course, in an embodiment not shown in the drawings, the flexible pulling member 50 may be one, and the elastic force of one flexible pulling member 50 is smaller than the elastic force of the torsion spring 62.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 10, in the present embodiment, the elastic force of the flexible pulling member 50 is between 0.5N and 4N, and if the elastic force is too small, the driving member is difficult to be pulled, and if the elastic force is too large, the elastic force of the torsion spring is increased synchronously, which is not beneficial to user experience. The spring force described above ensures that the transmission member 40 is pulled into position, thereby bringing the locking assembly 30 into the unlocked position.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the number of the flexible pulling members 50 is plural, and the sum of the elastic forces of the plurality of flexible pulling members 50 is 2N.
Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the drawings, the flexible pulling member 50 may be one, and the elastic force of one flexible pulling member 50 is between 0.5N and 4N.
Specifically, the tensile force of the flexible pulling member 50 is between 60g and 400g, i.e., the flexible pulling member is capable of pulling a load of 60g to 400 g.
The "N" mentioned above means the unit newton of force, and the "g" means the unit gram of weight.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 and 9, in this embodiment, the trigger 60 further includes a button 63, the button 63 is disposed on the pan body 10, the button 63 includes a body portion 631 and a connecting rod 632 connected to a first end of the body portion 631, a second end of the body portion 631 is hinged to the pan body 10, a through hole 11 is disposed on the pan body 10, a part of the structure of the body portion 631 extends out of the through hole 11, and an end of the connecting rod 632 away from the body portion 631 is in abutting engagement with a second end of the second swing rod 61. The above arrangement makes it easier for the button 63 to drive the second swing rod 61 to swing, i.e. the length of the arm of force is larger due to the connecting rod 632, and thus the driving of the second swing rod 61 is easier.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, in the present embodiment, the transmission member 40 includes a sliding plate 41, a notch 411 is provided on the sliding plate 41, and a first end of the first swing rod 71 extends into the notch 411 and is in abutting engagement with the sliding plate 41. The sliding plate 41 has a simple structure, and the first end of the first swing rod 71 extends into the notch 411, so that the first swing rod 71 is simpler and more stable to be matched with the sliding plate 41.
Specifically, the slide 41 is provided with a column, which is located at the front side of the notch 411, and is disposed in a horizontal direction and cooperates with the first swing link 71.

A plurality of locking assemblies 30 are provided on the metal cover. The metal cover is made of metal, deformation is not easy to occur when the metal is heated, namely, when the metal cover is acted by hot air in the pot body 10, the deformation generated is negligible, so that the moving process of the locking assembly 30 arranged on the metal cover cannot be influenced by the deformation of the metal cover, namely, the metal cover subjected to the hot air cannot influence the mutual movement of the locking assembly 30 between the locking position and the unlocking position.
The cover 20 further includes a plurality of mounting frames disposed above the metal cover, a plurality of locking assemblies 30 disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of mounting frames, and the locking assemblies 30 movably disposed on the mounting frames. The mounting frame is arranged on the metal cover, so that the stability of the position of the mounting frame can be guaranteed, and the movement of the locking assembly 30 on the mounting frame can be more stable.

The connection portion enables the first plate body and the second plate body to be connected and enables a space to be formed between the first plate body and the second plate body. The spacing enables the locking assembly 30 to move therein to thereby effect a switch between the locked and unlocked positions. And the arrangement of the first plate body and the second plate body can effectively protect the locking assembly 30, and other structures are prevented from interfering with the locking assembly 30. Meanwhile, the whole structure of the mounting frame is compact, so that the excessive thickness of the cover body assembly can be avoided.
In an embodiment not shown in the drawings, the mounting bracket is mounted on the inner cover, which is made of metal, so that the stability of the movement of the locking assembly can be ensured as well.
The cooking appliance further includes a swing lever and a detection structure. The swinging rod is arranged on the liner 22 in a swinging way, and a first connecting part is arranged between the first end of the swinging rod and the transmission piece 40; the second connecting part is arranged between the swinging rod and the inner liner 22, wherein at least one of the first connecting part and the second connecting part is a movable rotating part; the detection structure is disposed between the second end of the swing rod and the liner 22; wherein, the distance between the first end of the swinging rod and the second connecting portion is smaller than the distance between the second end of the swinging rod and the second connecting portion. Because the distance between the first end of the swinging member and the second connecting portion is smaller than the distance between the second end of the swinging member and the second connecting portion, when the driving member 40 moves to drive the first end of the swinging member to move by a smaller distance, the second end of the swinging member can move by a larger distance, that is, when the locking assembly 30 is at the unlocking position, the relative distance of the detection structure is longer, so that false detection cannot be generated, and further, the detection accuracy is better.
