With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, a plurality of ladies can dress themselves through ways of beautifying nails and the like. The existing nail art has been developed to be realized by direct printing through a nail art machine, however, in order to ensure that the printing effect is not good because of the movement of the finger in the printing process, a method of fixing the finger is generally adopted. However, the existing finger fixing method can only realize the fixation of a single finger, only one nail can be printed at a time, and the printing efficiency is low. Moreover, the fixing operation is complex, the time required for the fixing operation is long, and the whole nail beautifying efficiency is also influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention are directed to provide a finger positioning device, which solves the problems of complicated structure, complicated fixing operation and long time consumption of a finger fixing device in a nail beautifying process.
According to an aspect of the present invention, a finger positioning module provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: the finger support is used for bearing fingers; the upper limiting frame is arranged above the finger support and is used for being matched with the finger support so as to fix and position the finger from the upper direction and the lower direction of the finger; and the adjusting guide rail is arranged below the finger support, wherein the extending direction of the adjusting guide rail is constructed to be along the extending direction of the finger, and the adjusting guide rail is used for realizing the position adjustment of the finger positioning module along the extending direction.
In one embodiment, the upper limiting frame is disposed above the first joint of the finger carried by the corresponding finger holder.
In one embodiment, the module further comprises a lifting device disposed below the finger rest, the lifting device configured to provide pressure to the finger rest in a direction toward the finger.
In a further embodiment, the jacking means comprises a self-locking spring.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a finger positioning module in the finger positioning device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the finger positioning module may include a finger rest 1 for carrying a finger; the upper limiting frame 2 is arranged above the finger rest 1 and is used for being matched with the finger rest 1 to fix and position the finger from the upper direction and the lower direction of the finger; and an adjusting guide rail 3 arranged below the finger rest 1, wherein the extending direction of the adjusting guide rail 3 is configured to be along the extending direction of the finger, so as to realize the position adjustment of the finger positioning module along the extending direction. The upper limiting frame 2 is a hollow arch structure, and a gap for a finger to pass through is reserved between the upper limiting frame 2 and the finger rest 1. To further improve the comfort of the user, the surface of the finger rest 1 may be provided with a concave surface for cooperation with the fingers. For example, when the finger positioning device is applied to a nail beautifying device, a finger can be fixed through the finger positioning device, and nail printing operation is carried out on the nail by a printer in the nail beautifying device, so that the nail is ensured to be fixed in the nail printing process.
It should be understood that different relative positions of the upper limiting frame and the finger rest may be selected according to different application scenarios, as long as the relative positions of the upper limiting frame and the finger rest are selected to be capable of being matched with each other to realize fixed positioning of a finger, and the relative positions of the upper limiting frame and the finger rest are not limited in the present invention.
In one embodiment, the module further comprises a lifting device 4 disposed below the finger rest 1, the lifting device 4 being used for providing pressure to the finger rest 1 in the direction of the finger. The supporting device 4 is arranged to provide pressure to the finger support 1 towards the direction of the finger, and the upper limiting frame 2 is matched to realize fixed positioning of the finger.
In a further embodiment, the holding-up means 4 may comprise a self-locking spring 5. It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic positioning mechanism other than the self-locking spring in the embodiment may be selected according to different application scenarios, as long as the selected elastic positioning mechanism can realize fixed positioning of the finger, and the specific type and structure of the elastic positioning mechanism are not limited in the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the finger positioning device according to the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the finger positioning device may include four finger positioning modules, and the four finger positioning modules are respectively disposed corresponding to the positions of the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger and the little finger of the user. The finger positioning device provided by the invention is used for fixing and positioning the finger, so that the fixing and positioning speed is increased, and the efficiency of the whole nail beautifying operation is further improved.

the adjusting guide rail is arranged below the finger rest, wherein the extending direction of the adjusting guide rail is constructed to be along the extending direction of the finger, and the adjusting guide rail is used for realizing the position adjustment of the finger positioning module along the extending direction;
the upper limiting frame is arranged above the first joint of the finger carried by the corresponding finger support.
2. The module of claim 1, further comprising a stand-off device disposed below the finger rest, the stand-off device configured to provide pressure to the finger rest in a direction toward the finger.

9. A nail machine, comprising:
the finger locator device of any one of claims 4 to 8;
a spray printing device configured to spray a preset pattern to a nail of a finger fixedly positioned by the finger positioning device; and
a control device configured to provide the preset pattern to the inkjet printing device.
