背景技术
番鸭因喜欢温暖多雨的亚热带气候,所以,引入我国后多分布在我国长江以南等地区。现在,在江苏、江西、浙江、湖南、上海等省市饲养也较多。番鸭不善在水中长时间戏水,但很耐热、耐旱,所以可旱养,故也称“旱鸭”。番鸭喜欢群居,除吃一般性饲料外,还喜欢吃青菜以及鱼、虾、蚯蚓等动物性饲料。
现有的番鸭饲养方法都为棚养,密集的养殖方式,使病鸭的比例增大,成品鸭肉质差,饲养成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种旱稻田番鸭养殖方法,利用番鸭的生活特点,结合旱稻田的环境,实现旱稻和番鸭的双重养殖丰收。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种旱稻田番鸭养殖方法,应用于旱稻田番鸭养殖场,其特征是,所述养殖场包括旱稻田和鸭舍,所述旱稻田的稻株为穴播方式,行距为32至38厘米,株距为20至26厘米,每隔3到5米设置饲料投放点,在旱稻田四周设置围网,围网高度大于35厘米,旱稻田内的饲料投放点设置固定容器,旱稻田内设置排水沟,沟深15至20厘米,沟宽25至30厘米,所述鸭舍在旱稻田的外围依田建立,鸭舍高于旱稻田埂,鸭舍内设置排污沟,排污沟连通至旱稻田;每亩旱稻田建立5至8个鸭舍,鸭舍为砖墙和顶棚结构,鸭舍内设置开门装置、监控装置、冲刷装置和杀菌装置,均连接至控制单元,开门装置根据控制单元的指令定时开关鸭舍门,所述监控装置由控制单元控制实时监控鸭舍内的温度、湿度以及有害气体含量,所述冲刷装置包括设置在鸭舍内至旱稻田内的排污沟和冲水设备,所述控制单元根据设置的时间间隔控制冲刷装置对排污沟进行冲水,将污物通过排污沟送至旱稻田内,所述杀菌装置为鸭舍杀菌消毒。
所述养殖方法包括:
在旱稻株高高度为36至62厘米时投放番鸭,投放的番鸭先经过培育至4至5周龄;每亩旱稻田投放50至80羽番鸭,投放的番鸭公母之比为5:1,白天放养时间为5至8小时,其余时间为棚养;在雨天、旱稻田喷药、浇水时,对番鸭进行棚养,其余时间为放养,放养时,在旱稻田内每天投放一至二次饲料;棚养时,每天投放三至五次饲料;旱稻收割前两周开始停止放养改为棚养,增加饲料的蛋白质和淀粉含量,催肥后出栏。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明旱稻田番鸭养殖方法的具体实施方式作详细说明。
番鸭和旱稻的生长周期比较接近,生长环境相辅相成,利用旱稻田与番鸭混养的模式,实现环境和资源的合理利用。
用于养殖番鸭的旱稻田,采用穴播稻种,播种行距为32至38厘米,株距为20至26厘米,成熟稻株之间的间距约为35厘米,适合番鸭在其内穿梭。在旱稻田内每隔3到5米设置饲料投放点,饲料投放点设置固定容器,防止饲料被践踏或被其它动物偷食,也可以吸引番鸭到达旱稻田的各个位置。在旱稻田四周设置围网,围网高度大于35厘米,防止番鸭的逃逸。旱稻田内设置排水沟,沟深15至20厘米,沟宽25至30厘米,利于雨季排水,也为番鸭的生活提供相对干燥的环境。
在旱稻田的外围依田建立鸭舍,鸭舍为砖墙和顶棚结构,鸭舍布置可以根据地形合进布置,鸭舍一般要高于旱稻田埂,以免积水,不利于番鸭在棚中的正常生长。
鸭舍内设置开门装置、监控装置、冲刷装置和杀菌装置,均连接至控制单元,开门装置根据控制单元的指令定时开关鸭舍门,监控装置由控制单元控制实时监控鸭舍内的温度、湿度以及有害气体含量,冲刷装置包括设置在鸭舍内至旱稻田内的排污沟和冲水设备,控制单元根据设置的时间间隔控制冲刷装置对排污沟进行冲水,将污物通过排污沟送至旱稻田内,不仅除污方便,还为旱稻田提供了有机肥料。杀菌装置为鸭舍杀菌消毒,杀菌装置选用UV灯杀菌,安装在鸭舍顶棚上。
每亩旱稻田建立5至8个鸭舍。鸭舍每周清理3至5次,将污物通过排污沟送至旱稻田内,鸭舍每周消毒1至2次,并定期更换鸭舍内用品。可通过对鸭舍内的用品定期消毒或者太阳暴晒杀菌。
每年养殖从番鸭种蛋孵化开始,在每年的二三月份左右进行番鸭的育种,选择优良品质的白羽番鸭,公母配比为5:1。公番鸭成体个头大,肉质好,成长快,饲养种群以公番鸭为主。经一个多月孵化后,再育至4至5周龄,个体重量达1公斤左右。这时,约为六月份,在番鸭四五周龄时,旱稻生长至约36至62厘米,这时将初育的番鸭蛋投放至旱稻田。每亩旱稻田投放50至80羽番鸭,白天放养时间为5至8小时,其余时间为在鸭舍内棚养,对于在雨天、旱稻田喷药、浇水时,也对番鸭进行棚养。放养时,每天定时对番鸭群进行驱赶,增加番鸭的运动量。在旱稻田内每天投放一至二次饲料;棚养时,每天投放三至五次饲料。

棚养时的饲料按重量比例,鱼粉15份、骨粉8份、豆粕25份、菜籽粕10份、维生素B1,1份、陈皮1份、食盐2份,磷酸氢钙1份、蛋氨酸1份、微量元素1至3份,其余为绿色植物类成分。维生素B1、陈皮可以有驱虫的效果,在旱稻生长的夏季,蚊虫是番鸭主要的发病源,利用在饲料中添加维生素B1和陈皮,维生素B1和陈皮在番鸭新陈代谢后,排放出的气味,有效地减少蚊虫的叮咬,减少番鸭在高密度棚养时的发病和生长舒适度。这里的绿色植物类成分包括红薯叶、萝卜叶、卷心菜叶,经剁碎后拌入饲料。此外,可根据当时当地的物种选择其它绿叶植物拌入饲料,增加番鸭的摄入食物的多样性,提高鸭肉的营养成分。
待旱稻成熟时,约为十月份,番鸭也到了成口鸭的月龄,此时番鸭的个体重量达三公斤以上。旱稻收割前两周开始停止放养改为棚养,增加饲料的蛋白质和淀粉含量,催肥后出栏上市。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.旱稻田番鸭养殖方法,用于在旱稻田里养殖番鸭,饲养种群以公番鸭为主,公母配比为5:1,所述旱稻田的稻株为穴播方式,行距为32至38厘米,株距为20至26厘米,每隔3到5米设置饲料投放点,在旱稻株高高度为36至62厘米时投放番鸭,投放的番鸭先经过培育至4至5周龄,白天放养时间为5至8小时,在雨天、旱稻田喷药、浇水时,对番鸭进行棚养,放养时,在旱稻田内每天投放一至二次饲料,棚养时,每天投放三至五次饲料,其中,
放养时的饲料以蛋白质、脂类淀粉为主,按重量比例,鱼粉15份、骨粉8份、玉米粉20份、麸皮15份、豆粕15份、菜籽粕5份、食盐2份,微量元素1至3份,余量为绿色植物类成分,棚养时的饲料按重量比例,鱼粉15份、骨粉8份、豆粕25份、菜籽粕10份、维生素B1 1份、陈皮1份、食盐2份,磷酸氢钙1份、蛋氨酸1份、微量元素1至3份,余量为绿色植物类成分,利用在饲料中添加维生素B1和陈皮在番鸭新陈代谢后排出的气味减少蚊虫的叮咬,旱稻收割前两周开始停止放养改为棚养,增加饲料的蛋白质和淀粉含量,催肥后出栏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旱稻田番鸭养殖方法,其特征在于:所述绿色植物类成分包括红薯叶、萝卜叶、卷心菜叶,经剁碎后拌入饲料。
